Just found this in my e-mail:

Hello everyone.

I wanted to take this time to update you on some technical difficulties the 12daily Pro site is currently experiencing and let you know what we are doing to combat the problem.

What is happening?
Our site is currently victim to a Dedicated Denial of Service (DDOS attack). What that means is that some person or persons with a specific intent to shut our site down, have created a a type of attack on our server domain and server network that is designed to bring it to its knees by flooding it with useless traffic. Basically by sending a huge amount of fake traffic to our site, it overwhelms the system making it impossible for legitimate users to access it. All of your member information, site, data, web files, are all perfectly safe on our servers. But nothing can be accessed by public users due to the attack.

What are we doing about it?
Our network administrators have been hard at work for many hours trying to utilize filters and tactics to block these hackers. They will continue to try to find methods and means to end the attack, but cannot give us any answers as to how long that will take. It is unfortunately a waiting game.

What about surf earnings?
Because we don't know how long this will take to get resolved, it is difficult for us to give concrete answers to this. But for the short term, be assured that when we do go back online, everyone will be compensated fully for the time they were unable to surf and earn for their 12 sites daily.

What about withdrwals?
We do have access to the withdrawal information on the database and will be making withdrawal payments as scheduled today, despite the technical problems. We are still sticking to our 7 business day payment schedule. We will update you about future days withdrawals as we know more.

What about upgrades?
Once we have some more answers as to how long this will take, we will make a decision regarding this. We may decide to create a manual upgrade system, but for the time being PLEASE do not make manual upgrades through the payment processors.

What about missing upgrades from the network outage?
Our dedicated staff stayed up late last night making sure that ALL of the missing upgrades from yesterday were manually added to those accounts. So, you will see the upgrades the next time you login to the system.

What about expiring accounts?
For those of you that will be unable to upgrade today and your accounts will expire, we encourage you to create a new account when the site reopens and upgrade at that time.

Where can we get updates?
We don't want to flood your email boxes with updates on this situation. So we have created a Yahoo Group where we will post regular updates as we know more. Be aware that the group is read-only at this point, as the staff is focused on the problem at hand and not able to moderate it. The link to that group is… http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/official12dailypro/

How can we be assured the program will continue?
We have worked extremely hard over the past 6 months to create and build a program that we and our members could be proud of. It is built on integrity, honesty, and personal faith. We have always been honest with all of you and will continue to do so. We have put too much effort into this site to let anyone control our future. Your money is safe, your data is safe, and we will come thru this on the other side stronger that we were. We have revolutionized this industry. That has made us a threat to a lot of people. But no matter how determined they may be to see us fail; we are even more determined to succeed for all of your sakes.
Thank you in advance for all of your support. We'd appreciate your good thoughts and prayers during this time.
Thanks for "BEING PROS!"

This has just come to my attention!

URGENT SECURITY WARNINGS - by Charis - 12DP Admin at 2005-11-23 14:59:40
We have just received notification that there is an email circulating to 12daily Pro members that appears to be from a 12daily Pro former staff member encouraging people to download and open a document.

DO NOT OPEN THIS DOCUMENT. THIS NOT FROM 12DAILY PRO OR ANY CURRENT OR PAST STAFF MEMBERS. This document contains a malicious keylogging program and/or addtional spyware that will compromise the security of your computer.

The individuals sending this email are part of a large scam operation based out of Singapore that is attempting to compromise the security of our program. We have blocked their IP range access to our site so this seems to be their next mode of attack.

In addition to steering clear of this email, we urge everyone to immediately login to your account and change your 12daily Pro password as an added measure of security for your individual account. We have a solid security network but rest assured we are also now taking additional measures to insure these individuals are stopped and brought to jusice.

We ask that you please pass this important information on to your downlines as well.

We will keep you updated as we know more.

However I know for a fact there are many out there that still have questions about 12 that are unanswered, and don't have any patience for the support tickets to pay off. There have a number of concerns raised about sudden suspensions of accounts. Here`s the latest announcement from Charis, Admin of 12dailypro.
It has been brought to my attention that there has been a concern addressed by a few mebers who were suspended due to one of our recent system audits that our motives for these suspensions could be questionable.

Though these people admit they they openly violated the terms of service they agreed to when they joined us and they admit that either they did not read the rules or arbitrarily broke them, it has been inferred that the reason we may have made these suspensions is for the motivation of taking or keeping their money.

The fact is that over 70% of the people who were suspended for having multiple payment IDs were also in violation of other terms of service such as multiple accounts and had already defrauded the program of collectively thousands of dollars. In fact, looking at the numbers we actually lost more money to these cheaters already than we suspended in active and pending upgrades.

That said, there are probably about 30% of these members who were suspended that may not have deliberately defrauded the system. They simply were not responsible and professional enough to read the terms of service they clicked on agreed to when they joined. They may have made what they consider an honest mistake.

However there is no possible way we can read and personally deliverate on each different case. They would take us weeks and it would also be a subjectuve judgement. There would be no way to tell which of the two categories each fit into and of course someone that was a blatant cheater would always claim he wasn't.

Because of this and because we want to make it very clear that our ONLY motivations are to protect this program from cheaters who would defraud us, we are going to adjust our decision as such:

1. By midnight on Dec. 30, every member that was suspended due to this recent audit will receive a refund of any upgrade fees active pr pending withdrawal at the time of the suspension.

2. That refund will NOT include any referral commissions earned nor any surf earnings.

3. We will also subtract from each refund the total ammount of any referral commissions in the members history earned as a result of a referrer and a referral sharing a payment ID. If these subtractions are more than your refund would have been, then you will receive an email informing you of such and no refund will be issued.

4. If you shared a payment ID but did not refer each other, you will receive a full refund of any upgrade fees for currently active upgrade or those pending withdrawal.

5. All accounts will remain suspended, but if you would like to open a new account, you may do so as long as all terms and conditions are met AND you use a different email addresses and new payment ID which has not ever been in our system.

6. All current tickets about this matter will not be replied to and will be closed. By Dec. 30 everyone affected will either recive their refund (adjusted or not) or will receive an email informing them their adjustment left a negative refund.

7. Any member with an open stormpay claim need to close it by Dec. 25 in order to qualify for your refund.

We feel that while we were perfectly justified in our suspension action, this is a fair compromise and a solution. We do not want to spend weeks arbitrating this issue; we would much rather focus our energies on serving our members who are dedicated to upholding the rules and working WITH us to build a successful program.

We made a business decision that was based on a violation of terms that were always very clear. But some people are questioning our integrity and I am putting a stop to that right now. Know that 12daily Pro does not need to 'keep' anyone's money. We have been here for 8 months and not only survived a DDOS attack, rings of scammers and cheaters, payment processor technical issues and more, but have come out of each challenge financially secure. Our continued payments to you ON TIME and in accordance with our 7 business day benchmark despite all of this is proof that none of these things have affected our financial stability.

But to alay any further doubt regarding this matter, from Dec. 24, we will give all suspended accounts the opportunity to submit a claim for arbitration and investigation. The investigations will deal with tangible proof only from both sides, as to eliminate any chance of subjectively. If the suspension is lifted, all earnings will be updated, payments taken off hold and the account reinstated. If the suspension upheld, the account will be deleted permanantly and there will be a technical block on anyone with that payment ID, email address, or IP address ever joining the program again.

This new policy is NOT retroactive to members with past suspensionnts. Members will suspended account tickets currently in the ticket system, with the acception of those suspeneded during this recent audit, will fall under the new rules. These new rules will be added to the terms of service.

We will also be working on a technological solution that will block members from entering a payment ID already in use in our system. Expect this to be in place within a few weeks. We will also be revamping our terms of service to make things even more clear than they already are and finding new ways to put them in the faces of those who refuse to read.

12daily Pro is dedicated to protecting our members from those who would try to defraud them and our program. We will continue to do all we can to insure a safe, cheater-free, thriving environment for you all. We thank each and everyone one of you who took the responsibility to read our terms and conditions when you joined and who are diligently avbiding by them. It's because of you that we work as hard as we possibly can to protect your program.

Once again, we are doing everything we can to provide a fair solution to a very difficult situation.

This message will be emailed on Dec. 24 to all affected account holders.

Does the move over to StormPay preference over e-gold make much sense to members?
Ongoing E-Gold Issues & Solutions - by Charis - 12DP Admin at 2005-12-27 23:29:21
We want to take this time to address what we have found to be a continuing concern regarding one of our payment processors, E-Gold.

As many of you have witness over the course of recent months, and more specifically recent weeks, E-gold has been experiencing a great deal of technical difficulties. Their site was not functional at least 5 days during the month of December, significantly affecting our business functionality.

As a major client, we have also been very disappointed at their lack of communication with their members during these technical difficulties. In addition there have been an alarming amount of hacked E-Gold accounts which have taken up a great deal of our staff’s time trying to sort and manage for our members.

Even more disturbingly, we are finding that 90% of the cheaters and referral scammers who have stolen thousands of dollars from 12daily Pro over recent months, utilized E-Gold as their payment processor with us. This is obviously because E-Gold is much less stringent about ID verification and because all E-Gold transactions are final, thus making the scammers very difficult to catch. These instances have significantly damaged our E-Gold reserves.

Given all of these issues, we feel that it is in the best interest of 12daily Pro and all of our members to:

1) state of official current preferred payment processor as StormPay
2) finalize an offering for another alternative payment option for our members

The first of these has already taken root, as many members have taken advantage of StormPay’s offering of lower rates for NetIBA members. The latter, an alternative payment option, will be announced and available in January.

In the meantime, because of continuing issues with E-Gold mentioned above, from today forward, we will be changing our terms regarding E-Gold. As you will find, many programs have begun charging a % fee for all E-Gold withdrawals from their program. Instead of such a fee, 12daily Pro will instead be lengthening the amount of time we may need to take to pay pending E-Gold withdrawals.

From today, Dec. 27, all pending E-Gold payments (including those currently pending) will be paid within 10 business days. This new term will apply to any pending withdrawals that expired on December 18 and beyond.

We hope that this will allow us some flexibility to deal with loss of E-Gold revenue from cheaters and scammers, to better, protect members account withdrawals from E-Gold hackers, and to give us room to navigate when E-Gold experiences extended technical issues. We anticipate we will be able to maintain an average payment time of approximately 4-8 days, but the extra days will allow us needed flexibility given the E-Gold issues we face on a daily basis and those that arise unexpectedly, as as happened recently.

To understand this better, you need to also understand that due to the volatile nature of the payment processor and its tendency to be hacked, though we follow every possible security precaution, the fact we do not keep large amounts of reserves in E-Gold for security reasons. We do not want to put your money at risk unecessarily. Thus, E-Gold's stability is paramount to our payment cycle. They have not been stable of late, so we must make necessary adjustments.

Please note that this will in no way affect Stormpay pending withdrawal payment times. We will continue to meet and exceed our 7 business day payment term for Stormpay. In fact we are currently paying on the 4th business day with this processor, a full 3-4 days ahead of This is clear evidence that the issue here lies with the stability or instability of the payment processor.

We have made this decision based on what we feel is best for the long term stability of our program and for the success of our members. Our terms state that we may have to change the terms of service of our program from time to time in order to maintain a strong and solid foundation. We do not do this arbitrarily, but to insure the success of the logenvity of the program for all existing and future members.

Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Latest from Admin at 12dailypro-
As of this evening, 12daily Pro will no longer be accepting upgrades or making withdrawal payments via E-Gold.com. We will honor all current pending withdrawals and upgrades purchased using E-Gold with a payment of full earnings and referral commissions. This evening, we will make the last of our E-Gold payments, which will be for all upgrades expired on Dec. 23. For all E-Gold upgrades expiring on Dec. 24 - January 18, payments will be made by Jan 31, with the timing of payment somewhat dependent on which payment option is chosen. We will be offering a number of payment options to all members will pending E-Gold withdrawals and active upgrades.

Beginning Monday, January 9, members will be able to submit a customized support ticket for each affected upgrade which will allow you to select from the following options:

1. Payment via Storm pay (fastest option, 1% fee). We have had hundreds of requests for such transfers in the

2. Payment via EMO (no fee)

3. Payment via EMO money order (must be US citizen and have withdrawal amount $1000 or over)(fee tbd)

4. One time only compounding of withdrawal into new upgrades package(s) to allow time to setup/verify a StormPay or EMO account. (fee will be any amount under $6 left over after all withdrawal funds are applied to new upgrade package)

These options will generally all prove faster than recent E-Gold withdrawal times and all E-Gold withdrawals will be completely paid by Jan 31.

For more information on EMO, our new payment processor, please read the news item entitled, “Our New Payment Processor”. We will begin accepting upgrades via EMO sometime next week. The good news for E-Gold users is that EMO accepts E-Gold funding, so your transition should be an easy one. And international users will find a great benefit in their debit card option.

Please do not submit help tickets or phone calls regarding this matter this weekend. We will be opening a new dept. just for these customized requests on Monday and will expedite requests in order of expiration.

We know there will be a lot of questions regarding this and we will be providing more clarifications on Monday along with the opening on the new dept.

Know that this action will also allow us to feel secure that 12dp itself is not being utilized by criminals for the same illegal purposes as some are doing with E-Gold, as members who are NOT involved in any illegal activity will have no problem or issue with creating verified accounts with one of our two other processors.

We thank you for your patience and support during this time. We have made this decision for the safety and security of our program funds and yours.

Hi Guys I am new :).. Look forwward to participate actively here. Thanks. By the way. 12dp, in my view, is one of the most honest one amongst the countless autosurf in the industry.

12dp is one of its kind, reiiable and proven from past events.
Putting money with them, you don't have those type of worry like you put money in others...

It has paid like clock work so far.

But I really hope that members will understand and be patient especially when external factor cause it to have delay in payment. One good example is the recent egold saga.

Its purely not within control of 12dp.
its egold side of the problem that caused the delay in payment.
It also caused 12dp's payment work to pile up a little :)

But its evident, as what 12dp is.......they find a way to overcome the matter and is resolving... :) and many agiiated members got their payments...everyone is happy once again..

What this whole saga tell us is..., we do have lots of impatient old members and in fact some new members are more patient and understanding... based on the writeup I saw elsewhere and in 12dp's forum itself..

But its so far has been the caes..... the way that 12dp tackles difficult issues ... ends up in more believer and more failth and also enhance its growth in membership level. It convince many new members and old members alike that it mean business and its capable, honest and its real.
Its there for everyone's success...

But I think, sometime admin Charis can feel very sad if she saw some of the bad remarks throwing at it despite its effort, honest dealing and deligentness.

I think by now many if not all members know... 12dp is the one.
Its the best. You can't find another autosurf program like them.

while nothing is garanteed . At least 12dp give a feeling of confident.

Please support it.
If its gone for reason not due to its fault, and beyond its control, all members will loose out.

Because such a good and reliable program is hard to come by.
Also you rarely can find a highly reliable admin heading the company.

Judging from what has happen so far.....
admin Charis has been excellent in her performance in the intergrity, decisiveness, fairness, honesty, efficiency..she pass with flying colours......

But as in any big organisation, its never possible to satisfy every single one...
Delay not due to their fault will be blamed...
When the site has geneuine scripts hiccups...people start to spread rumours based on assumption. While open discussion is good but pre conclusion based on uncomfirmed facts based on assumptions can be distructive to certain extend

Please do be patience..12dp is almost realistically ideal.

Long live 12dp.
With 12dp , you got the best !
Every one gains being part of it... :)

Do be patience yeah :)

Cheers !!!

Regards

dez, welcome to Web Life. You obviously have a lot of faith in 12dailypro, as have a lot of their members. :)

Usually it`s only when a program doesn`t pay out as expected that the members start to complain. Agreed some go way overboard and show lack of patience. Hopefully Charis and her team will get things back to normal before too long and things will begin to run smoothly once more. ;)

We are currently doing some corrections in the database for member accounts. This may cause some past and current cashouts to show incorrectly in your account as pending when in actually it has already been paid or as processed when it is actually still pending.

This is only temporary and the correct status of your cashouts should correct themselves by the end of the day on 1/19. During this time, checking your payment processor would be the most accurate check for whether a current withdrawal has been paid or not.

There is no need to submit help tickets or forum posts regarding this matter as it is system-wide and will be corrected on a system-wide basis.

Thank you for your patience.

A few more updates-
:: Payment Processor Transition
We thank you all for your patience as we settle into our new payment processor. Things are progressing well and the management team at EMO Corporation has been very helpful in helping to insure a smooth transition for us and for our members.

:: Suspended Refunds
Last week we discovered a few discrepancies in our suspended member refund process. It seems there were a few members suspended in December’s system audit that did not receive a refund nor an email explaining why they didn’t qualify for one. 12dp staff worked hard this past week to identity those members and any outstanding refunds will be paid this week.

:: Missing Upgrades from Jan 5 & 6
As you may recall, the site experienced a couple of days of downtime on January 5-6 due to server and software upgrades. There were a number of missing upgrades from these days. We have finally completing a process that is identifying all of these missing upgrades. The missing upgrades will be added to members accounts and will be active as of Monday, January 23. Those members who’s missing upgrades were purchased with E-Gold, your upgrades will appear in your account as such, however, you will need to select one of our existing payment processors for payout once your upgrade expires.

:: E-Gold Transition Payments
E-Gold transition payment are proceeding according to schedule. Those members who chose the StormPay option are now being paid on schedule with other StormPay withdrawals. Those members who chose the money order option, the first money orders were mailed out on last Monday and are proceeding according to schedule. Those members who chose the EMO option, EMO payments have been proceeding more slowly. This is because prior to everyone choosing their payment option, we had no way of knowing exactly which percentage of members would choose which option and thus no way of knowing the amount of funds needed to be transferred or put into place for each processor to cover all payments. So, as we now have a clearer picture of that data and are moving funds appropriately, you will notice the speed of these EMO payments increasing. All payments will be made as stated, on or before January 31.

:: Site & Server Upgrades
In the midst of all the recent payment processor drama, 12dp’s technical staff was hard at work on several key hardware and software upgrades and changes that can be seen in new member functionality and even more importantly have significantly improved the operation of the site. Among the changes are a new member details area, added account security, server upgrades, database enhancements, and a number of crucial tweaks to our software that will help eliminate past recurring problems such as missing upgrades, processed but not received payments, payments not going to pending, etc. A big thanks to our programmers for all their hard work in these areas.

:: Forum
We have some great news regarding our forum. In about 2 weeks, the 12dp forum will become integrated with the 12dp website. This means that all active 12dp members will have access to the forum from within their member area. Guests/Non-Members will still be able to view certain areas of the forum but will be unable to post. We will post more information soon on this forum transition.

:: Ticket System / Live Support
The 12dp support staff has been hard at work these week clearing out a couple of the backlogged ticket departments. We are also restructuring our support team procedures and processes which, in addition to the new ticket and live support system we will be moving to in a couple of weeks, will get 12dp back to the kind of quality member support we deem as key to our program.

:: New Site
LifeClicks is excited to announce that we are hard at work in the planning stages of the third site in our network. We have reached a point in the planning where we feel it crucial to get feedback from members that will allow us to fine-tune the program and make it the best possible program it can be. To that end, we will be posting a number of polls on the forum as well as sending out some targeted group emails to elicit feedback and interest on various aspects of the new program. You will note these polls and emails will speak only in general terms about the new site. No hints.  The official announcement of the new site will be made Sunday, February 26 at the GPT Convention.

Have a great week and as always, Thanks for going Pro!

Charis is in the 12DP forum now!!

the following is in response to a queary on how she is doing

Thanks for your thoughts and concern.

I am holding up well.

But this program has had challenges from early on in the form of various third party issues. What I have finally come to accept is that when something is doing well, everyone want's a part of it, whether its in a positive or a negative way. We are the big kid on the block, so we are a big target.

I have done my best to make this program the best it can be for all of the members. Believe me, if I were doing this for only what Charis gets out of this, I would have thrown in the towel 2 months, 3 hackers, 400 cheaters and 2 payment processors ago.

But in doing my job so well over the past 10 months, what has basically happened is I have taken on a sense of responsibility and committment to a family of hundreds of thousands of people. That, and my faith that God works everything out for the good of those that love the Lord, keeps me from being a nervous wreck. My peace comes from outside this crazy industry and from outside of myself even. The strength that is keeping me going is not my own.

And the good wishes from all of you make me feel like I am appreciated.

Thanks for the support.

Haloevo,

Thanks for the info. Not being able to access to 12Dlp forum is regreteful at times that you would also like to give your appreciation to Claris also.

I'd just like to comment while I'm at it, that the move towards StormStuckPay exclusive deal was a conscious move to place all of the non US (huge numbers) earners in a dead end street with no withdrawal possibility for weeks to come.
I'm genuinely P....ed O.f.
Thank you Charis on behalf of the "Them" society.
Many were forced to swallow the NETIBA at 50 bucks a piece deal (incl. DHL) and still have no possibility to withdraw - no card, not enough funds to do a wire transfer.
Ugh....
phuck...
Good bye.
NB:Move 4- processor 3 shuts down the 12dp members acc's for possesing funds made with illegal business. You betchya!
