Oanda technical query

Hi,
I just enrolled into the Oanda Game last week and notice that the transactions are very swift in realisation, actually immediate when one plays the game.
My question is what does it look like in practice? Do you experience any hinderance at times? What times if ever? Please advise what is the average time you notice between order submission and realisation? What difference is it that you can observe (in pips)? Do you notice any regularity that would hinder your business?

Yes u can get delays on orders at New York news time at times when the news is erratic from what folks expect.........and orders sometimes will get filled when it is a market order at prices NOT what you thought it would be..........pretty standard for any forex broker

Thanks for the comment fxloot. I had the feeling this would be the case. I guess I'd need to use limit buy orders when insisting on a price at the real market.
