Evocash Card We have had the most incredible response to this card launch and now need to give you a further update. We are receiving many emails from account holders asking us things that are clearly answered on the Website and the FAQ pages. Before you write to us please check the card FAQ and information pages shown below in the list of links. We are asked many times where the card can be ordered from. If you want to order the card and pay direct from your Evocash account then order it from the Evocash Website. Should you wish to order the card and pay by E-Gold or INTgold then order it from www.cashchange.com or www.x-changers.com. Once you place your order please do not write asking where your card is or what happens next because as soon as the order gets to X-Changers you will receive the first of 3 emails covering your order from start to finish. 1.Email sent when the order is confirmed. 2.Email on the day when the card is being shipped 3.Email directly from Fedex after the card is in the mail Delivery times for the card are 24-72 hours providing we have stocks, if we are waiting for stocks you will receive an email on the day the card is shipped and that’s a promise. If there is a delay at least you know it is worth waiting for. We have already received emails from people saying that they have forgot to put their sponsor on the form, please double check your form before confirming the order because we cannot make changes. Account Numbers If you write to us for anything to do with your account i.e. lost password, lost transaction number you MUST include your account number. Without this information we cannot deal with your enquiry and this will cost you valuable time in accessing your account or sending a transfer. Dormant and unused accounts If you have opened an account and that account was not funded and used then it will be deleted by the system after sending out 2 warning emails over a 4 month period. If an account is deleted then it goes from the system it cannot be opened again or activated. If this applies to you, rather than writing and asking us to try and find an account that has probably been deleted please just go on to the Evocash website and open a new account. Emails We still have account holders who for some reason send the same email to more than one address, please send your email once to just one address. When we send out a client message like this one you will see that it comes from infomail@evocash.com, please note this is a mail delivery system and you cannot reply or write to that address. If you do write to that address you will never receive a reply from Evocash. Please try not to send multiple emails on the same subject, we do answer all mail within 24 hours and sending the same message time and time again will not get a quicker response. Account History Please do not forget that your account history only goes back a maximum of 12 months. If you have any important account history that you need to keep then please make a copy before it is too late. Users Evocash is always striving to make its site simple and easy to use. For the last 3 years we have offered you a multi-user interface where you could have several people logging into the same account. As more than 99% of accounts didn't use this option we have decided to do away with it. This means that early in the new year we will be removing USERNAME from our login form on the main site and also when making payments through Evoswift.
