i was thinking , what can we do to make monitors more reliable ,
suddenly i have read here in TG forum , one of the members said :
monitors have to list the programs for free , and rating should be by members voting and rating .
that's what i have done in a good style and nice design thanks to Hummi http://www.talkgold.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif
also i have designed special script for the site , to make this directory near to hyip lister , but with no Monitoring , Just FREE Listing ..
