A subordinated note is a promise to pay the principal and interest on the note to the holder by Tissos Data Ltd. By purchasing a note, you are investing money to Tissos Data Ltd. The note represents Tissos Data Ltd 's obligation to repay your principal investment with interest. Interest rates are determined at the time a note is purchased to maturity and the aggregate principal amount of all Tissos Data Ltd's notes then owned by you and your immediate family members. When the plan matures, you can elect repayment of the note and your principal investment will be returned to you along with unpaid interest. The following interest rates lists the effective net weekly, bi-weekly and monthly yields for the available note terms at different principal amounts.
