New Egold Rumors (or Truth?)

Recently learned from a private forum of a member actually having her egold account blocked, with this response from EG,

Quote:
Your account has been permanently blocked under our Right of Association
clause in the account user agreement.

from the e-gold Account User Agreement

Quote:

4.6. Right of Association

Issuer reserves the right to refuse service to particular individuals or
entities, at its sole discretion, with or without cause.

***Please note this means the block will notbe removed***

This person had more than 2 numbers blocked. Speculation is egold is now going to start cracking down on members who are involved in HYIPs, games or gambling with the use of egold, as egold is a US entity and the FED is behind this/these actions. I 'think' this person is also a US citizen. The other part of this discussion was a recommendation to be sure use the "block" setting in your egold account to ensure you are not receiving payments from a program that falls into the 'unsavory' classification, whatever that is.

Please don't shoot the messenger; I am just posting this to heighten everyone's awareness to what has been reported, as it may be of concern to you. If anyone else can confirm egold has been taking these measures, please post.

Reasonable speculation. I don't know, sometimes these 'rumors' get started by peeps who aren't telling the whole story, or maybe this is an isolated event to get a rumor started so peeps will empty their accounts.
I haven't seen any other posts about it.

Majority of egold users are people involved in stuffs like hyip, autosurf, mlm, pyramid schemes, gambling etc.
If they start cracking down on them , egold would be a history soon.
