I'm stumped and need some suggestion on an effective ways or method to make money online. What kinds of things would be good to offer or sell to others to make some money?

"Information" products - ebooks and such are always popular. People always want information. Many programs offer ebooks for resale, so this is one way to go.
E-bay has become a very popular marketplace. People find good deals on products at e-bay, and then re-sell them. Or some people go to outlet stores, "Big Lots" or other big wholesale stores, buy quantities of a product and re-sell on e-bay, but this is more 'work'.
"Blogging" has also become a very popular way to sell products. Your blog can be on any topic, gardening, poker, automotive reviews, etc.... link to retail sites and earn commissions... and/or sell advertising.
Just some ideas.
