II - HYIP's are HRIPs

-------------------------------------------------

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* In a past HYIPMailer article we said that Infinite Financial Group had stopped paying. This was a mistake on our part. IFG was hacked thus they had to skip a payout. However we have been notified that they are continuing to payout. We appologize for the mistake on our end.

* Bonded Investing will be moving to a dedicated server sometime within the next 2-3 weeks. Their programmer will be moving them over with a few of the other sites he maintains. The Admin thinks this will improve reliabilty and security of this long lasting program.

* HYIPBank's website is down. This however may be the effect of server problems, since the network that they are on is having difficulties.

* There have been reports that Gold World Trader is not paying a couple of investors. Whether these investors are telling the truth or not, no one knows. However it is a report that we think you should know of, since these investors claim to have a large amount invested into the program.

* http://www.GPTForum.com has announce their new posting contest. The person with the most and most interesting posts at their forum will win cash prizes. 8 Prizes to be reward May 12th.

* FastMony a program that was only around for a couple weeks at most has already stopped paying. It looks as if they were a scam from the start.

* PI Group's is apparently having problems with their website. Users are unable to request withdrawls, and the admin is not making any type of announcement concerning this problem. It may very well be that this program is gone.

* CB Forex a program that had a life of a few months has stopped honoring withdrawls requests, and the admin has not made any type of update. Looks as though this program was a Ponzi from the beginning.

*Other Programs that closed up are: The Jockey Club, 12UpUp, Gold Centurion, Euro-Financial, HYIProfits, Quantum-Investment, HYIP.cc

* Sceptre the username of one of the owners of S&S Investments is trying to selling some of his websites/domain names to help raise funds to refund members of the program. They include: Honesthyips.com, honestgames.com, and HyipChat.com. The high bidder will get the sites. The offering ends today (May 1st), and you can place an offer at the thread on Talkgold. http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=13336

* There is a reward being offer for information regarding the admin of EuroGoldLine, Frank Zuchristian. the Reward is $370,000. More info can be found at: http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=13612

* If anyone is looking for DDOS Proof hosting please contact us at: admin@hyipmailer.com - Prices range from $100-$3500/month depending on the serverity of attacks and the size of your site.

-------------------------------------------------

II - HYIP'S ARE HRIP'S

Over the last few months we have noticed an absence of investment knowledge in this arena. Anyone who has any background investing, and even those who do not, should already understand that "High Yield" = "High Risk." It is obvious that usually the higher the rate of return an invest offers, the higher the risk involved. People however continue to blame others for their investment losses. Whether it is the admin of the program, HYIP rating site admins, forums, or newsletter writers like myself, they want to blame anyone but themselves for their loss. We are not making excuses for the scammers out there. HYIP admins who claim to be trading and really are just running a ponzi scheme, should be blamed. Having said this, those programs which actually are investing whether it be forex, stocks, funds, other HYIPs, or other high yield investing opportunities, should not always be blamed in our opinion. Do you threaten stockbrokers who give bad tips, companies that offer jun! k bonds who go under, or the board of directors of a company whos stock just dropped 95% due to bankruptcy? Sure, these HYIPs may not be opporating 100% legally in every country, however, they should not be any more liable then the people above. Just like risky stocks, junk bonds, or risky investments in the real world, HYIPs have an extremely high risk involved in order to return such large amounts. People have to realize that no HYIP whether it is a ponzi, or an actual investment will last forever. If you do not understand this, then you should not be in this arena.

II - E-gold's New account Sentinel

-------------------------------------------------

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* Talkgold.com Has just recently launched their "Paid to Post" folder. Each week they will have a new topic of discussion. At the end of the week, the 3 members who contribute the most to the topic with information, and insight, will be awarded anywhere from $5-$20 each, directly to their E-gold account. For more information, please check out: http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index.php?showforum=104

* E-gold has implemented some new changes to it's security features. Now in order to access your account, you will have to have a 6 digit pin number sent to your registered email account. After logging in for the first tme you will be able to log in again until you or someone else tries to log in from another IP address. When this happens you will have to have a new pin number sent to you. For more info on this new feature, check out the discussion about it at: http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=14206
For info on how to get around this PIN number, if you did not have a valid email address on account, read the following post at talkgold.com: http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=14221

* A Program called Coda Online has been spamming thousands of people almost everyday. We never recommend investing into programs that go about business in this way.

* Foreign Fund's admin was due back from a trip earlier this week, but it still appears that FF is not paying and won't be paying any longer.

* Someone has sent out a spam email to over 40,000 people appearing to be from talkgold.com. This email is not infact from Talkgold.

* UnitInvest is back up and running after being down for a few days. The reason it was down was due to DDOS attacks on it's server. Payments have resumed and the site is fully functional now.

* Wise GUY Gold, a very old and steady HYIP has announce that they are no longer accepting new spends or members. This in our opinion was one of the few honestly run successful HYIPs out there. Hopefully they have a new program in the future.

* Big Gold, a program that had been paying 2% per day for the last 3 months has finally stopped paying. Whether they were a ponzi or not, many members are frustated at their lack of communication.

* Business Club has also stopped paying. When withdrawals are requested an error message pops up. This is either an indication that their egold account has been emptied or that they stopped honoring withdrawal requests. Either way it looks like they are gone.

* WSI Profits looks to be gone. The admin had stated they would be back on May 2nd. That date has come and gone with no further word from the admin.

* Golden Century, MultiHYIP, Mutual Gold International, Eltive.com, Gregory & Wilson, American Investment Club, and Diversity Loans have also all stopped paying out.

* If anyone is looking for DDOS Proof hosting please contact us at: admin@hyipmailer.com - Prices range from $100-$3500/month depending on the serverity of attacks and the size of your site.

II - E-GOLD'S NEW ACCOUNT SENTINEL

Well to the relief of some and the disliking of others, E-gold has finally made some security improvements. The new E-gold Account Sentinel is finally here. For those of you who do now know what this new security feature is all about, let me explain it quickly. The new Sentinel can be a bit of a pain if you are not on a static ip. However, either way, it is a major improvement in security for E-gold. If someone tries logging into your account, the sentinel will pick up the difference in their IP address as well as differences in their browser headers. It will not let anyone into this account without a pin number which is emailed to the email address on record. This means that unless the hacker has access to both the E-gold account password and email password on record, it is impossible for him/her to get into your account.

Now we are aware that many people are having problems initially getting into their accounts, probably due to providing an invalid email address during signup. There isn't much that can be done about this unless your account has automation access enabled. If it does have automation access enabled then you can get into your account by following a few simple steps provided to us by a member of Talkgold: http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=14221 If not, you will have to email E-gold or give them a call.

What do we think about these changes? Well we love them. Its great that E-gold has finally taken the initiative to make such security improvements. So what if it takes a few extra seconds to login to email and get your pin #. It will save hundreds of people the frustration and stress of finding out they have been a victim of a theft from an E-gold hacking.

If you have any questions please post at either:

http://www.talkgold.com
or
http://www.hphyips.com/forum

The people over their have quite a bit of knowledge about these new security features

-------------------------------------------------

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* EzeGold.biz seems to have stopped paying after nearly 1 year of nonstop payments. We have yet to hear from the admin about any future plans. This was one of the few programs that has remained paying for one year. Stay tuned for further updates

* Game 3 has been reported as non paying. This was a program that used Evocash for its base ecurrency. After paying several months its ashame to see this program gone. Their payouts were quite high so it looks like a possible ponzi.

* Cold Gold, a program which claimed to pay a fixed percentage every hour, only lasted about 2 weeks before closing early last week. This was more then likely yet another ponzi that relied on new spends to pay the old ones off.

* Profit Club, a program which had been paying for nearly 5 months also recently closed. There has been no word from the admin. Looks like this program is gone for good.

* The following programs have also closed within the last 10 days: Bet Club, Mutual Investment, Euro Fund, Crown Investments, Egold Venture, Interfund, and Forex E-Gold.

* There have been an abnormal amount of DDOS attacks on various HYIP related sites and programs.

* Please note that someone has copied SHG-IG's website and is trying to scam people. Please only use shg-ig.com, and do not invest in the program located at: shg-ig.net. The .com is the program that has actually been paying, while the .net is a scam for sure.

* Unit Invest, a program that had some DDOS attacks against it in the past couple weeks appears to be having troubles. There are a lot of reports of late payments, and it appears this program might be closing up.

* S&S Investments continues to make refunds. Whether everyone will be refunded or not is yet to be determined, but atleast the admin is making an effort.

* E-Gold has announced some scheduled downtime, that will occur on Monday, May 31 2004 at 1900 EDT and is scheduled to conclude on Monday, May 31 2004 at about 2030 EDT.

* If anyone is looking for DDOS Proof hosting please contact us at: admin@hyipmailer.com - Prices range from $100-$3500/month depending on the serverity of attacks and the size of your site.

-------------------------------------------------

II - THE NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES OF E-GOLDS NEW SECURITY MEASURES

Don't get us wrong, we love the new security pin # feature that E-gold has recently implemented. It will make E-gold much more secure and probably help the HYIP arena in a positive way. Their are some negatives that may come out of these security enhancements. Now that the dozens (if not hundreds) of E-gold hackers can not make a living anymore stealing by gaining access to peoples E-gold passwords with keyloggers and other methods, they will turn to other unhonest methods of making money. What are they? Well they have already turned to Blackmail by use of DDOS attacks on many sites, and HYIPs. There may be an increase in scam programs opening up in order for these criminals to make up for their losses. Also remember that it may still be possible for E-gold accounts to be hacked. Always remember to protect your PC with a solid firewall and antivirus program. Use a secure email address when signing up to an E-gold account, and always remember to change your password o! ften. Like we said above, look out for a possible increase in the all too famliar overnight HYIP scams. These are programs that pop up for a week and then vanish. It is really ashame that these people can't use their skill in an honest way to make a living

-------------------------------------------------

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* http://www.gptforum.com/forum - has launched its new Referral and points system. Members get 8 cents per referral to their forum and up to $1.00 per post. The forum discusses all types of money making ideas including HYIPs.

* http://www.goldrater.com is back up and running after some database problems. All listings were extended by 3 days.

* The Entire Talkgold Network is in the process of changing hands. The network which has been operated by Brian and his partners for over 2 and a half years will be run and managed by a group of people, who have not really involved themselves in the HYIP arena in the past, but see this as a business opportunity. Brian has promised that these people are as honest and open as he is. Brian of Talkgold will remain an admin there and everything should remain just as is, but he has decided to give up his full time dealings with the Talkgold network to pursue other things in his life. More info can be found at: http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index...101&t=14769

* There are a few reports that members of TradePG are havning problems with their accounts. A few users have had their account details changed without authorization. This could be caused by a hacker, or these could be false reports.

* Ezegold.st has announced that they will now be paying on a monthly basis rather then daily. This could be the cause of concern, as many admins delay payouts when they are short funds. However this might just be an investment strategy they are using.

* Golden World Trader appears to have stopped paying. A very select few may still be getting paid, but the majority of members are no longer being paid. There have also been reports that the admin of this program was caught for cheating his rating on Goldrater.com.

* E-Tradez is also being reported as not paying by a few individuals. It looks as thought this program is about to close up, if they haven't already.

* Unit Invest a program that wasn't around for too long of a time but had quite a large sum invested into it, has stopped paying, and the admin is no longer responding to questions. Looks like this may have been a scam from the start.

* If anyone is looking for DDOS Proof hosting please contact us at: admin@hyipmailer.com - Prices range from $100-$3500/month depending on the serverity of attacks and the size of your site.

-------------------------------------------------

II - HYIP INVESTORS GETTING SMARTER

Over the past few years we have seen all kinds of HYIPs and have analyzed how investors reacted to different programs. Recently there has been an abnormal amount of large programs closing up shop, running with peoples money. This has sparked a sort of revolution in the mindsets of HYIP investors. They are becoming smarter and learning a lot about the volatility and uncertainty of this arena. Investors today are a lot smarter then they were even 3 months ago. They are realizing that many of these so called investment programs are more of a gamble then an investment. There is money to be made, but choosing the right program is harder today then it ever was. Last year if a program came out and claimed to pay 10-15% per week, investors would jump on the bandwagon and start believing that these rediculous returns are possible. Today however, after the unfortionate experience of the Nova-Lights closure, investors are more realistic in what they feel are actual returns and ! what they feel is just a ponzi scheme. This is making it tougher and tougher for Program Admins to create large ponzi schemes, as investors have learned from experience in the past. Hopefully over the coming months more actual programs will emerge, leaving the 5% per day programs to the gamblers

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* Talkgold.com has recently launched what we feel is the best deal in HYIP advertising. For a one time $25.00 fee, HYIP admins will get a listing on their main page as well as a forum at their site.

* Norther Star Investments has moved to a new server and is back up and running now after a little bit of downtime. Payouts have also resumed.

* Yet Another Gold Game looks like they have closed down for good. There is a lack of communication from the admin, and after well over a year of paying out on time, it looks as if this program has finally closed its doors. All in all YAGG has been a success, earning many people a great deal of money.

* CPU Investments is currently on hold while they try to resolve problems involving a DDOS attack. Look for them to be back within a few days.

* Ranier Group has stopped making payout. Unfortunately their website is still up and running, and probably still stealing more money. Stay away from this program as all costs.

* TradePG is supposedly experiencing DDOS attacks. There are some speculations that the admin is just using this as an excuse to stop payments, but we believe you should give this program time to work the problems out.

* V-Team Investments is having problems. We are not too sure if they are gone or not. We will have to wait another week and see. It is quite possible that this is a ddos attack or some other kind of internet problem. It is rather strange, however, that the Admin is not in contact with anyone. V-Team has also been paying for well over 1 year.

* Executive Investments has also been reported as not paying. They have been around for over 4 months, but suddenly stopped payouts just a few days ago. So far there has been no contact with the admin.

* Haroost, a program that had only been around for 2 weeks has simply disappeared. The site is no longer online. This may be due to the fact that they spammed quite a few people over the last week. Anyway, don't expect them to return any time soon.

* Over the last week, there has been an abundance of programs which have closed. Many of these programs have failed to last even a month. Some are: Went worth Trust, Money at Work, Savestock, RawGold, Unit Pro, Unit Invest, As the Gold Grows, FutureSafe, Euromidas, E-Gold Investments, Emoney Investment, Venture Pay, B.I.G Program, H-Point and Active Spenders.

* If anyone is looking for DDOS Proof hosting please contact us at: admin@hyipmailer.com - Prices range from $100-$3500/month depending on the serverity of attacks and the size of your site.

II - HTTP://WWW.GPTFORUM.COM - TAKES OFF WITH A BANG

Its not easy to start a forum, especially one in an industry that is dominated my one major player. Gptforum has gotten off to a great start. We are writting a short article about its success and its philosophy of advertising because we were impressed by how rapidly it has developed.

GPTForum.com has gained over 400 new mebers in the last week. There are currently close to 1,000 members and this number is constantly growing. How did they manage such an amazing publicity stunt? First of all the forum deals with various ways to earn on the internet. Get Paid to Read programs, HYIPs, MLM, etc, they are all discussed here. What made this forum a success while many other in the past have failed is the fact that they offer an awards system for quality posts and referrals. They offer 8 cents per referral and upto $1.00 per quality post. In addition to the referral program, GPTForum has spent a good amount of money on advertising, both in the HYIP and GPTR communities. Banners can be found at Talkgold.com, Dreamstarmail.com, etc. To conclude we feel GPTForum is a great example of how a forum should be launched. The right combination of advertising as well as a great promotion for posts and referrals has turned out to be the right mix for success. For ! those of you interested in learning to promote, market and succeed in publicizing a site, take gptforum as a perfect example.

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* Talkgold.com has recently launched what we feel is the best deal in HYIP advertising. For a one time $25.00 fee, HYIP admins will get a listing on their main page as well as a forum at their site.

* 25Weekly is being reported as not making payouts. It appears this program was a pure scam from the start.

* ActivAssets, is still paying but not quite as originally promised. Their Daily payments are all being made on time. Whether this is something that is being caused by the lack of funds, is not known.

* RealBroker, a program that has been around for a few months has stopped payouts. The admin says that payouts will resume at the latest in 3 weeks. Whether they will resume or not will have to be seen, but it is very possible this program is gone.

* Northern Star Investments is paying again. They had some downtime due to scripting errors, and payments were delayed due to some errors in the mass payment portion of the script.

* It looks as if VTEAM may be gone for good. The Admin, Bruce said that they were moving their site to a new dedicated server but this downtime has been way too long for that. We don't see why Bruce couldn't update anyone if this is in fact the case. This program was paying for a very long time, but looks as though they may not be paying anyone anymore.

* If anyone is looking for DDOS Proof hosting please contact us at: admin@hyipmailer.com - Prices range from $100-$3500/month depending on the serverity of attacks and the size of your site.

* Premium HYIP Group has lowered their payouts dramitically from about 4.5% per week to 0.5% per week. It looks like this HYIP pool has taken a hit.

* Index Fund looks to me gone. The site will not load and there is no contact from the admins.

* The following Programs have also been reported as not paying in the last week: XP Fund, FitsGold, and Credible Group.

* Adam Staley has been semi-introduced as the new admin/owner of the Talkgold Network. There has not been an offcial statement made yet, but the complete changeover will take place within weeks. Brian will remain active at all site for months to come. A formal introduction of the new owner will take place within a week or so.

-------------------------------------------------

II - The Seasonal Trend in HYIPs

Just like all markets and industries, certain months of the year are more active in the HYIP arena then other months. Charting data from the last 2 years we have come up with a basic understanding of how the seasonal flow of HYIPs work. The months of October and November are usually the time of year when the most HYIPs and investors are active in the arena. This may be because of the cold weather in many areas of the world, along with the anticipation of Christmas. Unfortionately HYIP admins tend to start scams to earn a good amount of cash in order to help pay Holiday expenses. Investors are also usually confined to their homes because of deteriorating weather conditions. They are also looking to make a few bucks themselves for the holidays. The months of December January, February and March have tended to also be quite active. On the other hand, April and September have been mediocre in HYIP activity. May, June, July, and August tend to be the 4 months with the lea! st amount of activity in the arena. These months all take place in the Summer season where the weather is warm, people are outdoors having fun, and usually are not stuck behind their computers trying to invest in HYIPs.

All in all, look for the next month or two to continue to be slow, with a lesser amount of HYIPs emerging as well as individuals investing in these programs. Come September, you will see the activity in this arena pick up quite a bit, and the whole cicle will start again.

II - What the HYIP Arena is Missing.

-------------------------------------------------

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* Global Realty Fund is having payout problems due to problems accessing their E-gold account. The problem is that the PIN # emails that are being sent to their email account are taking over 15 minutes to arrive, thus the PIN number is expiring.

* GoldVault has stopped paying out daily payments. We have also heard that they are run by the same eprson who ran Cedible Group which recently closed down as well.

* Real Broker has stopped paying out. There has been no contact from the admin.

* Stable Forex Investment is being reported as not making payouts to members. It is very possible that this program is closing up.

* Gold Revolution is being reported as not allowing members to withdrawl funds. We would recommend staying clear of this program at this time.

* Trade Profit Gold is having a similar problem. This program might also be closing up shop. Stay away until further notice.

* The Money Page is having problems with their e-gold account. There has been a balance limit imposed on the account. This may very well be due to the fact that someone complained to e-gold about them not paying like promised.

* FairPax.com has closed up and is not offline do to problems they had withPaxWorld, and the S.E.C. This program was most likely a scam to start with anyway.

* http://www.gptmailer.com has recently launched. Though they have a similar name, we do not run this newletter, however we do know the owners and they are very knowledgable people. For joining you will be eligible for every weeks cash giveaway.

-------------------------------------------------

II - WHAT THE HYIP ARENA IS MISSING

More and more over the last year HYIPs have been laughed at by many outsiders. "They are all scams" most people say. Unfortionately this is true in a lot of the cases. What the HYIP arena really needs is a few solid honest programs which we can all trust. Trust doesn't come easy, especially when the admins have control of hundreds of thousands of dollars and are usually anonymous. If 3-5 Admins would use their brains to build an actual HYIP, which invests in Stocks, Forex, or other offline investments, we feel the HYIP arena would head in the right direction. What is needed for us all to trust these admins would be some kind of transparency. A forex account in which all investors can view the trade history would be a start. The payouts of course would be variable with the possibility of losing money. We feel that HYIPs should be an alternative for the average Joe to earn a little extra cash while also having some fun. The recent outbreak of major scam after major s!
cam has caused many people to lose their little confidence in this arena that they may have had. We do feel that eventually admins will smarten up and provide us with a more transparent arena. For now, invest only what you can afford to lose, and play it like a game of poker.

II - Major Merger Sures up HYIP Arena

-------------------------------------------------

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* CPU Investments is having major security problems with its site. They plan to make a comeback, and signs are pointing to atleast a refund, however we will have to wait and see.

* Caribe FX is reporting major problems. Supposedly their gains fell short of their goals, thus they had to suspend operations for a while. They claim that they will be back once their long term investments pay off, and say that this will not affect their other program which is still paying, Veztec. More info can be found at the following page: http://www.caribefx.com/cfxstatus.html

* Gold Supremacy has been reported as not paying. The admin has not contacted any investors. This one looks like a sure ponzi/scam.

* The Sagas group's website has been down for over a week. There has been no contact with the admin. Looks like this program is a gone as well.

* E-Stockclub as well as EliteforeX Group have also been reported as not paying. Both seem like ponzi's to us.

* Instant Profits looks to be closing up due to what they say are DDOS attacks. Whether this is the truth or if it's an excuse to close up, no one really knows. However it doesn't look good for investors right now.

* 5YearBond a program that has been around for quite some time now has announced that they are now lowering their minimum investment amount from $500 to $100. Whether this is a ploy just to get more investments to help feed a ponzi, or if it's just that they need more funds for investing is not known. However this program has been paying for quite some time and has shown no signs of being a scam.

* Octavian Holdings appears to have shut down. Dan Dremos, the admin says that he will be making refunds, but it doesn't look like these refunds will be made any time in the near future. This program was one of the longest paying programs out there and had been very successful in earning many investors a nice profit.

* Foreign Fund is in the news again. It appears that they are still accepting funds, but only through mail. They are accepting checks and money orders via the mail (un-registered only). Why anyone would invest in this program at this time is what is getting us confused. You can read more about this at: http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index.php?showforum=95

* Web-Life.org, which recently merged with Hphyips.com, has announced its creation of its HYIP advisory panel. More info can be found on the future of the panel at the weblife.org forum.

-------------------------------------------------

II - MAJOR MERGER SURES UP HYIP ARENA

As most of you realize the past few months has been a bad time for HYIPs in general. Program after program closing, leaving investors in the dark. With no real guidence, investors are becoming discouraged and are starting to look away from the HYIP arena. Even Rating sites and forums are starting to slow down abit.

In the past 2 weeks there has been a major merge between two HYIP forum sites. HpHYIPs.com merged with Web-Life.org to form one major forum which can be found at http://www.web-life.org . This will benefit the HYIP community in a major way. Web-Life is about to launch its HYIP advisory Panel consisting of 8 respected members of the HYIP arena. This panel is sure to bring some stability and honesty back to the arena, while also giving investors a guide to follow. In addition to this they will soon be launching http://www.HYIPsearch.net , which will be a database filled with thousands of current and past HYIPs. They will also be extending the reach of http://www.HYIPSafelist.com . Web-life.org should be a major player in the future of the HYIP arena as well as a great community for anyone, both inside and outside, the HYIP circle.

Look for the coming months to yield a brighter more stable HYIP industry.

* It appears that Golden HYIP is not paying everyone on time. Some people are being paid while others are not. We recommend staying away from this program for now.

* InitialBusiness' website has been down for the past few days. It appears that the admin has either taken the site down, or has changed permissions on the server. Whether this means the program is gone or not, can't be told yet. However it certainly doesn't look good for investors in this program.

* CPU investments says that they believe they will recoever 100% of the of the funds, but one of the traders have run into some problems. The worse case scenario is that everyone will get their money invested back (minus returns). This is the worse case scenario if they can't recover losses though.

* Gold Purse appears to have stopped paying. The admin also is not answering emails. This program was most likely a scam from the start.

* France Finance, a program that hasn't been around all that long has stopped paying and can be classified as a Scam/Ponzi. The admin of this program probably didn't make off with much, but he still stole some funds.

* United Traders a program which was only online for what seemed to be a few days has stopped paying already. Stay clear of this program at all costs!

* Talkgold.com has redesigned their homepage. The look is much more professional looking, and easier to read. Check it out at http://www.Talkgold.com

* We have word that a few respected individuals in the Arena will be launching their own HYIPs. One of them will be completely transparent. Stay tuned for more infomation in the coming newsletters.

II - OVER SATURATION OF HYIP RATING SITES

Over the past 4-5 months there has been an emergence of over 30 different HYIP rating sites. In the past there were maybe 4 or 5 Rating sites out there, and it was easy to track the progress of a particular program. Most of the new sites that have emerged seem to be struggling with only a few listings and even fewer members. It has basically confused a lot of admins as well as investors. This however is a free open marklet and as long as profits are being made over costs, Rating sites will enter the market.

We have no opinion on whether this is a good or bad thing, however, many members are complaining that its not like the old days when TheBesthyips.com, Goldrater.com, Gamesofgold.com, Poolofgold.net, and Gold-Hosting.com were the only rating sites around. We recommend using a variety of sites, however the older more known rating sites are probably the more honest and trustworthy ones

II - Understanding HYIPs - Everything you need to know Summed up

-------------------------------------------------

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* http://www.Gold-Hosting.com has recently undergone a makeover. The site, which is the original admin rating site in the arena, is now cleaner, and has a fresher look.

* Carribean FX looks like they are gone for good. Don't expect them to come back anytime soon. The program launched about 9 months ago and paid out a good amount. Whether it was a ponzi, or simply an investment gone bad, it does not look good for investors.

* Global Reality Fund has also recently stopped paying out. After paying 5% per week for the last 8 months they simply collapsed. We have not heard any word from the admin, and the prospects for a comeback does not look very good.

* Coral Investments Also recently stopped paying out. They usually paid 2% per day, however as of late payments have been slowed to only a couple times a week, and finally no payments were being made. We have not heard anything further about this program.

* Art Business, stopped paying out about 10 days ago. They were reported as paying out certain Rating site owners, while not paying it's main investors. This can be a tactic used by scammers in order to make the public think the program is still legit.

* AMGFin has stopped paying. A lot of members believed that this program was the first legit one in a long time. However it appears that they are not anything but a scam. Stay away from them at all costs.

* Tatijano-e-Trust is in the process of installing new scripts to make the whole system easier. Any downtime should be attributed to this.

* The following Programs have also been reported as not paying: Precise Profits, Maxime Group, Forex Share, BMR, and Full Profits, Ultimate Gold club.

-------------------------------------------------

II - UNDERSTANDING HYIPS - EVERTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW SUMMED UP

HYIP stands for High Yield Investment Programs. There are many HYIPs in both the real world and the internet. People have to distinguish between online HYIPs and real world HYIPs, and know that these programs are very unstable, but potentially quite lucrative.

In the real world, an HYIP could be an opportunity to invest in a company which is buying out a group of old Apartments in a valuable location in order to rebuild luxury homes in that area. This would be a risky venture with a possibility of high returns. The good thing about Offline HYIPs is that investors usually have a good line of communication with the fund managers. They can easily track the progress of the venture and make sure they are not getting the short end of the stick, or being lied to. If they are, the investors would have quite a bit of information to pursue a legal route.

Online there are several types of HYIPs. There are those that claim to be High Yield Investment Programs, which really are Ponzi schemes, relying on new spends to pay off that of old investments. Once new spends dry up, so does the program. These are illegal to run in virtually all countries. Then there are those that actually do invest in risky ventures, such as forex trading, stock trading, online/offline business's, and even other HYIPs. These progams can also fail at any given time. Whether they are a scam or not is for the investors to determine. Just because a program closes and people lose money, does not makie it a scam. Remember, HYIP stands for High Yield Investment Program. Anyone with even a bit of knowledge of investing would know that "High Yield" means "High Risk". All in All, the online programs are usually the most popular, and unfortionately filled with scammers. Online there is not much anyone can do to track down the admin of a program, thus mak! ing it easy for scammers to enter the arena.

Basically Online HYIPs have to be looked at as more of a gamble, then an actual investment, however with a good strategy, a good source of information, and the ability to obsorb risks, money can be made and will continue to be made in this arena.

* It looks as if CPU investments may in fact be gone for good. The admin is very inactive in answering questions and some inside info we have does not look too good. After saying this, we do have a slight hope of them returning.

* Betting 4 Gold, a program that has paid well for the last 7 months, has simply stopped paying out. Looks like they may have made some bad bets, or were simply a ponzi. Either way, it doesn't look good for those who got involved recently in this program

* Gold Fortune Casino has recently launched a cycler. Over $600,000 was cycled through in a period of only 8 days or so. At the time of printing this newsletter, they were experiencing a DDOS attack. Stay tuned to their forum at Talkgold.com for updates.

* Forex Profit Group has been reported as not paying. This program launched only about 4 weeks ago, and it looks as though the admin either got tired, or simply did not get enough public interest.

* Euro Gold Times, has stopped paying out. The Admin promised refunds if it stopped, but we will have to wait and see if the refunds are actually made.

* Truly Forex has stopped making payouts. It appears that the admin got too greedy, decided to close the program and keep funds for himself. Just another scammer running a scam.

* TA Trade is reporting that their e-gold and evocash accounts have been hacked, thus the program can not pay out. Whether this is true or not is not known, but with the added security features on E-gold, we really don't believe the story.

* Other Programs that have closed recently are: Gold Purse, Pro Gold Invest, Complete Profits, and Gold Tactics.

* HYIPSearch.net has officially launched. This new tool should become very popular in the HYIP arena. Currently 500 programs from the past and present are listed with details. This number is expected to grow to over 1500 eventually.

II - HISTORY AS A KEY TO THE FURUTRE - HTTP://WWW.HYIPSEARCH.NET

One way many investors determine their future portfolio is to look at past data. Trends of the past can be a huge determinant of future earnings. Just like the real market, the same can be said for HYIPs. The more data you have at your fingertips, the more likely you are to succeed in your investing.

Two days ago, HYIPSearch.net launched. HYIPSearch is an expanding database filled with info on HYIPs from the past and present. Currently with close to 500 Programs listed, many with detailed info on the program and admin, HYIPSearch will provide you with all types of valuable HYIP info. In the coming months this number will grow to close to 1500 programs from the past 4 years!

There is a small membership fee of $3 for 3 months, however this is well worth the small fee. Please check them out at: http://www.hyipsearch.com .

III - INVESTING IN GOLD

Gold, it's been a symbol of wealth and power for over 6000 years. First used in Central and Eastern Europe in 4000 bc, gold has been a stable investment in times of crisis, and economic instability. It has remained the cornerstone of wealth and prosperity, and will continue to be the metal in which all other economic measurments are made.

Investing is Gold is one of the closest guarantees of stability an investor can find. With national debts in the United States reaching alltime highs, and world politics in limbo, gold will be the only sure investment in the future. With fiat money continuing to take major hits around the globe, we get even more reason to hoard gold as an investment and guarantee in times of crisis.

Gold is not only used as an investment, but the computer age has increased the demand for it to be used as ciruits in order to connect transistors in microchips. As computers get more sophisticated and widely used, the increase in the demand for gold will skyrocket. Many other technologies also use gold for its flawlessness, reliability, and its ability to conduct electricity.

The alltime high price for an ounce of gold is $870 which was on January 21st 1980 in New York. Since then the gold price has remained stable in the $300-$450 range. Many experts predict that Gold will continue to rise and even possibly set a new high sometime in the next 5-10 years.

Investing in Gold is highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a stable investment with a huge upside. Gold will never lose it's value, and will only increase as time goes by, political/economics institutions crumble, and the demand for it skyrockets

II - The Cycler Surge

-------------------------------------------------

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* http://www.TheCycler.com is in its 2nd full day. This is currently the premier cycler online. This cycler is run by several known HYIP forum/rating site admins.

* The Evocash/Freeland Opps war is in full swing. Evocash has suspended the accounts of Freeland Opps, requesting proper Identification before unlocking the accounts. This story gets more and more interesting each hour. A message directly from Evocash has been posted at Talkgold.com and can be found at: http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=17273&st=0

* FreeLand Opps is officially going private. No new members will be allowed to enter the program. Because of the EvoCash problems, they will no longer be accepting Evocash as a means of deposit. Their website is also not functioning properly as they are moving servers. The admins will be present at Talkgold.com and Gold-Horizons to answer your questions. There is also a chat room located at: http://www.tcconference.com/flo/?flochat&pass=&

* E-GOld Weekly has been reported as not paying. This program recently celebrated their 1 year anniversary, however the celebration didn't last too long. We have not heard any details from their admin.

* PHLP, a program whiched launched just over 5 months ago, has also stopped paying out. They paid 5% per week, but missed the last two weeks of payouts. Looks like this may have been yet another ponzi.

* Brian Elite, a program which had been known for its quick withdrawal methods has recently stopped honoring withdrawal requests. Looking at their payout rate and time of existance, we feel it was just another scam.

* Zelts Electric, has stopped paying out. The cause is believe to be that they invested the funds into another program that stopped paying. This is unfortunate, but also a bit ignorant on the part of the admin.

* Other programs that have been reported as not paying are: A Good News, Arabian Oil, Money4000, 2 Days Gold, and Compass House

* HYIPSearch.net continues to grow as new members join and add more programs. This is a very useful tool if you like looking at the past HYIPs that failed and use the past to help you invest in the future.

-------------------------------------------------

II - THE CYCLER SURGE

In the last few weeks there has been quite a few large cyclers that have launched. For those of you who do not know, a cycler is a site in which the public can purchase banners. These banners have a variable cost, usually a min and max value. Once your banner cycles off the page (this happens when other banners are purchased), you get your spend back plus interest. Basically it is a transparent ponzi. Whether you call it a ponzi or not is up to you. Since a product (advertising) is being offer it's hard to claim that these cyclers are actual ponzi schemes. They can be quite rewarding to those who get in first, however those who end up spending last will lose. Just like all HYIPs, we suggest you spend no more then what you can afford to lose. The newest cycler right now is one run by a few Rating site/Forum admins: http://www.thecycler.com

Remember, Timing is the key to earning in these types of programs.

II - Some Successful HYIP Observations

-------------------------------------------------

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* PIPs is claiming to have security problems, thus they are performing audits on a number of accounts to make sure all accounts are legit. The website has also been down while these audits are taking place.

* The Evocash/Freeland Opps war continues. Evocash claims to have frozen the multiple accounts used by flo after seeing some major transfers of funds. The FLO proxy tunnel was also very suspicious to the Evocash owners. FLO claims that everything will be back to normal as soon as possible. Both the Evocash and FLO websites have been down for periods of time over the last week.

* Official Evocash updates directly from Liam can be read at their talkgold folder: http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index.php?showforum=145

* United Fund's website has been unreachable for the last few days. The admin claims that they are under a heavy DDOS attack. This program was paying quite a good amount out, therefore it is possible it may be a ponzi which just ended. Having said this, we also feel that the news of the DDOS attack may be true, and that the program may come back within a day or two. Stay tuned to this one.

* Finus Investments has stopped paying out. We have received no update from the admin. Looks like they may be gone for good.

* Gold Antelope has also stopped paying out. This program paid 5% per day, and was a clear ponzi scheme. It only lasted about 2 weeks before it's collapse.

* Fx180.com is currently down due to DDOS attacks. Once they are back up they say they will make payments.

* Reality Millions is also down due to DDOS attacks. Whether they will return or not is yet to be seen.

* VGDInvest had launched about 2 weeks ago. The website has not been functioning properly, and it looks as though the admin has given up. Stay clear of this program.

* Other programs that have recently closed are: BBC Ventures, Fixed Interest, E-Turns, Ultimate Fund, Pool Invest, Hungarian Investment National Fund (HINF), and Betting Masters.

-------------------------------------------------

II - SOME SUCCESSFUL HYIP OBSERVATIONS

Over the years we have been able to analyze a huge number of HYIPs. While most programs last the usual1-6 months, there are those that tend to break away from the average and last much longer. The trick for us investors is to know which programs will last the longest so we can invest in them from the start. We have put together a small but important list of some characteristics which can signal a longer lasting more stable program:

- An original HYIP script - Most of the more infamous HYIPs have used unique scripts, unlike those of their competition. Star Game, Pegasus, Ez-Bucks, UGT, Freelandopps, PIPs, FXTO, VBU, Weeklygold, etc were all either the only ones using their script or the first to use a particular script. The one characteristic that links all these programs together is that they all lasted quite some time compared to the rest of the HYIP field. A unique script can signal to the investors that the admin took time to make sure his/her program is set up exactly how he/she wishes.

- Weekly Paying Programs - Another thing that is present in almost all the long paying programs is the fact that most were weekly payers. Some were daily payers like the Nova-Lights group, however for the most part weekly paying programs have been shown to pay out more over the long run.

- Customer Support (Chats, Forums, messengers, etc) - Those programs which have lasted 6+ months are those that have teams of support personel. Nova-lights, Weeklygold, Freelandopps, PIPs, VBU, and others all fall into this category, and have always had people avalable for members' everyday questions. The main reason that these programs last longer probably has more to do with the fact that support teams create confidence, and allow mmebers to feel like they are part of a larger community.

All in all, these are 3 basic characteristics one should look for in a program which will last longer then the average 1-6 months. These rules are not set in stone, and probably will be proven wrong again and again in the future, but sticking to these three basic characteristics, one will hopefully have better luck investing in a harsh HYIP arena.

I - HYIP NEWS/NOTICES UPDATE

* EGold-Finance has been reported to be run by theives and scammers. There have been reports that they stole money and information from Incomestar.com. Stay away from EGold-Ginance at all costs.

* Freeland Opps continues to string it's members along with promises of a comeback. It's really hard to say what is going on with that program as they have been down for over a month now, without refunding anyone or relaunching their payout program. Avoid investing into Freeland Opps until you hear otherwise. Right now things do not look good for the people who have a lot of money tied up with FLO.

* G-Gold has been reported as not paying. Currently their website is down and there has been no word from the admin. This program launched just over 4 and a hald months ago. Looks like it is just another ponzi that ran out of new spends.

* Ala&As has also stopped paying out. Payments made to investors egold accounts every day has quickly stopped. Thios program is also about 4 months old.

* Northern Star Investments has stopped making daily payouts as well. There has been no word from the admin, and it looks like this was just yet another longer lasting ponzi scheme.

* E-Gold Deposit looks like a sure fire scam. This program which launched a few weeks ago, has not even paid out once. Looks like the admin was in for a wuick buck and then disappeared.

* 5 Year Bond has announced that they are now accepting INTGold and e-Bullion along with E-gold and EVOCash. This should open the program up to new investors.

* It appears that a good number of members of Hourly FX Gold have not recieved their promised payouts. Whether this program is in trouble, or if it was just a mistake or error on the part of the admin is unknown. We advise to stay away for the time being.

* HYIPMailer has given our News archives to Talkgold.com for them to list. You can find all the news from the past year and a half archived at: http://www.talkgold.com/news/newsarticles.html

* Other Programs which have stopped paying are: Abalone Investments, S-Bets, Profit Zone, 20X10, Money Spinner, OrpitPay, Golden Progress, and Global Regal Ventures.

-------------------------------------------------

II - HYIP FORUMS - A ONE SIDED STORY

There are hundreds of forums related to HYIPs online. Some are sponsored by a particular program, while others are simply created from an outside source. While forums can often be a great way to learn about particular programs, historical HYIP events, and strategies to earn the maximum return on our investments, they can also be one sided. When browsing a forum you first must understand who is running the forum, and what relationship they have to any particular HYIPs. Forums can be bias, and not always tell the entire story. There are 2 main types of forums:

Program Led Forums:

These are forums which are created for one purpose which is to serve the group of individuals who are invested in one particular program. These forums are often extremely biased towards the admin of the program. You will likely never see people questioning the integrity or the honestly of the program being served. Why? Because the mods and admins will most likely delete anything that is showcasing their program in a negative light. These are the types of programs and forums in which you may see cult mentality in. Instead of viewing both the positive and negative aspects and possibilities of a program, the member base will only concentrate on the positive and quickly shoot down anyone who questions the programs honesty.

Outside Administered Forums:

These are forums which are led and owned by an outside source. The admins and mods of these forum are not there to boost the reputation of any particular program. They are there to make sure things run smoothly. There are conflicts of interests in these types of forums, especially when deals are made with particular program admins in order boost the reputation of their programs. There are probably close to a dozen or so of these Independant HYIP forums, however many of them start to become one sided as well. We recommend that you find a forum in which you as well as everyone else is allowed to post both postive and negative comments about any program that is running. Talkgold.com is an example of this type of forum. Even though Talkgold may get a bad reputation for being "full of doom and gloom individuals," the fact of the matter is that it is one of the only places where everyones opinions and thoughts are taken into consideration without extreme moderation. It is ! important for us investors to get opinions from eveyopne in the arena no matter if they are postive, negative, or neutral.

All in all, we recommend that you understand the type of forum you are involved in. Try to figure out what types of conflicts the admin of the program may have with certain programs, as well as if they are pushing any particular HYIP. Even though you may feel like certain forums (ie Talkgold.com) are a mess, with too much argueing, realize that opinions from different types of people (althought they may conflict with one another) is a good thing when trying to pick out the right HYIP to invest in.

* Evocash.com has announced they will be closing their doors for good. Because of the constant ddos and financial attacks, they claim that it is no longer profitable to stay in business. Any account with over $6.00 in it will have to confirm a mailing address. Once this is done refunds will start to be processed via company check. For more information please check out the Evocash Forum at talkgold.com: http://www.talkgold.com/forum/index.php?showforum=145

* http://www.talkgold.com/directory has launched last week. So far the response has been great. Remember if you own an HYIP, HYIP related site, or egold related site you can list it there free of charge.

* The whole Freeland Opps fiasco continues to frustrate investors of that program. People are beginning to relaize that F LOmaybegoneforgood.Weagreewiththisassumption.

* Golden Nest Egg is still having problems with their server related to the DDOS attacks. Hopefully in the coming week things will begin to get back to no rmal.Ifyouhaveanyproblemsorconcerns...den-nestegg.com

* Forex Team, which launched back in August, has been reported as not paying. This program had numerous problems in it's 4 month history. Looks like they are gone for good.

* E-Money Club, a Program that claimed to pay 100% per month has not paid a single individual. At least it doesn't seem that way. This was an obvious scam from the start. It's only goal was to get as many people as possible to invest in one month, then when payouts were suppsoed to be made they ran.

* Costa Maya, which claimed to pay 7% per day and launched just over 1 month ago has been reported as not paying. Any program that offers 7% should be classified as a sure ponzi scheme.

* Gold Arbitrage reportedly is no longer paying, although their website is still online. Stay away from this program until further notice.

* Dual II is currently paying to members online accounts, but they are not honoring withdrawls. Another scammer, who is trying to use his smarts to scam members.

* FAPIC a program that claims to be a real corporation, has reportedly stopped honoring withdrawls. There have been no updates from the admin regarding this matter, so it's safe to assume that they have closed.

* Other programs that have closed or scammed are; eTrike, Gold Day, Fast Returns, Sports Investments, Cash Factor, Profit Engine, Private Gold Club, and Real Business

-------------------------------------------------

II - HYIP SCAMS RELY ON 2 THINGS

Con artists are rarely able to cheat someone who is free of greed or fear.

Greed is the emotion that leads us to want something for nothing or to seek high returns on investments with claims of little risk. Greed gives us the motive to be willing to take advantage of another person. Someone once said that "You can't con an honest man". The word "honest" could be substituted for "someone who isn't greedy".

Your single best defense against any potential scam or scheme is to be willing to walk away from the perceived "opportunity". When you know that professional investment managers rarely make more than the returns achieved by the various market averages, you should be instantly suspicious of any offer that alleges to give you the opportunity to get results far greater than those obtained by professional investors. When the rate of return for a home mortgage is at 7% per year, it doesn't make sense that you can make 10% a month on any kind of investment.

The second emotion that causes many people to lose money is fear.

Nearly every con game or scam tries to encourage a sense of urgency or you lose the opportunity. You have to move fast, to be decisive, say the hustlers and promoters. The fear of losing an opportunity to get something for nothing causes people to invest without investigating first.

Greed causes investors to buy at the top of a rising market and fear causes them to sell at the bottom.

Greed causes otherwise sane people to give their life savings to a total stranger who is offering the allure of a "special opportunity" to get high returns without risk or effort. Fear often prevents them from even seeking help to recover their money.

Greed causes people to buy trust packages that allege they can magically move money between a number of trusts (like the carnival shell game) and end up not owing taxes on their income.

People who are inherently honest don't expect something for nothing. They are immediately suspicious of anyone who offers them an "opportunity" that seeks to take advantage of others. Such people are very hard to trick into some kind of scam or con game.

Do yourself a favor. Develop a private system of ranking various opportunities on the "Scam Scale". The greater the potential opportunity in relation to the amount at risk, the greater the potential for a scam and the more time should be taken to check it out. And, the more urgent the "opportunity" is, the greater the potential for it's being a scam of some kind.

There are real opportunities available in this world, but they usually require a lot of hard work and patience. The promise of easy money is like the odds of winning the lottery. It's o.k. to bet a few bucks that you can afford to lose, but it's really foolish to bet the farm on a million to one gamble.
