Is comshares having a problem? I invested 3 days ago and have not been able to log into my account yet. I have e-mailed them for three days and have not gotten an answer.

I have no problem logging in.
Did you try to retrieve your password?
Enter your Egold number on the main page and it will be sent to the registered email on file.

Remember, you need combination of Username + Password. Be sure you are entering the correct Username.

Hope this helps.

I tried to retrieve my own password all I done was sent my egold number and it said it was being processed so I think it may just be a matter of waiting till they carry out the process

Well I am glad to say it was sent immediately to my registred email on that program.
so I dont know what you have done it looks like you may be doing something wrong but what I dont know.

Try to email them at this address : admin@comshares.com

FYI:
I had a deposit that was not showing. A note from Comshares was on the site that if information was missing, to let them know. I did, and the problem was fixed last night, and all is fine now.

All of my information must have been lost because I tried to fetch password three days in a row and have not gotten a response. I also e-mail admin. three days in a row and no response. My egold account shows they were paid. My referral said my name appeared in his downline but as not having paid and then when he looked again later I was gone. I have no idea what to do when no one replys to my e-mails after three days.

Usually when others are getting responses from a source, but you try again and again and get no response, usually means that there is some problem in getting email from that site to you. eg getting filtered as spam?

One solution is to try it from a free email service (eg yahoo or hotmail)

Check the return address and from address in your email setup. Some people put "nospam" or similar in the from/return addresses and if the receiptant does change the address when replying, then you get nothing back.

After 5 days of sending e-mails they finally responded and said they would work on it.

Account was finally set up. They just said the information was lost(?) but the account was paid for so they just set it up again.

Good deal. With the notes on the site, and other things 'going on', I'm thinking that there was possibly a database problem, 'of some sort'...
Just my opinion,
Jeff

Yes I am afraid all I can say is Welcome to HYIP arena .

This is a normal occurrence that will happen with regularity in this area.

It never surprises me with what happens on a day to day basis here.

There one sure thing and that is nothing is sure in the HYIP arena.
