After having seen the incredible potential of auto-surfs, CEP realized that the "surf" itself is time consuming and easy to miss a day here and there. It is also difficult because the company is pulling from a single source. We are here to provide you with a safer way to invest by spreading out your investments in multiple venues, including auto-surfs which we have found to be the best and most stable areas around. Upgrades:
Understanding our level system is not really that difficult. Let's break it down...

Your first purchase must be for level 1 (the 360 day option), and the amount of this initial purchase is $20. After you have made a purchase here, other levels are available to you for future purchases, and you may purchase in increments of $5-10 depending on the level.

For levels 1 and 2, minimum upgrades are just $5 per unit. After you have purchased $5 in the 360 day option, you may then choose between either of these options (levels 1 and 2) for future upgrades.

For these options (levels 3-9), upgrades can be purchased for $10 per unit. After you have purchased $10 in upgrades between levels 1 and 2, level 3 is available for future purchases. Each additional $10 you spend will open up another level.

Thus, if you spend $40, you will have the choice of levels 1-5 for future purchases ($5 for level 1, $5 for level 2, $10 for level 3, $10 for level 4, and $10 for level 5). One quick note on this: you don't have to upgrade $5 in level 1, $5 in level 2, $10 in level 3, $10 in level 4, etc to open new levels. It's based solely on the total amount you have upgraded. So, if you purchased $50 in level 1, you still have levels 1-6 open to you! Just check your total invested amount to figure out how much you need to upgrade to open the level you want. (Hint: To open the first 9 levels, it requires a total of $70). :-)

Levels 3-12 are currently unavailable due to the problems with stormpay in February. Once we fully stabilize and build a nice reserve, we'll begin to gradually open those levels up again. When you are at level 9 and they're available, it will require an additional $20 of upgrades to open level 10, an additional $25 of upgrades when you're at level 10 to open 11, and an additional $30 of upgrades to open the final level when you're at level 11. Once all levels are open, they remain open to you until your initial 360 day purchase expires.

We do not want anyone to deposit funds into our program until he or she is comfortable with us. We will be here for years to come, so there is time constraint on when you have to deposit funds.
