Well, I was surprised to find one of my favorite programs so far down in the hyip list!
I have been paid once here and I am happily reinvesting my earnings from account balance now. It is looking very good, I must say. If members have any questions, they can actually call the admin at home! I stay informed about the program at another forum (don't know if I can mention it here?) and I am impressed by the admin's accessibility. Part of the crowd following him are obvious cheerleaders but the admin actually delivers, so why not be happy?

PS. Members earn 10% referral commission on their referrals' earnings ...! A very nice additional income.

I ignored my own advice based on the popularity contest and put a spend in. When I requested a payout, it took 6 days, not 48 hrs. And I received a notice from the admin:

golddust, I can explain what happened there:

Before, all earnings of unmatured investments were showing in members' balances as 'available' and many members were reinvesting or requesting payment from this balance, while the FAQ state that you cannot do this until an investment has matured.
The programmer has now altered the back office so only 'matured' earnings will show in the 'available' balance from now on. You can check earnings on your individual investments under "show investments" but these earnings won't show up until the investment(s) have matured.

Since many many members made the error of reinvesting or requesting 'unmatured' earnings, and e-gold was being difficult again (!), this is the cause of the delay in payments.

You may wonder how I know this, since no e-mail updates are sent out? Well, I get all my info from the program thread at MyCashForum.
I think I will ask the admin to have someone send out his updates in an e-mail to all members (he has someone helping him with support tickets now, who could do this) because obviously not all 1621 members (and counting) visit the MCForum.

I hope this helps. I post important P2P updates from the forum on my new 'portfolio blog' as well, if you're interested ...

The proxy IP’s this “hacker” was using were showing as being from Germany, Brazil, Venezuela …. and the list goes on !! But again, there is absolutely NOTHING to worry about due to the fact that P-2-P NETWORK has a lot of GREAT Admins working along with us here, and EVERYONE cooperated with us to HIGHEST level that they could, so NO $$ went “missing” !!

“P-2-P NETWORK” is attracting an awful lot of attention lately, and unfortunately, along with that attention comes the “bad element(s)”, that just seem to come out of the woodwork when a Program grows as rapidly as we have here !! As I mentioned above, I simply could/would NOT Post this information yesterday, but now I simply cannot just sit around and watch, as there is an awful lot of work to get back to, so now we have decided to share this information with ALL of you ….. and for those of you who just might think that I am making/creating excuses ….. well so be it ….. but then there was quite a few of our Members who spoke to me via the phone yesterday, and ALL of those Members were FULLY aware of what we were up against for the majority of the day !!

As soon as I am finished with this Post, then I will get back to work around here, because I also have a phone Conference scheduled for later today with the individuals who are deeply involved with what I do with this Program and our Investments. What I will be tending to first is to get caught up with ANY MANUAL Deposits, whether they are from AlertPay, SolidTrust Pay, E-Gold, funds that are mailed to me, etc. etc. and then I will be getting back to the PENDING Withdrawal Requests !! During this coming weekend, my Programmer is going to be “revamping” our Home page along with the F.A.Q. page, and at that time he will also be attempting to create a “link” along the left-hand side of the page (when logged into your Account) that will still show the Stats that were removed from the website, just in case some of you still might want to see those Stats ….. but this is still NOT 100% certain whether or not this will be installed into the Members’ back offices, as of yet ….. meaning that this is still under consideration !?!

One thing that I am insisting on is that we are going to be changing our GUARANTEE pertaining to the Payments being processed within 48 hours, and this is solely due to what was attempted yesterday, as I NO LONGER feel comfortable with leaving any amounts of a “reserve” sitting around in ANY of our online Payment Processors Accounts !!! Always remember that if ANY funds are stolen, then this is OUR responsibility and is OUR loss ….. and NOT yours’ !! What this “timeframe” is going to be changed to is something that we will be discussing during the phone Conference that I mentioned earlier in this Post.

Another matter that we will be discussing during our phone Conference is whether or not to possibly attempt to have our own “Live Phone Conference” sometime within the next few weeks for our Members to be able to participate in ….. so if you Members can Post ANY “feedback” on this particular topic, then this would be GREATLY appreciated !?!

A lot of the more serious Investors/participants who actually have a personal relationship established with me, have also indicated to me that we should raise our Minimum Limit for investing, in order to “weed out” the Members who are NOT serious about this opportunity ….. BUT we simply do NOT feel comfortable in doing so !! I will admit though …… that the majority of the ERRORS & ADJUSTMENTS that are required to be made seem to derive from the Members who treat this Program as if it were just some sort of a game ….. and this is NO GAME !!!

Our plans as of right now is to simply continue with this Program exactly as it is, and we have already been working on creating a PRIVATE PROGRAM (for the past month or so !?!) which will be by PERSONAL INVITATION from ME ONLY ….. thus allowing us to separate the SERIOUS Investors/participants FROM those Members who simply treat this Program as if it were just some sort of a game !! PLEASE DO NOT attempt to contact me in regards to the PRIVATE PROGRAM, because as I mentioned above, this will be “MY decision” whether or not someone gets invited into that Program ….. meaning that if you do NOT receive a PERSONAL invitation into the PRIVATE PROGRAM, then you will simply be able to continue with “P-2-P NETWORK” just as you have been doing all along !! We will NEVER turn our backs OR abandon ANY ONE of our Members, even if they are ONLY investing the Minimum Limit of $10.00 ….. as our intentions have ALWAYS been to be able to provide anyone & everyone with a SAFE place to invest their funds, after seeing how this Industry has literally been infested with ALL these “SCAMMERS & PARASITES” that feel they have been granted a license to STEAL from people !?! There are a lot of Members who are already FULLY aware of the PRIVATE PROGRAM and EVERYTHING that will come with that ….. but again, this is simply NOT for everyone, NOR will we change our minds or plans with ANYTHING pertaining to that PRIVATE PROGRAM !!

Once again, and this is the LAST time that I will mention this ….. if you are NOT invited and your feelings are hurt …. To Members such as this, I have a very simple solution …… do NOT invest anymore money here and simply DELETE your Account and take your business elsewhere !!!! To those Members who have a PENDING Withdrawal Request and now see that their Account has been placed into PENDING status, ALL this means is that you can STILL login to your Account(s), you are STILL earning your returns, BUT you simply cannot make/do ANY types of Transactions until such time that we have straightened out the MESS that you have created within your Account !! As soon as we straighten everything out within your Account, then your Account will be placed back into ACTIVE status !! Also, anyone who does NOT make certain that they have actually invested ALL of the funds that they Deposited ….. well if you are NOT concerned about that, then we will NO LONGER be wasting our time trying to FIX your Account Balances, seeings how some of you simply do NOT appreciate what we have to do and what is required here from our end when we attempt to make the necessary ADJUSTMENTS on YOUR behalf !!!

When we reach 2,000 Members, we will then be DISABLING the “Sign Up” page for a FEW days, just so we can CLEAN UP & REMOVE those Members from our database who are NOT ACTIVE nor participating in our Program ….. because as I mentioned above ….. Next day, egold blocked P2P's accounts, but still accept Alert Pay and STP.
Also the admin has announced offering offshore debit cards for payment to members and is actively involved in getting this set up. P2P is growing at a rapid pace, and will be closing at 2,000 members? I don't know the current member count, but it won't be long until the magic 2,000 is reached.

Well, the program will not close completely at 2,000 members - just for a few days. Admin Nick plans to clean up the member data base and delete all inactive members. After that, the signup page will be enabled again.
P2P's e-gold account was blocked a while back, by the way, not after the quoted update. This was probably caused by the same person who has been trying to hack P2P and put up a hate letter on the former p2psurf domain.

Mygirl, I noticed the e-gold message about the account being blocked after the above message when I tried to make an e-G spend. There may have been previous occurrences, but there was this recent occurrence. You are correct about the status of the program at 2,000 members. It is good to see an admin with excellent admin skills. So rare, and the downfall of many online investing programs if lacking.

The e-gold account that is linked to the P2P site is blocked, this is correct.
Members who wish to continue depositing with e-gold, can contact admin Nick to get instructions on how to get an e-gold deposit in. It will be added manually. I think this will only be allowed for a short time because Nick intends to get rid of e-gold entirely very soon.

One last thing here ..... just so EVERYONE is aware ..... whenever we deposit Cashier's Cheques from outside of Canada, our Bank puts a 15 "Business Days" hold on those Deposits !! This is simply due to the fact that Banks want to be 100% certain that the funds will "clear" BEFORE they disburse those funds !! What you have to realize is that a person can purchase a Cashier's Cheque and then simply "cancel" the Cashier's Cheque or put a "stop payment" on the Cheque, so the Banks just want to avoid any possible problems than can occur !?!

A quick update on things:

I have manually calculated the failed deposits and the security hashes check out, so the problem lies elsewhere. One possibility is that a member making a deposit does not return to the site, which would explain why the problem occurs several times with the same members. However, it may still be a problem of a technical kind.

For convenience, I have added a link to the admin panel called ‘Failed STP Deposits’ (right below ‘Show payout requests’). If you click on this link you will see all STP deposits that should have been processed, but haven’t come through for some reason.

Mind the deposit from ‘xxxxxxxxx’ to ‘xxxxxxxxx1’, that may be someone trying to commit fraud.

For the time being I’ll keep monitoring the STP deposits.

I do have one theory that would probably fit his character: he keeps emphasizing that he is only interested in serious members who don't consider the program to be a game. Maybe being a serious member includes a willingness to make a small effort to stay updated? Just a little theory of my own ...

From the posts at the MCF so far it looks like payments are indeed being caught up.
I am happily growing my account by reinvesting from balance for a while before I pull out my principal in a few weeks time.

I will continue reading and probably posting news here too. I am interested in the "ENERGY BANK". Quite skeptical too. If he is able to pull it off, it would be a big evolutionary boost of "energy" for HYIPs struggling with ecurrency, and processor issues.
I just don't see how this can legally be done without all the banking regs going along with it. This would not be fun for anyone. KYC is now the standard for bricks and mortar banks. I'm curious to see how Internet banking will work.

We have reached a milestone in just about 8 short months, having accomplished more than any other program around today.
We have distinguished ourselves and proven very well that we are in fact a very serious business.

And now we are asking any member who has used or plans to use E-Gold--to REFRAIN--from making any further deposits using E-Gold, as we continue to distance ourselves from using this processor from now on.

The P-2-P Energy Bank is a Private Corporate Payment System being provided for your benefit and is mandatory for all our members who wish to participate and continue to participate in our program.

The P-2-P Energy Bank card will allow you to make deposits into your P-2-P account easily, receive withdrawals in a very timely fashion and even fund your card using SolidTrustpay, AlertPay and ACH bank transfers.
You will be able to use the cards at all ATM's around the world in your own currency--thereby eliminating the need for processors and saving you the cost of additional fees.

If any member refuses to accept the P-2-P Energy Bank Card you would in fact be making the statement that you no longer wish to continue in our program.

If this is the situation then as soon as all your plans have completed--you will be cashed-out and your account will be suspended.
The P-2-P ENERGY BANK card will be the only means of conducting business within Pathway-2-Prosperity.

As we indicated at the start of this message--we are a serious business.

Consequently we have decided to increase our MINIMAL DEPOSIT to not less than $100.00.

Pretty steep fees for anyone who has deposited by egold. Also with such long pending periods for payouts, it just might be a good idea to redeposit any earnings coming in until the card is setup and sent out. Where is the game plan for getting members addresses to do this, etc?

All the details about the debit card, how to request one and how to set up an account at the P2P Energy Bank will be sent out (I believe this will be done via e-mail for once!) once everything is in place.
Admin Nick had planned to set this up right from the beginning of the program and it looks like he has every detail covered. Reinvesting from balance while all the changes take place seems like a good idea. I have added some more funds while smaller amounts are still accepted so I will be set up nicely when this all takes place.

I see there are continuing complaints about payments not being made, while Nick has been very busy working on the Energy Card. He has decided the Energy Card will be the only way to receive or make payments, and it will have a great deal of functionality with bank accounts.
Still it leaves me and others to wonder how to negotiate payments made via egold. I've read these spends are only meant for payout with a withdraw fee attached and can not be rolled over. The specifics are still confusing.

Meanwhile, we've had quite an adverture at P-2-P.

There will be a lot to discuss since the site has been down due to a ddos attack ... the person behind all of this has been identified and yes, it is the same guy again ... (check Nick's update section at mycashforum for his update about this).
Also, many members are deciding not to advertise the program 'as is' anymore but to try and explain the program to prospective members first. We are withdrawing from the big forums where some people only seem to be posting negatively about P2P and Nick. I have taken down my ref.links from all 3 of my sites and I am checking my forum signatures to see if I still have it in there somewhere.
This is a great earner without referrals and we don't want the program to get swamped by ill-informed members - support is busy enough as it is!

Payouts are being caught up and were even happening during the recent downtime. I was paid two days ago and rolled over a very nice amount into a new 30 day plan yesterday.
I am enjoying the program a lot and have even helped two new members in by paying their way in before the script change is implemented so we won't be able to invest amounts lower than $100. (It is still set to $10 as I type).
On the other hand, I am concerned about the negativity that is cropping up - which is usually fueled by envy maybe?

It is 50 mins long and I did not listen to it all. What I heard involved changes to Key Personnel and direction of the program to manage daily withdraws averaging over $100K / day.There are still delays of 7-10 days to receive payouts which is said to be reconciled by inhouse payment arrangements, including the Energy Bank debit card, still in the works.
There are stull plenty of naysayers about P2P, but at this level of membership, money involved and length of time the program has been running, credit is due.

Just wanted to share my experiences with P2P since my last post here.
My total return here has now passed 2100% - yes, I made over 21 times my original spend back! And there is no end in sight yet.
I have a few big referrals which does help a lot because the commissions enabled me to build my account a lot faster than I had planned. However, one thing I really like about this program is, that you can start out relatively small and build your account to pretty amazing levels.
Since I am content with my account and downline as they are now, I only recruit new members for a few very deserving friends now and ask prospective members to sign up under my friends in stead of me. P2P allows me to help others as well as myself.
I am now withdrawing 4 digit payments - at first it was once a month, I have now reached 2 4 digit payments per month. A few payments have already reached my own bank account and they money has been very well spent.

About the negative sites you posted a few posts up:
Nick has already commented on those and basically it boils down to something like: consider the source.
One person has a vendetta against Nick because Nick fired him a while ago. This man caused Nick's first program, a surf site to go down. Everyone was paid in full after that program closed by the way - even if this former employee wants you to believe otherwise. A lot of members of that surf site joined P2P immediately when it opened.
There is a second person who seems to have something against Nick - this started after Nick refused to take a 7 digit deposit from him; the max. at P2P being $25,000. I can't understand why such an up front approach would make someone hostile towards the program but fact is, he has been trying to discredit P2P ever since.

To make sure P2P information and member posts are safer and can't be copied and misused, a new forum will soon be available from within the members' area. It will only be accessible for active members of the program.

I agree with your last comment, that credit is due here - I wonder what the 'naysayers' will say once the P2P Energy Bank finally launches.

Kudos to you mygirl123! There are others at a comparable level of earnings as you from what I understand. I am thrilled people have done so well with P2P, but reluctant to encourage people to jump in right now. It is just one of those programs that seems to be too good to be true. Nick can rebuff the criticism with justification however, do you really know how P2P produces its returns?

Well, I am pretty sure that Nick has to abide by non-disclosure agreements where his investments are concerned. What he has shared with the members is, that he and his group of investors - rumour has it that Sir Richard Branson is one of them - are majority share holders in several off shore casinos. Since they operate at the top level (millions) they also receive top returns, ordinarily out of reach to the common man / woman.
By piggy backing member deposits on his own personal investment portfolio, Nick allows us to receive the same returns he is receiving - and he makes a bit more along the way, of course.
Many people claim that making 2-3% daily is impossible - I wouldn't know ... I have never been a millionaire investor

Meanwhile I was paid again and the payment has already arrived in my bank account. Real cash in hand - I still prefer withdrawing over compounding any day!

Yes mygirl123, I also read the rumour about Branson and Nick having some association. It makes sense that this is the method for the returns and one of the only way people in 'certain' countries can earn gambling profits, even if an indirect way. I took my funds out until the rumour mill dust cleared and await the Energy Card. I haven't checked the MCF thread in over a week...
how long did it take for you to receive payment from your last w/d and what's new about the launch of the Energy Card?

Well, payments have been within terms (more or less) for quite some time now. Terms are 5-10 business days and I just received my March 30 request today - right after midnight my time, so it was still April 14 in Canada or wherever the admin is at the moment. Paid on the 11th business day.

I have now received my initial spend back over 32 times!

You may be pleased to know that the programmer is putting the final touches on the new private P2P forum. This forum will only be accessible from within the member area, and only for active members. Copying information from the private forum to other forums or blogs/sites will be forbidden - members who do it anyway will risk losing their P2P account. MCF has proven to be way too public.

The Engergy Bank should be launched within a few weeks, and the debit card a week later. With admin Nick, time can be stretched, so when he says 2-3 weeks, I think: maybe in 5-6 weeks ...
