Hello EVERYONE, This is Nick here. I have an awful lot of things to Post here, however, I also have an awful lot of work to TEND to as well !! I am going to try and make this as brief as possible, but at the same time as “INFORMATIVE” as possible !?! Yesterday, from approximately 12:30 p.m. (EST), myself along with the Staff/Admin of an Exchange Merchant, the “tech” Dept. from AlertPay, my Programmer and also Stella from SolidTrust Pay have been quietly sitting back and watching a “hacker” and a “thief” attempting to STEAL funds from my reserve amounts within my Payment Processors Accounts ….. but I simply COULD NOT come into the Forum and Post this yesterday, as we did NOT want to let this “hacker” be aware that we have been “on to him/her” for the past 2-3 days now, so all I could do was to sit back & watch ……. by the way, the Admin from the Exchange Merchant has CONFIRMED that this individual had provided them with a false name but did in fact provide them with an address and a phone number from guess where …… Hungary ….. which is exactly where Peter Skuta resides. The proxy IP’s this “hacker” was using were showing as being from Germany, Brazil, Venezuela …. and the list goes on !! But again, there is absolutely NOTHING to worry about due to the fact that P-2-P NETWORK has a lot of GREAT Admins working along with us here, and EVERYONE cooperated with us to HIGHEST level that they could, so NO $$ went “missing” !! “P-2-P NETWORK” is attracting an awful lot of attention lately, and unfortunately, along with that attention comes the “bad element(s)”, that just seem to come out of the woodwork when a Program grows as rapidly as we have here !! As I mentioned above, I simply could/would NOT Post this information yesterday, but now I simply cannot just sit around and watch, as there is an awful lot of work to get back to, so now we have decided to share this information with ALL of you ….. and for those of you who just might think that I am making/creating excuses ….. well so be it ….. but then there was quite a few of our Members who spoke to me via the phone yesterday, and ALL of those Members were FULLY aware of what we were up against for the majority of the day !! As soon as I am finished with this Post, then I will get back to work around here, because I also have a phone Conference scheduled for later today with the individuals who are deeply involved with what I do with this Program and our Investments. What I will be tending to first is to get caught up with ANY MANUAL Deposits, whether they are from AlertPay, SolidTrust Pay, E-Gold, funds that are mailed to me, etc. etc. and then I will be getting back to the PENDING Withdrawal Requests !! During this coming weekend, my Programmer is going to be “revamping” our Home page along with the F.A.Q. page, and at that time he will also be attempting to create a “link” along the left-hand side of the page (when logged into your Account) that will still show the Stats that were removed from the website, just in case some of you still might want to see those Stats ….. but this is still NOT 100% certain whether or not this will be installed into the Members’ back offices, as of yet ….. meaning that this is still under consideration !?! One thing that I am insisting on is that we are going to be changing our GUARANTEE pertaining to the Payments being processed within 48 hours, and this is solely due to what was attempted yesterday, as I NO LONGER feel comfortable with leaving any amounts of a “reserve” sitting around in ANY of our online Payment Processors Accounts !!! Always remember that if ANY funds are stolen, then this is OUR responsibility and is OUR loss ….. and NOT yours’ !! What this “timeframe” is going to be changed to is something that we will be discussing during the phone Conference that I mentioned earlier in this Post. Another matter that we will be discussing during our phone Conference is whether or not to possibly attempt to have our own “Live Phone Conference” sometime within the next few weeks for our Members to be able to participate in ….. so if you Members can Post ANY “feedback” on this particular topic, then this would be GREATLY appreciated !?! A lot of the more serious Investors/participants who actually have a personal relationship established with me, have also indicated to me that we should raise our Minimum Limit for investing, in order to “weed out” the Members who are NOT serious about this opportunity ….. BUT we simply do NOT feel comfortable in doing so !! I will admit though …… that the majority of the ERRORS & ADJUSTMENTS that are required to be made seem to derive from the Members who treat this Program as if it were just some sort of a game ….. and this is NO GAME !!! Our plans as of right now is to simply continue with this Program exactly as it is, and we have already been working on creating a PRIVATE PROGRAM (for the past month or so !?!) which will be by PERSONAL INVITATION from ME ONLY ….. thus allowing us to separate the SERIOUS Investors/participants FROM those Members who simply treat this Program as if it were just some sort of a game !! PLEASE DO NOT attempt to contact me in regards to the PRIVATE PROGRAM, because as I mentioned above, this will be “MY decision” whether or not someone gets invited into that Program ….. meaning that if you do NOT receive a PERSONAL invitation into the PRIVATE PROGRAM, then you will simply be able to continue with “P-2-P NETWORK” just as you have been doing all along !! We will NEVER turn our backs OR abandon ANY ONE of our Members, even if they are ONLY investing the Minimum Limit of $10.00 ….. as our intentions have ALWAYS been to be able to provide anyone & everyone with a SAFE place to invest their funds, after seeing how this Industry has literally been infested with ALL these “SCAMMERS & PARASITES” that feel they have been granted a license to STEAL from people !?! There are a lot of Members who are already FULLY aware of the PRIVATE PROGRAM and EVERYTHING that will come with that ….. but again, this is simply NOT for everyone, NOR will we change our minds or plans with ANYTHING pertaining to that PRIVATE PROGRAM !! If you do NOT receive a PERSONAL invitation to that Program and if your “feelings” get hurt ….. well then I apologize in advance ….. but as I mentioned above …. the PRIVATE PROGRAM is NOT for everyone, and it really has nothing to do with the size of investments that the Members are making ….. but mainly this decision will be made after analyzing how a Member conducts themselves within THIS Program !?! I will be perfectly HONEST with everyone here ….. those Members who simply refuse to read & follow our F.A.Q. and our Terms pages and continue to treat THIS Program as if it were just a game ….. will DEFINITELY NOT BE INVITED !!!! No one will even be aware of the PRIVATE PROGRAM’s existence unless they are invited, and even if they happen to stumble across our URL for the PRIVATE PROGRAM, then without a “Username” and a “Password”, ALL they will see is a blank page ….. however once a Members is able to login, then they will be taken to the main website !! Once again, and this is the LAST time that I will mention this ….. if you are NOT invited and your feelings are hurt …. To Members such as this, I have a very simple solution …… do NOT invest anymore money here and simply DELETE your Account and take your business elsewhere !!!! To those Members who have a PENDING Withdrawal Request and now see that their Account has been placed into PENDING status, ALL this means is that you can STILL login to your Account(s), you are STILL earning your returns, BUT you simply cannot make/do ANY types of Transactions until such time that we have straightened out the MESS that you have created within your Account !! As soon as we straighten everything out within your Account, then your Account will be placed back into ACTIVE status !! Also, anyone who does NOT make certain that they have actually invested ALL of the funds that they Deposited ….. well if you are NOT concerned about that, then we will NO LONGER be wasting our time trying to FIX your Account Balances, seeings how some of you simply do NOT appreciate what we have to do and what is required here from our end when we attempt to make the necessary ADJUSTMENTS on YOUR behalf !!! When we reach 2,000 Members, we will then be DISABLING the “Sign Up” page for a FEW days, just so we can CLEAN UP & REMOVE those Members from our database who are NOT ACTIVE nor participating in our Program ….. because as I mentioned above ….. However, it may still be a problem of a technical kind. For convenience, I have added a link to the admin panel called ‘Failed STP Deposits’ (right below ‘Show payout requests’). If you click on this link you will see all STP deposits that should have been processed, but haven’t come through for some reason. Mind the deposit from ‘xxxxxxxxx’ to ‘xxxxxxxxx1’, that may be someone trying to commit fraud. For the time being I’ll keep monitoring the STP deposits. With everything that has been going on around here these past few weeks, we are EXTREMELY BUSY, however, we are making some TREMENDOUS "headway" around here !!! I will be hard to reach TODAY as I am on my way to pick up some more of my "associates" at the Toronto Airport (those that did not arrive yesterday), and then I will be in meetings ALL day today, but between meetings, I will be working on processing the MANUAL Deposits that still need to be COMPLETED !! UPDATE FROM ADMIN ..... Hello EVERYONE, It's Nick here. I am going to try and keep this UPDATE as short as possible. We have reached a milestone in just about 8 short months, having accomplished more than any other program around today. We have distinguished ourselves and proven very well that we are in fact a very serious business. And now we are asking any member who has used or plans to use E-Gold--to REFRAIN--from making any further deposits using E-Gold, as we continue to distance ourselves from using this processor from now on. As of right now any E-gold payouts/returns will have to be made to either your Solid Trust Pay or Alert Pay accounts (which most all of you should have). Or you can wait until the end of this month when our P-2-P Energy Bank Debit cards are released at which time you will be cashed out directly to your Debit Card. Any member making a deposit via E-gold will be charged a 4.25% fee on all deposits--this is half of the fees we are charged (8.50%) to transfer your funds into our system and ultimately into your accounts, but again--you will not be paid to E-gold--instead you will be paid directly to your P-2-P Energy Bank Debit card. By the end of this month you should all be in possession of the Energy Bank cards and when you make a withdrawal request it will be go to your card. Very Important! The P-2-P Energy Bank is a Private Corporate Payment System being provided for your benefit and is mandatory for all our members who wish to participate and continue to participate in our program. The P-2-P Energy Bank card will allow you to make deposits into your P-2-P account easily, receive withdrawals in a very timely fashion and even fund your card using SolidTrustpay, AlertPay and ACH bank transfers. You will be able to use the cards at all ATM's around the world in your own currency--thereby eliminating the need for processors and saving you the cost of additional fees. If any member refuses to accept the P-2-P Energy Bank Card you would in fact be making the statement that you no longer wish to continue in our program. If this is the situation then as soon as all your plans have completed--you will be cashed-out and your account will be suspended. The P-2-P ENERGY BANK card will be the only means of conducting business within Pathway-2-Prosperity. Next item! As we indicated at the start of this message--we are a serious business. And we will no longer allow games--we are not a game! Consequently we have decided to increase our MINIMAL DEPOSIT to not less than $100.00. However, the minimum pay-out will remain at not less than $10.00. Last Item This week we will be disabling the registration page of our program in order to clean up our data base. After we have completed this process (should be 2 to 3 days) we will re-enable the registration page and the above mentioned minimum deposits will go into effect sometime near the end of this month.. BANK WIRES As for Bank Wires not yet showing in member accounts-please bear in mind this is a Canadian holiday (Thanksgiving-and we have much to be thankful for!) and we will not have any banking capability until Tuesday--so I ask for your continued patience, remember you will be compensated for any time lost as always. Hello "giantkin", Nick here ..... and I am just "between meetings" !! One thing that many of you seem to be unaware of ..... the "P-2-P ENERGY BANK" is simply the "Private Corporate Payment System" that we have now been working on for over 4 months, and this is where the "Debit Cards" fall in place ..... as far as our own "online Payment Processor" goes ..... this is something COMPLETELY different/separate from ANYTHING else that my Program(s) pertain to, and is simply another Project/Venture that our own little "PRIVATE GROUP" with whom I invest with are "putting together", which will simply be like AlertPay, SolidTrust Pay, etc. etc. ..... BUT our Payment Processor will ALSO have Debit Cards (BACKED by "MasterCard" !!) which NO OTHER Processor currently has ..... so as I just mentioned above, the Payment Processor has absolutely NOTHING to do with my other Program(s) BUT is simply another Business that "we" as a Group, have unanimously decided to get involved with ..... with the "end" result leading towards QUITE possibly opening up our own Private Credit Union or Bank somewhere "offshore" in the Caribbean within the next 2 years or so !?! Hello EVERYONE, It's Nick here. I am going to try and keep this UPDATE as short as possible as I am on my way from taking care of our Banking. If you have sent me a Bank wire, Cashiers check or Money order and are waiting for your funds to be applied to your account balance..AND if your account has been placed into either PENDING or SUSPENDED status...I have just made a very large deposit and when I return to my office I will begin the process of entering all everyone's funds into their respective accounts. As these funds are applied i will then CHANGE the status of each member back to ACTIVE STATUS, and you will never need be bothered by this script again. This script change has been necessary in helping us clean-up our data base,- as there are too many inactive accounts--and changing these manually was going to be too time consuming for us. We do not consider E-gold as a viable option for our program in fact, we consider it very unstable and unreliable. At this present time we-- ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY MORE E-GOLD DEPOSITS FOR THIS PURPOSE UNLESS YOUR DEPOSIT IS IN AMOUNTS OF $100.00 OR MORE AND THERE WILL BE A 4.25% FEE APPLIED TO YOUR DEPOSIT. If you have used E-gold for previous deposits and now you want to request to be paid out to either SolidTrust Pay or Alert Pay--EXPECT DELAYS--we must verify all such changes before we proceed with the request--this is for your protection.
