EBL has been around for over a year and is registered with the Nevada Secretary of State.

EBL is a private lending program where WE borrow money from you through a Loan contract. We are the very FIRST company of its kind that uses actual contracts to make your money the safest it has ever been on the internet. There is no magic pill, or, slight of hand tricks to this.

With EBL, we return your principle along with the rate of interest set in your contract. We are obligated to because this is a loan, it's not a blind investment. Hence, the required contract backed by the U.S. judicial system.

There is a distinct perception in this industry of scams, and rightfully so. The dishonest program owners DO NOT want you to find out about this program. WHY? Because they know they would loose your money and their opportunity to help you loose it.

Diversity is the key to any sound financial plan. A smart financial plan would include a secure and safe environment. That is what EBL is to you.

Sharon, of NoBS Blog/Network, has put together a lot of information about EBL at NoBS HYIP Blog:

Interview: EarnByLoaning Interview at NoBS HYIP Blog Community.

Review: EarnByLoaning Review at NoBS HYIP Blog Community.

You wanted more details and Sharon's got a lot for you to mull over. As a member of EBL, I want to thank her for all her hard work.

took a quick look there, sounds like a joker or made by some idiots out there.

- the withdraw fee:
e-gold: 8%
paypal: 6%.

if the program is located in the us, how could paypal transactions yield such high fee.
so if you spend $100 there, you could earn NOTHING.

- the ridiculous "finder fee"
members are warned about the withdrawal of the so called "finder fee".
but how could a member know what plans his/her referrals made?

Posted by: NelsonN

Salty,

The percentage issue has been addressed. If you had read the review you would have noticed the notice at the bottom.

As far as the plans and the finders' fees, you can simply ask support. What a novel idea.

They are working on a new software that will be a lot more flexible when it comes to stuff like the percentages and will also release finders' fees automatically instead of having to contact support about them.

Hi Guys,
We would just like to inform you that we are in the process of changing registration companies for our domain name.
The company we use Registerfly is no longer accredited to do domain registrations.
So we are moving to a more reputable company.
If you see the EBL site go offline a few times, please be assured this is normal.
We can be reached on skype if you have an urgent enquiry.

P.S some exciting things on the horizon.

Kind Regards

The interviews linked above offer good facts and information, and answer many questions about EBL.

Posted by: NelsonN

Sharon has just posted a follow-up at NoBS HYIP on her interview and review of EBL.

Posted by: NelsonN

I just got paid my interest in to my PayPal account.

I rolled-over my principal into another loan (this is my third loan).

the finder fee was addressed on the site:
you could only withdraw the so called finder fee when your referral's package matures! otherwise you will be what what.

in most of the cases, how could one knows about his/her referral's investments?
members will join programs without finder fee as well.
if you dont feel comfortable, just cancel it.

Posted by: NelsonN

Salty, I don't understand most of your post, but I will try to answer:

When someone registers under you, you know it. You can even e-mail them if you want. When they deposit you get an e-mail alerting you to their deposit and how much your finders' fee amount is. You can then ask support to tell you which plan they invested in. Support is also starting to e-mail us before we even ask.

Here are a few updates for those who are interested in Earn By Loaning:

Quote:
1. We have now corrected all E-Gold finders’ fees and also transferred all the members’ loans that were funded by E-Gold back to their E-Gold accounts. This includes principal, earnings and finders fees.

In other words.. Any E-Gold funds that you were due to receive have now been paid out in full to your E-Gold account.

Some people may see an extra few dollars on top of what they were owed. This is our way of saying thankyou for being a member. Also our E-Gold withdraw fee was 8%, however we did NOT charge you ANY withdraw fee. The company has absorbed the cost.

We now no longer accept E-Gold.

2. The Nevada, Secretary of State website is now up to date in regards to [the] EBL [registration].

There was some confusion as to the status of the registration. It was confirmed that it had indeed defaulted, but this happened because Craig misunderstood the wording of the update request. It has now been corrected and updated.

That's some big news NelsonN. What currency(ies) is being used now?

Posted by: NelsonN

PayPal, cashier's checks, and money orders.

Posted by: golddust

I have to assume Paypal has authorized its use in this program?

Posted by: NelsonN

Read the interview and the review in the second post above. All the info is there.

The self-directed ROTH-IRA did it's own DD as well. I posted that above as well.

Posted by: golddust

Has there been any announcement from Earnbyloaning concerning these events?

No, not in the newsletter they publish. They are too busy with the new server. They are hoping that will be up by July 4th.

They did however open an IRA area at the forum:

https://earnbyloaning.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=21

Looks like another member will have his IRA engage EBL with their own DD as well. Then we will have two IRA companies giving EBL the green-light.

The admins post ashttps://earnbyloaning.com/forum/tem...ages/spacer.gif RealWorld (Troy) & SuperMoneyMaker (Kerry). Craig Jolley, the owner, is the one working with the IRA company to provide them with all the company detailed documents and affidavits they request.

The migration to the new website has started. Those who were about to sign up will have to wait until the new website is online. I know we were told hopefully it will be up around July 4th, but it looks like no promises are being made. Also, you now have to provide your ID papers to get your withdrawals.

Earn By Loaning is getting even more legal as the days pass. I am very excited about the fact that this has turned out to be a great program to be in.

I bet those who lost their shirts in the illegal e-gold HYIPs are now wishing they hadn't laughed and insulted me in the early days and had made a deposit here instead. Too bad. It's now my time to laugh, all the way to the bank.

You can read updates at [removed url] this is the site to go to if the site is offline as we can not email you, save this site to your PC favourites..

Can you please pass this email onto your EBL referrals as our email system is not working properly until the new site is up, this would help us in case no one has recieved an email.

Kind Regards
EBL support.

NelsonN, congratulations on laughing all the way to the bank. A nice feeling it is, and other HYIPers should focus on a similar outcome. (Laughing optional). Likewise, it is not good karma to find satisfaction in others' missed opportunities.
It is hard to know what will turn out to be a good program, and what will be rubbish; skepticism is normal, if missed opportunities happen, I'd rather hope the skeptics will find what they are looking for.

Posted by: NelsonN

golddust,

This was a cut and paste, this was actually meant for the posters at another forum. But in any case, I lost a lot of money myself, in Just Pays Daily, $1779.00.

"Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me." HYIP gamblers don't seem to see it this way. Richard O'Neal is back, for like the 15th time, and they are throwing money at him again. This is why I made the comment.

Other's sad misfortunes are as horrible as if they had happened to oneself, but what can you say when they keep making the same mistakes (or are they?) over and over, and then criticize those who clearly are bringing real opportunities their way?

If women are from Venus and men are from Mars, HYIP gamblers are from the Andromeda galaxy—a class all to themselves.

Posted by: golddust

NelsonN: there's still hope you may yet get paid by Richard - see the latest email he sent out- http://www.web-life.org/vb/showthread.php?p=52443&posted=1#post52443
Just curious, did you receive one of these?

Posted by: golddust

EBL is getting ready to launch a new website, and seems to be doing OK. I wonder how many people are using their retirement and/or savings account funds to 'loan'? Seems like a good way to earn some extra points and repay the retirement plan for the sake of long term security. (or NOT).

I have been battling out with Richard over at his new program's threads at TalkGold and MoneyMakerGroup:

http://www.talkgold.com/forum//show...t=174735&page=1

http://www.moneymakergroup.com/Inve...5916.html&st=15

If Richard is so keen on paying us back, he has our information and e-Gold account number. We shouldn't have to lift a finger. Otherwise, I will give him no credibility whatsoever to scam. This is what he is doing now, and the past has proven it—plenty of times. My name will not be going on any of his lists. I don't care about the money now. I will make this back in legit programs/investments.

Did you know he is paying people to go around and post about the program? It's a scam, again!

I don't know, I lost track in this area. I only knew about one person and another one was waiting for his IRA company to start and finish it's own DD on EBL.

I have just been waiting on the new website.

Posted by: golddust

(I know this is off topic, please pardon, but it was part of side discussion with NelsonN).

!

This is not a surprise; he was doing this with JPD and probably his other programs as well. He knows the 'field'. Those who know his whereabouts should do the right thing and report him to the proper authorities.

I learned today the website launch will be delayed - like 90 days?, but did not learn the reason. Also Paypal will be added, so I assume PP has completed an analysis of the program and gave the thumbs up. I'm not clear on the current status - until the new site, is there continued loan/payment activity?

Posted by: clifton

90 days? LOL.

Yes, the programmer can't be found. This is a problem with many programmers online. They are the worst; incompetent, unreliable, and not responsible.

PayPal has always been an option, since the beginning. There is plenty of DD on this in my previous DD links I have provided. PayPal approved them after a $10,000 international deposit from a member was placed on hold (Homeland Security, crap). It took a month of documentation and affidavits on the part of EBL but PayPal released the funds and gave them the green light.
