WARNING NEW e-gold e-mail SCAM - BE CAREFUL

Scammers are now trying to send out FAKE e-gold Account Information Update Notices, trying to get you to click on the link to download a trojan

A NORMAL notification does NOT have a link but this one does

I have just rec. 3 of them

A bit of a SHOCK at first because I thought that my account had been hacked

I got one of those but deleted it. I went to check my e-gold account, just in case, and it was just like I left it. 8-[

I got three of em and didn't even open them. I always get them to my public e-mail addy's, whilst all my e-gold accounts are linked to private e-mail addy's. It's kind of a giveaway when you get e-gold mail to an address that doesn't have an account.
