Hiccups

Posted by: jmrenterprises

nose bleed

Posted by: golddust

Looks like Jojo has won again. Very persistent in this one!

Here's some interesting home remedies I found for Hiccups -

* holding one's breath, by rebreathing the air exhaled into a paper bag for a few minutes, or by slowly sipping a glass of water without pausing to take a breath.
* placing a teaspoon of dry granulated sugar on the back of the tongue and then swallowing it
* filling a glass with ice cubes and water, and then drinking it slowly (the rapid change of temperature in the esophagus may shut down the hiccup response)
* pulling the tongue with your fingers
* stimulating the back of the throat or roof of the mouth with the index finger
* while sitting, leaning forward and compressing the chest and diaphragm against the knees
* Slowly eat a piece of dry bread.
* Gargle with water
* Yell or sing as loud as you can.
* Lay on your back (they say that almost no one gets the hiccups in the dentist's chair).
* Put a paper bag over your mouth and nose and breathe in and out about ten times.
* suck on a lemon wedge...
*eat a spoonful of peanut butter
* Put your finger down your throat as if forcing yourself to throw up
* Drink upside down - drink water from the side of the glass farthest from your body
*Put money on it -take out a $5 bill, and bet the hiccupper that he or she can't hiccup again in the next minute. Without fail, the person can't release another real hiccup
*Swallowing three times while holding one's breath
*Swallowing a teaspoon of vinegar in one gulp
* Eating an ice cube
*Drinking a glass of water with a spoon touching one's temple.
*Put a cold ice pack on your head and drink a glass of water.
*Breathing slowly and deeply in while thinking 'breathing out' and breathing slowly and fully out while thinking 'breathing in'
*Holding one's breath while optionally squeezing one's stomach
*Breathing deeply through the nose, then exhaling slowly through the mouth
*Exhaling all the air from one's lungs and holding one's breath while swallowing water or saliva
*Blowing up a balloon
*Inducing sneezing
*Thinking of loved ones
*Smoking a cigarette
*Take your right hand, and push it on your left arm.
* Pinch your ear lobe and breath normally. Can turn into second-nature (psychosomatic)

American man Charles Osborne had the hiccups for 68 years, from 1922 to 1990, and was entered in the Guinness World Records as the man with the Longest Attack of Hiccups.

*****ing on beach!

FYI Jojo, not everyone likes to see beach babes butts a la thong, though the comparision between the two eras is a strong statment of the change in women's rights. I would prefer if you did not exploit it.

For enjoyment, how about this for your viewing pleasure:

Hi golddust,
I actually liked the pictures that I posted. Found it very amusing and not pornogaphic, I don't think. But your point is taken. I would like to hear the opinions of other posters and Geoff here. If they concur with you, I will remove the picture straight away.
Cheers!

Jojo, maybe it is just a different slant on pleasurable views. I could remove the picture without the opinions of others, but that would be imposing my viewpoint, such as you do when posting suggestive pictures you find amusing. All I am suggesting is there are multitudes of other things that can be viewing pleasure.
I love the picture I posted, it is one of the coolest pictures I've found. Don't you agree?
Dunno, maybe it's a guy thing.

Posted by: jojomataketa

Doen't anyone else here have a opinion on this apart from golddust and I?....I am keen to hear your views.....Cheers!

The response is underwhelming. lol

Personally I don`t find the images posted by jojo offensive in the least. And when used in moderation I think they add some humour to the forum.

What I would caution against, however, is overuse of images which some may be upset at, especially the ladies who use the forum, (I really hope that doesn`t sound sexist in any way). Not just a question of pictures, but comments too within threads, which again need to be balanced. The primary function of the forum is to talk HYIPs and finances, but a little light relief is always welcome.

So, as for the pictures above, I like both sets, just not too much of one type or the other.

I always take jojosī images with humor and they donīt make me upset at all. By the way we ladies can make fun of men too , what do ladies think?

Posted by: golddust

I agree with F1, all things in 'moderation', pardon the pun. When the occasion occurs to poke fun or post erotica, I do not object at all. I am far from a prudish person believe me. It is not my purpose on this forum or any for that matter to attend to sexual content or innuendo.
Gaging from the response to this thread, I'd say people don't care enough to respond.
