This is an Update from the Conference call tonight!
They talked about some legal Issues.
They said that as long as the site has Paying Members that are not in the Matrix and the site has a way to generate the money to pay everybody in the matrix.
They will be paying 52% of all money generated by members upgrading to the members in the Matrix.
You can use the site for either 1 of 2 reasons or Both.
1 reason would be to get into the matrix and make some Good Money !

I just wanted to Give an Explanation on How Freinds Win will work.
A forced matrix simply means there are a limited and specific number of positions available for members to enroll on each "level" below your position.
The Friends Win matrix is referred to as a 5 X 8.
This means each level of the matrix grows by a multiple of 5 and the entire "matrix" is 8 levels deep. It would look like this:
First level would have 5 total positions available on it.
Second level would have 25 positions...
Third level would have 125, and so on down to 8 levels of "depth"...
These spots can be filled either by your personal efforts in referring others, or by two other means...
1. The efforts of those ABOVE your spot, a benefit of a matrix program. Because there are limited numbers of positions on each level, when someone above refers someone and the level above yours is completely filled, that new member may fall somewhere below your position, even though you didn't refer them. Again, this is one of the popular benefits of working in a matrix program.
The above is what you'll see referred to as "spillover". Always consider spillover as a bonus, but it does happen, so enjoy it when you see it!
2. The efforts of those BELOW your spot...this includes the efforts of those you personally refer, and those who "spilled over" into your group from someone above your spot...
By these above means, a matrix is somewhat of a teamwork building structure since several people can benefit from the efforts of those above and below their individual position.
To keep things most simple for you at this point, don't worry "how to work a matrix"...
Doing what you're doing is exactly what you should do...simply refer as many people as possible to become FriendsWin members and encourage them to do the same...
Your efforts, their efforts, and the efforts of those above your position over time will gradually fill in the blank spots in your personal matrix, increasing your Income month after month.

Ok Folks.
I just got off the phone with my Up line and she explained very well to me what is required to be a Qualified IMR
To be a Qualified IMR and get paid on Nov 15th.
1- You may be your own Customer and Up Grade yourself ! ( This is the easy way )
2- You need at least 1 Paying CUSTOMER !
This is the part that allot of people did not Understand Including myself.
What is a Customer?
A Customer is a Paying Member not an IMR !
We will Not be able to get Customers Until the Site Opens to the General Public.
IMR's are NOT Customers. When the site starts then they will be a Customer and an IMR.
So Until we are Open to the General Public THE ONLY way to Get a Customer is to be your Own Customer. ( Up Grade Yourself )
Once you are a Qualified IMR you will earn from everybody in your Down Line Including Customers and UpGraded IMR's.
What if you decide Not to UpGrade ?
Don't Worry you are still going to be in the Matrix and get Paid for all of your members in your down line. But you will have to wait until you have at least 1 paying Customer in your Down Line after they Open on Nov 1st.
That means that you will NOT Receive a payment on Nov 15th you will have to Wait Until Dec 15th.
So you have 2 choice to choose from. Up Grade Now and you will be Paid on Nov 15th or Do Not Up Grade and wait Until Dec 15th to get Paid after you have at least 1 Paying Member.

We call this matrix the SUPER MATRIX because it is the best, simplest and most lucrative compensation structure in the business.
With 488,280 positions and up to 10% commissions on sales volume produced by your downline IMRs, commissions can grow very large, very quickly. In this system, each IMR has a goal of getting 5 paid monthly subscribers to be qualified on all 8 levels. As seen on the chart below, the first paying subscriber qualifies you for commissions on levels 1 through 4. Your second paying subscriber qualifies you for payments from level 5. With 5 or more paying subscribers, you will be qualified to receive commissions from revenues generated by IMRs on all of your 8 levels.
Think about this. You as an IMR will want to sign-up 5 paying subscribers. So will your downline IMRs. For each paying subscriber, you will earn the percentage commissions generated from the level on which their sponsor resides. Even commissions from your first 4 levels alone can be substantial if everybody makes their goal.
But the best part is what can happen when you calculate the commissions from level 5. Or level 6. You can do the math. It is amazing.
