http://www.17surfpro.com

I'd like to introduce my absolute favorite autosurfing program here.
It may not so much be the plan that is impressive (although a lot more believable than many others!) but I am impressed by the admin.

This is from my own 'portfolio' blog:
Admin is Bob Peters, who really impressed me when he decided to close his other autosurf program. His wife had been diagnosed with breast cancer and he needed to spend more time with his family. 17SurfPro was a new program that was very easy to manage, but his first autosurf, Surf7Daily, was very time-consuming. He then announced his decision to close and put up a closing timetable. Members were allowed to make one last upgrade, then everyone was to surf out their upgrades and would be paid in full after their upgrade(s) had expired. Earnings could also be transfered to 17SurfPro. Needless to say that all Surf7Daily members flocked to 17SurfPro to continue earning with this remarkable admin. I was paid in full from Surf7Daily and have been paid 6 times at 17SurfPro so far. This is the only program where I have 3 upgrades running simultaneously.
Profits are generated as follows (from the FAQ):
17SurfPro.com is part of RPAssociates which includes the RPAtraffic group of traffic exchanges and the RPAads advertising service. We cover the cost of payments from advertising revenues from all our programs, and by using a number of established online investment programs.
You can find the advertising programs of RPAssociates here: http://rpatraffic.com and http://rpaads.com/

Program details:

Advertiser Benefits
* Earn 7% daily
* Upgrade unit: $10
* Upgrades last 17 days
* View 17 sites a day
* 3% referral commission
* 17 second timer
* Advertise 17 sites
* 17 site credits/upgrade unit
* Payments: after expiry
* e-Gold, AlertPay, SolidTrustPay

Free Members
* Earn credits ONLY!
* Advertise 1 site
* 17 second timer
* View up to 50 sites daily

I recommend this program highly and will post today's update below. Expired upgrades are usually paid within a few hours to SolidTrustPay so that is the recommended payment processor.

August 28 e-mail update:
Quote:
Hi Everyone!

This update is intended to answer most of the questions I have received recently concerning 17SurfPro and covers the following main points:

1. The general e-gold situation
2. Pending payments - e-gold, AlertPay and SolidTrustPay
3. Compounding
4. Commission payments
5. The Future

I am sorry if it is a lot to read. I will also post this update on the site as it seems from some of your questions that not everyone reads emails.

1. The general e-gold situation
e-gold is continuing to lock accounts used for paid-to-surf activities and I have been receiving an increasing number of requests from members to change their e-gold id#, which I have been doing. However, I think the time is coming when we will all be forced to move away from e-gold and I am looking into how this can be achieved in a sensible way - assuming, of course, that my own account is not locked in the meantime. I suggest that all e-gold users seriously think about moving to either SolidTrustPay or AlertPay. Moving away from e-gold is complicated for me because of the outstanding pending payments and because the business model for 17SurfPro is based on using e-gold as the main method of funding, both for investments and for funding AlertPay. This is why I need to take some time to plan how to make the move. I will, of course, keep you informed and hopefully will be able to tell you well in advance of any changes.

2. Pending payments
e-gold: The largest backlog is with e-gold payments and I am continuing to make payments on a daily basis. Overall the situation is improving, but it is still going to take some time to get back to normal.
AlertPay: My ability to make AlertPay payments has been affected by the e-gold issues because e-gold is the only practical funding method I currently have. AlertPay removed credit card funding some time ago, which was a previous method I also used, because it is adding new 'functionality'. The means if you live outside the US and Canada, as I do, there is very little choice at the moment. Hopefully this situation will improve when the new functionality they talk about is implemented. I am expecting to be able to make some further AlertPay payments later this week.
SolidTrustPay: Currently there is not a problem with STP payments, which are being made with 24-36 hours. STP is, from my point of view, much more flexible when it comes to funding and generally the whole funding process works much faster. Several members have asked me if I can pay e-gold and AlertPay pending payments to their STP account. If I am able to I will, but it always depends on the amount of STP funds I have available at the time. Please don't be offended if I am unable to meet your request.

3. Compounding
I want to thank all those who have opted to compound their pending payments as this is helping to ease the daily cash flow demand. I am continuing to offer compounding until further notice for those who want this facility.

4. Commission payments
Commission payment is an entirely different story! It became clear when the first two sets of commission payments were made that there was a script issue that meant some commissions were not being recorded correctly. The author of the script was made aware of this and he has been working on an update. I inquired about this recently and was told that the update should be available soon. Until then I have to ask you to be patient.

5. The Future
17SurfPro has always been a long-term venture and I still remain confident that it has a good future. The backlog of payments will eventually be cleared, although it is taking longer than I would wish. The issues that we all face with e-gold can be overcome, just as many of us have overcome similar issues with other payment processors in the past. I hope that many of you will still be here with me when that time comes!

Best regards
Bob Peters

Today's e-mail update:

Hi Everyone!

It's time for an update!

During the last couple of weeks I have been putting together a plan that will enable me to clear the backlog of pending payments faster, and to secure the future of 17SurfPro. I am meeting my financial advisor in two days time (Friday) to put the finishing touches to this plan and within a couple of weeks we should see a noticeable upturn in the current situation

The business plan for 17SurfPro has always been to generate income from using upgrade money to invest in a range of low, medium and higher risk online programs and to support this with income from advertising revenues generated by the RPAtraffic group of traffic exchanges. This will still be the plan but the percentage of funds coming from RPAtraffic advertising will increase significantly. This means that the reliance on income from online programs will be reduced. Why? Because even low-risk online programs are not as safe as they were a year ago.

And how am I going to increase advertising revenues? The plan is to substantially increase the RPATraffic network of traffic exchanges. A percentage of your upgrade money, together with a larger amount from me, is being invested in a plan that will result in a significant increase in our share of the revenue of an existing business that has a long track record. I am not talking about yet another new program designed to make money, but the transfer of an existing business to my ownership. I will be able to explain more about this in a later update. The preliminary work to transfer this business to me started a couple of weeks ago and by the end of October the first benefits, in terms of increased revenue should begin to filter through. By the end of January 2008 the transfer process should be complete and the full benefits realised.

In the meantime, I am continuing to make payments as soon as possible and during the past week good progress has been made. SolidTrustPay payments are still being made within 24-36 hours (usually much faster) and an increasing number of members have switched to STP as their main payment processor. egold and AlertPay payments are improving steadily and I hope within the coming week to make even more inroads into the backlog. I am still happy to compound pending payments for those members who want to see their money continue to earn while they are waiting for payment. The reason I can continue to offer compounding is because I am confident that there will be funds available in the future from the plan mentioned above.

The gold situation seems to have calmed a little in the past week. I am continuing to use egold but as always I am keeping funds in my account to a minimum. As soon as funds arrive they are being moved out. Once we are back on track this will mean, of course, that there could always the possibility of some delay in making egold payments while I am waiting for fund to be transferred. If this concerns you, then consider moving to SolidTrustPay!

I have to admit that some weeks ago I was thinking that there was a possibility that 17SurfPro would go the same way as many other programs but the thing that kept me and the program going has been the tremendous support and encouragement from you, the members. So, thank you very much for this, and for your continuing patience. There can never be 100% guarantees in this or any other business, but the future at the moment is looking very much better.

Sorry, if this is getting a bit long, but there is just one final thing about today (12 September). In about an hour from now (08.00 BST) I will be taking my wife to hospital and depending on decisions made this morning I could be out of the office for anything from a couple of hours to all day. So if I don't reply to your compound requests and emails in the usual timeframe today I apologise! I will try to answer them as soon as I can on my return.

Best regards

PS: If you have not heard this yet, then the good news is that SteadyDailyShares is back online. I have already received two payments from them in the last 48 hours.

I was paid again yesterday. My upgrade expired at midnight sever time, and as always, the payment was in my SolidTrustPay account only hours later.

Admin Bob just sent out another e-mail update about Alertpay and e-gold payments and it is a good one:
Quote:
Hi Everyone!

Here is the latest news on the current situation and I hope that you will find it good news!

By the end of this week, Friday 21 September, I will have the funds available in my offline bank to pay all the pending payments. UK regulations restrict the daily amount of money that can be transferred to online accounts and the transfer process takes between three and four business days. This means that it will take to the end of the following week to transfer enough funds to complete all payments.

During this coming week, before I receive the funds mentioned above, I will continue to pay as many egold and AlertPay pending payments as funds allow. SolidTrustPay payments are still being made on time.

By the beginning of October I expect 17SurfPro to be back on track as far as upgrade payments are concerned.

In the meantime I am going to continue to offer compounding of pending payments until Friday 5 October, which will be the last day that compounding of pending payments will be available. I may offer compounding again in the future as it appears to have been a very popular option.

I am hoping that by the beginning of October the commission payment script will be fixed and once all upgrade payments are back to normal, I will be able to start paying the outstanding commission.

Thank you once again for your continued support through this difficult time and I look forward to enjoying with you much smoother times ahead!

Have a great week!

Bob Peters

I have received another swift payment to SolidTrustPay since my previous post here, and I had my Alertpay pending compounded. The admin compounded it within 2 hours after my request - excellent service from a man with a lot on his plate (his wife has breast cancer).
I have 3 upgrades running at the moment, going to be adding a fourth soon. I have never done this before at an autosurf program but this one is the one for me!

Two more admin e-mails:

Hi Everyone!

Good progress is being made on clearing the backlog of pending payments. As I write this the oldest pending payment has been cut to only 5 days so we are well on target to being back on track by the end of the month.

Once the pending payments are back on track I will get to work on the commission payments.

And a reminder: The last opportunity for compounding pending payments will be on Friday 5 October. Many thanks to all those members who have been compounding their pending payments, this has help to get us back on track by easing the immediate pressure on the cashflow.

Hi Everyone!

Now that we are almost back to normal with regards to paying expired upgrades within 36-48 hours I am planning to delete all inactive accounts. I have held off from doing this in case members were waiting to see how the payment situation developed.

There are currently 412 inactive account. If your account is one of these and you want to keep it open then please login as soon as possible otherwise it will be deleted tomorrow (Friday).

Yeah well, that's your opinion - I still think you are just flaunting your signature and I'm not impressed ... I have been a member of this forum for a year and you have more posts than me in a month ... hmmmmm

Anyway,about 17SurfPro, this is a rate the admin can sustain, or would you rather see the program die like all the others? This is THE ABSOLUTE BEST autosurf program on the net!
