If you tend to clear out your Temporary Internet Files just when you remember, why not do it automatically?
In IE:-
1) Click Tools
2) Click on Internet Options
3) Click Advanced
4) Go down to the security section and tick 'Empty Temporary Internet files when browser is closed'
5) Click OK
lol, and for a bit more geekiness, how about this?
Has anyone tried this one then? I saw it posted elsewhere regarding temporary files. I didn`t even realise there was a difference between temp internet files and temp files.

I use a tool called Crap Cleaner to do that for me. When I run it on people's PCs, I clean up about 500Mb - 2Gb of crap.
If you have too many files in your TEMP (remember you need to do that for every user that logs on!) it slows down your bootup, because Windows scans that whole directory when you boot up.
