It needs to be understood that the cycle is eight days not seven. It is impossible to get money out after seven. You are lucky to start the withdrawal process after eight days and then it takes another 24 hours to get it out. I don't mind this but people need to understand this.

Fred,
That might be just bad timing, I've had withdrawals into my egold within an hour most of the time. They have advised they are working on some glitches, hopefully the situation will improve.
