With persistence and luck you can "make" a little, and you are bound to lose some also. Don't expect 'riches' from a small budget, but over time and slow growth, 'bigger' things can happen. A lot depends on the programs you choose, (higher returns = higher risk) and if you are a good promoter. Or if you like MLMs, cyclers, betting or various trading programs, in combination with HYIPs, these can create a diverse portfolio where you may have better opportunities to earn more from one to the next.

With HYIP you need more luck than money. It won't help you investing thousands in a dying hyip, but sometimes even few hundred can make wonders if you are lucky enough

Hyip is all luck...Simply put you deposit your money then hope that enough other suckers do the same so that you get paid...It's called the ponzi system!!
Naturally there are risks....
The "admin" may run...
The site may vanish...
The Feds may step in...
The host could boot the site...
Your e-currency may freeze your funds...
The hyips accounts could get frozen...
You might get hacked...
A scam-buster may take an interest...
