Has Mario Reappeared?

It seems that Mario, ex Admin of Weekly Gold, has turned up again.

This is a partial quote found in another forum, made by one of their DD investigators.

"Well I have just found a website owned by our illustrious Mario You remember him dont you .
I try to keep tabs on these people, so I am always a little bit happy .

When I can find something to report on these scam artists.

I happened to stumble across (www.goldtrivia.com) I know that some others may know of this same information.

But I dug a little deeper,just dont ask how I done it, or where or how I found this information because I wont tell you okay.

But some very interesting facts have surfaced through this investigation.

I have found out he is or was previously living in kortrijik in belgium and now is somewhere near the french border living near Lille, France.

For someone that cant pay his debtors through lack of funds he still has the ability to fly back and forward from this destination to America and I mean recently"

So, has Mario really reappeared?

I went to the goldtrivia site, clicked on the contact button, and guess what email address came up?

I am not sure where Memorex from HpHYIPs got the info but it does appear the info is spot on and the site is Mario's, as the e-mail address is his plus if you click on the "winners" tab the IE tab says "Mario Degryse's Gold Trivia"

The hosting is by Katz Global, which is anonymous and can be paid for via e-gold http://www.katzglobal.com/hosting/hosting.html

Also I noticed that the site template is the same as HpHYIPs www.hphyips.com except the template is yellow

I have never thought that Mario Degryse is far from the HYIP stomping ground the scammer traits are habitual.

Just like our old friend Patryn from Gold Commerce, they are in the same class and they will both be still snooping around to see who there next suckers are.

Waiting quietly in readiness to see who is ready for the taking so please remember this and when something comes up, that looks too good to be true ,you will find it invariably is. O

Now isn't it strange? I usually keep away from the HYIP arena (except for the comedic soap operas I sometimes enjoy "watching" - better than TV).

But, anyways, I have known about this site for the last month or so and I also know it WAS a joint partnership, which as I understand, has now fallen through. You can also check the domain name registration which is clearly in Mario's name. It looks to me like he wasn't intending to be anonymous, just happened to have hosting with a company that offered it.

The last I heard, this "project" wasn't going ahead, but maybe one of the parties has decided to start on it again as the content seems to have changed since the last time I looked at it.

And I don't know if you've closely at the site advertising or not - someone has indeed been 'adding' information to the images displayed there (hover your mouse over each of the ad banners to see what I mean).

Strangerer and strangerer - it could all be a setup!

LOL!! Thought I was missing something and that it might have been my settings or sumpin'.

Well, if it's "something else," sooner or later he'll crash and become very poor!

I'm glad I never got involved with Weekly Gold, and I'll tell you my reasons for not:

1. First time I went to Talk Gold, I quickly saw how he and his trusty
little troopers hung together and ganged up on folks.

2. I thought it was very ironic that he was the self-proclaimed hater
of scammers -- yet, he supposedly made the money for Weekly
Gold by selling web sites and hyip scripts. And I thought, "Hm.
Get rid of scammers and sell NEW scammers web sites and hyip
scripts??" Didn't "sit right" with me, anyway.

I'm not surprised to see him back on the net, but I join y'all in being surprised he put his freakin' name on the site.

I heard he has arms offense(s) in his background. Things like that can make it hard to get a "real" job. I can't see him sitting in an office, can you? LOL

When I first looked at Mario's page ( www.goldtrivia) it had more content on it than there is there now, so it has been edited within the last week, or so .
It has lost a Phone number for one and a few other things which were on the images , on the home page.

Although they were not all that significant and most probably out of date anyway.

I have built up a lot of information on our illustrious Mario over the last 6 months.

Some is really quite scary in respects of his dealings and associates .

Including his drug habit of sniffing Cocaine, but then again he can afford to do this now ,with all the money he scammed out of people.

And it's the links on the right - the little banner images - that reveal interesting information in the screentips when you hover over them. However, they may only be visible on IE and not other browsers.

e.g. the screentip for the Evocash banner says "Mario Degryse owns this site"

The screentip for e-gold says "he is in kortrijk, belgium".

There's also a phone number and some other "facts" embedded in the other screentips.

My last "info" on M :

A friend of mine incidentally called the previous M's cell phone on May, 26th and surprisingly M answered.
He said his computer has been confiscated by the federal authorities and all his accounts blocked (possibly a total lie).

P.S. : Also our other "friend" - Patryn, has "re-appeared" at the TB2I forum lately.

Do these occurences send any warning signals for us ?

It was probably an ongoing project of Mario at the time he disapeared.
Mario didn't plan his sudden disparition. He had much bigger aspirations than what actually turned out. Remember how he bought vgoldinfo, not too long before he ran? He was planning on running that, too.

It's all because of NL. If it would've continued, WG would still be alive. I'm pretty sure Mario was simply a piggybacker who's "popularity" grew out of proportions and, well, that lead to what we know happened.

But you have to admire the business side of it. It wasn't going to be long before all of the HYIP arena would've practically became his - well, off of William's back.

Although even Patryn's name means something to some - Mario couldn't come back. Not as Mario, anyway.

This site is his - he offered to buy HpHYIPs to Phil back in the days for an incredibly low amount of money, who refused. The template is the same - and if I'm not mistaking I know who did it - someone relatively close to Mario. This was probably just an attempt to swallow it, or some other way to gather money to keep WG alive, like the Sp's, the Gold-lotto, etc...

So when Nova-Lights died, he changed the payout system to monthly, took as long as possible to clean up his traces, get the most money possible, and get the heck out, and tell you what, he's not even worried at the moment because he knows no one can get to him. You think his real name's Mario Degryse? Think again.

As far as why the site would've been edited recently... you think he doesn't follow forums? Everybody say HI MARIO!

I guarantee you that it is his real name.
Everything was well planned, I thought, even his cheap apartment. He bought the furniture, secondhand, for 125 euro. I just don't understand why he came back there. He's extremely greedy, maybe that explains it.

A little background info about the guy: Did you know he was involved in drug transports, weapon traffic (900 pieces). Did you know he spent 6 months in jail for burglary? Did you know he killed one person?

Is there anything we can do? As long as he's walking freely, he will continue to hurt innocent people. He can be found...

Thats a strange thing to say Simon. How can this site be his? Its nothing to do with Mario, he isn't even a member here at WL, however he was at HpHYIPs and yes he did offer to buy HP ages ago but I did not accept the deal as members wanted to keep the forum independently owned at the time

I agreed Mario probably had it all in NL but it doesn't explain the Special Projects, they were nothing to do with NL and his reason for just disappearing and not updating his investors

Crocnot, your characterization of Mario's background is exactly what was told to me by someone VERY close to Mario who got chummy with me back during the final days of NL (I wondered why at the time, and had my suspicions). She sent me Mario's picture, and I swore to delete it. After awhile, I did, so I no longer have it. There is an extremely striking resemblance to the artist DeGryse that you can find on the internet -- unless, of course, all Belgians look alike. Har har. Maybe he's just too egotistical to hide behind a fake name??

Now this is interesting; two people both swearing to the opposite concerning Mario. All those photos and stuff of his father that went around, the web sites of his father? Is that all a coincidence? I swear though that Mario is the spitting image of the guy who is being called his father.

Also, a member of TG went to the home of Mario's parents and spoke to them.

So, has anyone got any evidence?

As for Adam of Talkgold. Brian knows a lot more about him then you think, and so do I. Adam was an exchange student and attended the same school as both Brian and myself. We know a lot more about him then Mario.

What are you talking about? Know your facts please! It IS his real name, he was involved in drugs and weapons, he has been in jail. How do I know? I'm the only person who has known him personally and we haven't seen each other just now and then. He came to my place many many times. I even slept in his bed (without him!!!). After 2 whiskeys he started to brag about his notorious past, to me, to the others sitting next to him. Sometimes backed with a piece of paper from the police. I also saw a paper from the police about a rape story.

You are correct regarding his wealth position. He used to live in my town and had a very small house at his disposal from our government. But before that, he had no place to live. He asked me in the beginning that we had met, to stay at my place, which I refused. He then stayed for quite some time at a friend's place. Years ago, he lived in a mobile home! One day, he came at my place and asked for 8Ђ so he could take a train to go to his parents in Ieper. I still remember his face at that moment...
As you stated, he saw an opportunity to make money and took it. He's great at bigtalk and he succeeded thanks to the naivety of the majority.

Eurolien (a female) was just one of his toys. They had "something" in Park Hotel in Kortrijk at the end of last year and again he liked to boast about it. He likes to play with that kind of easy women.

Well, well - this is all so interesting. Like Patryn, I knew Mario would resurface. Though others seem to know more, for a long time I believed that M and P are the same person. I know others who still feel this is true.

Oh yes, this is the intrigue that keeps me reading these forums, the truth is stranger than fiction.
What I learn from these forums is part entertainment and part biscuit, and what I earn from HYIP is the gravy.
