Not very often does this happen, if ever. Most admins would just take the cash and dash.
I have noticed a decline in the numbers of members in most new programs. Is it the economy, HYIP ponzi/scams, or?

This was originally posted on March 12th, but I don`t know how much before that date it had actually been launched. Not really long to assess whether it could be a success, but, as you rightly point out it`s very good that members have been refunded.

GFXI started on 3/08, really not enough time to give it a go. Perhaps the admin got discouraged by all the nonsense offers from cheerleaders and monitors.
