Dear Casinvest Investors, As most of you saw, our operations did not suffer from the change of our domain name, and we want to say once more "Thank you" for your patience. Due to this change, the SSL Certificate that is now on casinvest.NET is a temporary one, and some browsers can generate an error message. We will receive soon a new certificate signed by Thawte that will solve this problem. For now, just "ACCEPT" our certificate, it is valid and the connection will be 100% safe. We have received a really large quantity of emails to support us against our former Registrar who stole our .com domain. I can just tell you that a complaint for robbery and extortion has been sent to ICAN and ICAN is looking at the case right now. Anyway, thanks to your comprehensive attitude, this didn't affect us at all, Casinvest is still the best opportunity to make fast money online. We noticed that a lot of you guys do not "confirm" your investments, so please allow me to remain once more the process to invest: 1- Register a new investment, by writing the amount you will invest, and how (bank, e-gold, e-bullion, etc) you will invest. 2- You will then go to a confirmation page where you MUST click on "Click here" to receive our UPDATED account details. You should then receive immediately an email. Please NEVER send funds before receiving this email with our updated details. 3- Send the funds 4- Go back to your account and you will see a new line in "Registered investments waiting for funds", with 2 links ("cancel" and "confirm"). Dear Casinvest Investors, Please carefully read this email, it contains important information about the rules of our program. 1- Investments I noticed that a lot of Sponsors tell their referrals "To invest, just send money to the account number XXXX". This is NOT correct at all, and it can make you lose your money. Imagine that for any reason we have to change our currency account, you would send your money to an old account that may be blocked, closed, etc. Your money would be *lost*. There is ONE way to invest, and it is explained in our website: 1- REGISTER a new investment inside your account; select how you want to invest (bank, gold, etc). 2- A new page will be displayed. CLICK on the special link to receive BY EMAIL our updated account (bank, gold etc) details. You must send to THIS account, and only. This must be repeated for EVERY investment you do. A lot of people (more and more!) do not even register their new investments, they just send funds and, sometimes, send a message or email saying "Batch 123456 for my account XXXXX"!!! Sometimes they do not even send a message, and just wait their account to be credited. This is not acceptable: We have a semi-automatic system to update the Casinvest accounts, that requests investments to be REGISTERED. That is why, from tomorrow May 6th, ALL INVESTMENTS THAT ARE PAID BUT NOT REGISTERED INTO YOUR CASINVEST ACCOUNT WILL SUPPORT A PROCESSING FEE OF 10% OF THE AMOUNT SENT. Sorry, but rules are here for the benefit of everybody, and must be followed. 2- Account details We had a problem some days ago: An Investor requested a payment by e-gold, a few hundreds of USD. The payment was made in the next hours. Then I received an email saying in short that the e-gold account where the money was sent, was NOT his account! He supposed that a hacker was in our server. We of course investigated the case. I will not elaborate for security reasons, but I can just say that there is only ONE way to change an account detail: With the PIN number. The PIN number is encrypted on the server, as all account details. Only our staff can find it back, by a special software that runs in OUR LOCAL computers, not on the server. This software is home made, and uses an encryption key that is not stored on the server. That means that even a hacker could not change any data without the PIN code. Moreover, if a hacker would have been able to change some data on the server, he would have more than probably changed the details of bigger accounts, a lot of our Investors have more than 10.000 USD invested. That means that the PIN code was probably stolen from the Investor's computer, by a virus, trojan, or spyware. Against this, we cannot do anything. What I want to point is that when you register a payment, please double check at the exact moment you send the request, that it is YOUR account data that is registered into your Casinvest account. After the payment has been sent (and we send it quickly!), nothing can be done to get it back, payments by e-currency are final. 3- Liberty Reserve situation Albert Angus, Jan Loos and I had an online conference about the Liberty Reserve situation. LR is not accessible since now about 5 (five!) days. Such a situation hurts our Investors, and so hurts our business. We are still unable to process payment requests that were done five days ago, and that is not acceptable. We perfectly understand that a DDOS attack can hurt any website, but all attacks can be mitigated in a few hours, assuming that the hosting center receives instructions - and payment - for this. We are very seriously considering to stop using Liberty Reserve. A Company that is not able to get back online after a few hours (and here we are speaking about FIVE DAYS!) shows a lack of competence and a lack of respect for their customers. We will wait again a few days and will inform you about our decision. In case we decide to stop using LR, of course investors who used LR will not lose their money, we will just pay them in another e-currency (gold, bullion), or bank wire. Please do NOT email me for this now, we will discuss it later if LR is not back quickly. 4- Casinvest First Million Dollars Seeing the progression of our investments, Casinvest should have attracted the first million dollars very quickly now, and we decided to offer a special prize for this: The new investment (NEW, not a reinvest!) that will make the counter at more than USD 1.000.000, will receive a 30% bonus.
