Wow, some really impressive guesses folks, (many I've never heard of), but none are correct so here's -

Clue # 2:

While being built, I was moved from the original building site to a new one.

Shelby County Administration Building

Quote:
As the various entities continued to build the various components of the Civic Center Plaza plan, the firm of Francis Gassner, Thomas Nathan and Robert Browne Hill along with the firm of Haglund & Venable was also selected to design the State Office Building. The design was so good it earned a national design citation in the Progressive Architecture Magazine Design Awards Program for 1965. When the bids exceeded the available funds in August 1964, revision of plans was begun. During the period of revision, the Shelby County government found urgent need for additional space since they had already outgrown their 1959 building. Since adequate land, suitably located for county needs, the county requested and was granted the privilege of sharing the state property.

Once the site details were settled, the architects were faced with the objective of relocating the State Office Building without completely redesigning it or sacrificing intended open space. This dilemma was solved by moving the state office building from its original location to a more northwest location towards Poplar and Main. The state tower rises 192 feet above ground level with about 10,000 square feet in each of its eleven column free floors. The twelfth floor houses offices for visiting state officials. All services were to be located in a 36-foot central core and mechanical equipment is on the top floor. Two structural systems were employed to gain the desired monumental impact required for such buildings. It has an exterior bearing wall and super frame, which relieves the bearing wall at every fourth floor and transfers the lord to eight massive exterior columns. The exterior wall cladding is a salt and pepper granite aggregate. The ground floor pilotis are a nod to the Seagrams’ Building.

Coral Castle

Quote:
Coral Castle is a stone structure created by the Latvian-American eccentric, Edward Leedskalnin, north of the city of Homestead, Florida in Miami-Dade County at the intersection of U.S. Route 1 (South Dixie Highway) and Southwest 157th Ave. The structure comprises numerous megalithic stones (mostly coral), each weighing several tons.

Heartbroken and deeply saddened by this tragic loss, Ed set out on a lifelong quest to create a monument to his lost love that has culminated into one of the world’s most remarkable accomplishments. He built the structure without any outside assistance or large machinery. He carved and sculpted over 1,100 tons of coral rock. He worked only after the sun had gone down, refusing to allow anyone to ever see how he shaped, moved and placed the enormous blocks.
Singer Billy Idol wrote the song "Sweet Sixteen" in tribute to this story.

Quote:
Coral Castle in Homestead, Florida, is one of the most amazing structures ever built. In terms of accomplishment, its been compared to Stonehenge, ancient Greek temples, and even the great pyramids of Egypt.

It is amazing some even say miraculous because it was quarried, fashioned, transported, and constructed by one man: Edward Leedskalnin, a 5-ft. tall, 100-lb. Latvian immigrant.

Coral Castle in Homestead, Florida
NINE-TON GATE

The Nine-ton Gate is truly a monument to Ed's genius. The gate, originally used as a turnstile, is perfectly mounted and balanced so that a child can open it with the touch of a finger -a remarkable achievement considering its size and weight. The gate is approximately 80 inches wide by 92 inches tall and is 21 inches thick. The gate fits within a quarter of an inch of the walls on both sides. The mystery of the Nine-ton Gate has been documented on TV's "In Search or', "That's lncredible" and "P.M. Magazine." Publications ranging from Reader's Digest to the National Enquirer have sent reporters to the castle and numerous scientists and engineers have tried to seek the answer to this seemingly impossible feat. No one could discover how the diminuitive creator found the perfect center of gravity enabling the gate to be opened by the simple push of a finger.

Then, in 1986, the gate stopped opening. A team of engineers was brought in for consultation. In order to remove the gate, six men and a 50 ton crane were utilized. Once the gate was removed. it was discovered that Ed had centered and balanced the nine-ton piece of rock on an old truck bearing. He had drilled an almost perfectly round hole from top to bottom of the eight-foot-tall gate with no electric tools. Today , a laser-controlled high speed drill would be used to do the same work.

The Nine-ton Gate, complete with new bearings, a replaced shaft, new lubrication and a re-bonding of the stone pieces with a state- of-the-art adhesive, was lifted and set back into place on July 23rd, 1986.

Coral Castle is ranked in the category of an unsolved megalith.
Any unsolved stone megalith that has no feasible technologies proposed for its construction is a member of the extreme category. Examples are the retaining wall at the Temple of Jupiter and Coral Castle. Members of the extreme category have stones whose individual features present construction problems that have a level of difficulty that is extreme when compared to the stones found in most other unsolved stone megaliths.

However Leedskalnin is credited for uncovering the secrets of the universe involving magnetism, electromagnetic grids and anti gravity, which enabled him to move the the hugh coral blocks without any help. These same principles could explain the method for building the pyramids and other unexplained megalethic structures.
Based on this theory, Ed realized he had made a mathematical error in the original positioning of the Coral Castle, and moved the entire structure to an area with greater telluric force. (No one witnessed him loading or unloading the truck used for moving the hugh pieces of coral).
Leedskalnin demonstrated magnetism, and the mechanism of levitation, by applying the natural Earth Grid principles of diamagnetism. Leedskalnin could levitate huge pieces of coral by using the center of mass for the needed slight, uplift, launching pressure. Researchers have speculated that Ed learned the secret of levitation, and one theory in particular caught the imagination of many. The planetary grid hypothesis postulates that the earth is covered by an invisible web of energy, which is concentrated at points of telluric power, the convergence of which create unusal phenomena.
The Coral Castle includes a workshop with various magnetic wheels and transmitters, suggesting that he had used anti-gravity, or levitation to put all the pieces in place.

Quote:
Ed only had a 4th grade education. He left a subtle visual design on his book "MAGNETIC CURRENT" before he died (Copyright 1945 version). I have discovered that this tiny clue that Ed Leedskalnin left for us will unravel into the answers of our Universe's greatest mysteries. Ed Leedskalnin left behind the blueprints of nature, a Secret Knowledge of the Ancients. It is the base for all atomic structures in creation. People will now see the true genius behind this man who learned natures biggest secret.

This simple clue Ed Leedskalnin left on his book cover is the key to opening
the most sought after mystery of the world. Two Individual Magnetic Currents that form all of nature!! They are the Blueprints of all Creation.

Ed Leedskalnin's revealed code is a perfect match to the clues left behind by so many ancient cultures such as the Golden Section, Golden Ratio, Phi, Flower of Life, Time measurement among so many other titles . I have found the same clues of this lost science in all the main cultures around the globe, on every continent. What Ed's code is leaving us with is that this ancient science Sacred Geometry was representing an advanced knowledge of Two Magnetic Currents and the Neutral particles of matter, they orbit as a common core.
This force he called the Cosmic Force. The ancient's called it the "Flower of life" or the "Golden Section," and again it is Sacred Geometry. Ed's code reveals this science to be the understanding all of natures forces and creations. From a nano level up to the structure of our universe itself.
This simple clue Ed Leedskalnin left on the cover of his book Magnetic Current is the key to opening the most sought after mystery of the world.

I was very interested to know about this building - before, I have not heard about it. In the Internet has a lot of information about the castle in Russian too.
