Managed Accounts

Does anyone know of any trading programs that offer managed accounts for $1000 or less?
So far I've only been able to locate 1:
Online Forex Trade $1000 managed trading account.
I've had a few email dicussions with the trader in OFT that trades for the managed accounts. He has indicated to me that no one has access to my funds in Oanda or FXCM either then myself.
The reason i like this is because my only risk is losing in actual trades and not having to lose my principal completely. I think managed accounts is the safest way to go because of this security of principal, but i've only found one that is within my spending limit, OFT.
Any other ones?
