Hello,
I was not online yesterday (Monday) due to me not feeling very well at all, so Im sorry for any additional delays in replying to emails or pm's.
The quality of communication has broken down somewhat these past 2 weeks and we appologise for that. But we have had to priorotise a little; devoting the vast majority of our time into ensuring that the returns are still being made as planned and the rest of our time into fixing this damn website! Its unbelievable the amount of little bugs that appear in a new website like this, even after testing it prior to opening!
But communication should start to improve quite drematically over the next few days - as the website gets finished and we have more time available which we can allocate into keeping in contact with you all.
==================================
IMPORTANT
If you have sent me an email OR personal message and you have not already received a reply (and the problem is still there) then please could you send the message again.
If the problem is no longer there then you do not need to send me another email. But if you have not received a reply and you still have a problem please send the email AGAIN.
Thank you.
==================================
Anyway, let me try and update you all as to what is going on, what will happen and where we go from here!
WEBSITE BUGS / PROBLEMS
We still have a few little problems with the website, especially with the times shown for payouts, installment dates and maturity dates. I would simply advise you all to completely ignore any times shown on the site at the moment - as not even I am completely sure what time zone they represent. So please wait at least 12 hours after the time shown on the site before you start reporting missing payouts for investments.
There are also a few problems with compounding investments getting lost; if this, or anything else, happens to you, just send either Sceptre or I an email and we will sort you out as quickly as we can.
WEBSITE FIXES / SOLUTIONS
We have submitted a list of fixes and upgrades to our programmer which should, when completed, remove all the current bugs from the website and allow S&S to run smoothly once again.
The fixes include:
1. Website Time: All times on the website, from forum posts to maturity dates/times will be shown in GMT.
2. The current 2 programs will be combined into one simple, easy to use program. The new program will still cater for both the compounding and non-compounding investment options, but will keep it within one program and should make the whole thing a lot simpler to operate & understand. It will also make the withdrawing of investments a lot simpler.
3. The history section of the site will be completely re-done to hopefully make it a lot more useful than what it is now. As at the moment its just a lot if miss-placed information that really does not mean a lot and is certainly not very helpful.
All of these fixes should be in place within the next 3- 5 working days, but we will let you know when they are completed and installed.
WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN
As soon as the changes mentioned above, are implemented ( should be no more than 3 - 5 days from now), we will get the levels of communication and support right back up to standard and we will have a crack at sorting out this mess for a forum!
So if you can just put up with a few more days of slow replies and the odd website error - we will get back on our feet and have everything running smoothly again.
