Interest Earned Inaccurate

So is interest earned updated weekly, or monthly?
Either way, I`m not sure my interest showing under my accounts is accurate.
Contacting support at Devinci doesn`t get a response.
Getting a slightly uncomfortable feeling about this one. :-k

I have just sent an e-mail to Laurent about this issue and will wait for his reply
I just checked and I cant see a payment for last month
In the meantime I have changed the listing to "Hold Off Spending"
I will advise when I get a reply

Thanks for the update. In another post you mention some new big accounts which is very good.
The only thing I would say, is this. If possible, and I appreciate no one can plan for emergencies, or accidents, then try to communicate in advance that you won`t be able to update members` accounts.
That way there is much less concern about the program not paying.

Received this off them today so maybe it`s all been down to genuine problems, although prior warning would have helped.
I`ve not yet checked my interest updated on site.
