Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) with this program?

It looks enticing, but:
* Live Support is never on-line during the listed times (and yes, I've made sure that I'm trying during their LOCAL times)
* I've emailed them several times over a number of days and not received even ONE response of ANY kind
...with that kind of "support", it makes me want to stay away...
