The program appears to be intact and funds continue to grow in accounts but the Admin ignore all correspondence.

Dont hold your breath for Atlantic Invest paying out there have been many investors that have lost a lot of money through their scam.
Some people were meant to be paid out as far back as May-June 2003 on all programs and they are still waiting.
you may as well forget about it if you are an Investor as I have not heard of anyone to date receiving any money.

I honestly dont think it is in regards to doing anything.
I think there has been many claims and counter claims regarding the payouts to investors from Atlantic Invest.
If you report them to the authorities you get your name in their book and if you dont you have to grin and bear it.
Also their ISP doesnt want to know they are running a scam and say contact them about the problem.
When anyone does they get no answer.
The only way you get an answer is to pretend that you are prepared to invest a large sum of funding into their company.
Then they answer your email but as soon as you question them about previous missing claims the dont answer again it is a catch 22 situation.
And in answer to you That they are getting away with it in a word to date Yes??
