good thoughts "thus far", "as of today", "at this time". Just use a strategy or plan, common sense, as mentioned numerous times, and eliminate or at least reduce "hard" money losses, and continue to remember to Pay Yourself First....after all, that is what it is all about, or should be. Some people forget that "fact".
