Europe and Asian Offshore Fund are more stable than forex

Maybe that HYIP admin/owner could invest in more stable investment on legitimate Standard&Poor fund (Europe and Asian fund) and Comm Paper which usually gives higher return than bank because CP is unsecure debenture note. Forex is quite unstable compare to CP or S&P Fund.
