HYIP could be similar with any bank prize drawing/jackpot machine and the term "paid or not paid" when the hyip ends could be changed with "winning or loss " which winning means profit above BEP and loss means less than initial capital ( not BEP).
So the payment to website account/egold could be called "rolling out" and the compounding respend from egold could be called "rolling in" or "roll over". The term rolling in and rolling out probably is more legitimate than the promising word of pay and not pay. And the final judgment collapse day of hyip could be called drawing day with winner and loser just like in lotto drawing. So this HYIP machine could be equalized with bank prize drawing or other money game machines/systems.
The main thing for hyip to survive is the necessity of respent just like bank which using every means to persuade its clients to put more money for example with prize, limit fine etc. For hyip this could be imposed with random respend policy. Maybe today X should respend 50% from its profit, Y 20% , next day maybe X should respend 10%. For those who does not respend, the system won't allow the member to withdraw. The random system could be used with computer algorithm random programming which will analyze the cash flow rolling inside the HYIP machine. So there is always flow of cash roll in and roll out that will make the hyip longer.
And finally only computer algorithma system that could determine how much percentage that admin could take out the cash for investment in forex or for his own profit. The system will deny any excessive withdrawal from admin for its own reservation.
