Innovative Trades is a scam

I invested money on April 18th and as per their rules the money was not due to start trading until April 26th. Therefore my money should not have been affected by their so called losses the previous week.
They have taken my money and will not refund me. They refuse to answer my emails.
Does anyone have any information into the people who run the scam called Innovative Trades. Got bits of information but just trying to find out what is correct and what is not.

I got a very small refund, but now it seems even their site has disappeared.
