Anybody have any experience with this exchanger and bank in Latvia? They're offering anonymous debit cards as well as banking services. $75 to set up an account, but after that, it's a virtual free service. What say you??

dealt with them about 2 years ago but they went out of business, looks like they are trying to come back again. I will look into my old files in see if i can come up with some more info
