One of the only, what I would call `American` sports, Baseball, is by far my favourite.
But as far as sports in the UK are concerned, it would have to be Soccer and Cricket, and some international Rugby Union matches.

Sorry, Edward, my phraseology in answering your question was very poor.
What I meant to say is that out of the 3 very American sports you mentioned, I only like one of them, which is baseball.

I find it very interesting also that several US Football teams scout the Aussie Football League for the excellent kicking ability.
