How will it work?
We have now set up a Private folder for panel members so that we can thrash out exactly how the panel will work
At this stage we also Welcome Feed back and Ideas from all HYIPers about how you would like the panel to work
Also, it would be Great if all panel members could give their thoughts on how they believe the panel should work so that we can enter into "constructive" and "useful" debate about this, so that at the end of the day everything has been covered and everyone is happy with the concept

After trying to get this going a couple of times and to no success, may I suggest we try to work with a simple plan such as this.
we develop an objective list of criteria for evaluating a new hyip. This list is put into a list with objective values associated with your opinion on the new hyip.
eg. the new HYIP open about its business plan and profit producing system
totally disagree 0
somewhat disagree 1
unsure 2
somewhat agree 3
totally agree 4
something like this, we can work on a model together
We could have a scoring system. ie. where only hyips with a certain score move onto the next level and all other hyips that fail, will be asked to provide further details based on their score.
Each of us evaluate a new hyip based on this list of objective criteria, each form is scored and the average is givin as the score value for the new hyip.
We have a minimum score to reach for a hyip to be recomended to our members. If a hyip gets a good score, we gather for a discussion about how to work with the new administrator to help it succeed long term.

Quick Update:
Panel members have been discussing this over the last few days in a private folder and we have now come up with a slightly different approach, it will be more of a HYIP review board. We should have the details finalised later today and will post when its all finalised
