Hello,

Is anyone still experiencing log-in issues? The site is indeed faster, but I am unable to log-in. Am I the only one? Just curious.

Bree, I`ve just tried the .com site and got in ok.

Have you done the usual? .com, .biz. .net, org ......?

Hi, Bree. When I saw your post, I thought I'd go check it out.

I just signed in at .info and it worked pretty fast. I was thinking I hardly ever remember that suffix and I'll bet most others don't either -- well, hoping so, anyway.

You might want to give that a shot.

I installed Metropipes yesterday. I had trouble with my computer freezing up all day. I'll bet I had to reboot 30 times!!! I tought it was maybe my computer but today it's fine.

Greetings folks.

Sorry if I'm coming in a bit late on this ... but the main site seems to be fine.

I had problems with the new forum (logging in and/or surfing around the posts) but today it seems to be working VERY fast (for me, at least)

Metropipe ... seems to be lots of moans about this ... and that is from the die-hard faithful as well. Causing the iMac folk lots of problems, and doesn't work at all with the biggest ISP in America - AO (******) helL. The sage "advice" for these folk is to "change your ISP" !

I'm starting to see snippets that a suitable alternative WILL be accepted. As far as I know, no annoiuncement has yet been made as to what that alternative is.

Bye the bye ... although there were some initial shock-waves about the "new" FLO ... most folk are now seeing this in a completely different light ... a business model that (for the first time) looks as if it could well be sustained (for a much longer time)

Go well and take care ...

Dr. Mac

Dr Mac. People tend to either love or hate AOL.

I`m in the latter category, as is yourself I believe.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for trying to help. Yes, I did try .com, .org, .biz, .info, and .net

There is some other problem. I'm not sure if it is Mac related or not, but I'm at least getting assistance from Flo admin. I will let you know what the outcome is.

I appreciate all of your suggestions.

Bree

Hi,

I'm now able to access my Flo account again. It took several emails back and forth, but Flo support was able to assist me, and now I'm loggin in just fine. My account is still intact just as I left it.

Thanks again for all the suggestions that you all gave

Regards,

Bree

Hi Bree,

I have been unable to get the FLO log-in page to accept my user details since 12 August. I submitted all the requested detail to the "lostpasskey" email on 19 August, even though I know I hadn't been using an incorrect passkey. I did this again on 26 August. They just haven't replied. I have managed to speak to FLO moderators a couple of times in the chatroom, but they say the "techies" will have to reply to me, and I will have to "be patient". So far, no joy - silence!

Can you give me any advice on how you managed to get back in to your site.

Thanks,
impala

Hi Impala,

I think it may have been a stroke of luck. I was on the Gold-Horizions forum, and noticed Debra's user name. I sent her a PM detailing my problem. She replied to me with instructions (some did not apply to me), and she gave me the FLO SAFe-mail email address to send information to Flo support. After several emails back and forth with FLO support, I was able
to access my acct.

I also sent an email through the contact link on the front page of the FLO site. The one that is for non-members, it took them longer to reply to that email, but they did reply.

I gained access to my account on 8/18. Currently there are additional issues with EvoCash. FLO has too much traffic for it's current servers. They are in the process of adding 5 new servers, and they are currently using the GH forum to talk to Mods and members. It seems they no longer use the SAFe-mail address so I do not know their current email contact.

Here is the link to the temporary forum at GH forum:

Maybe you can PM a Mod through that forum and get some assistance. You will be able to catch up on what is currently happening. Please post here if I can be of further assistance to you. I do hope you are able to get the help you need from FLO soon.

Regards,

Bree

Hi Bree,

Thank you for taking the time to give me your reply. It's much appreciated.

Yes, I'm aware of the various challenges facing FLO through reading the forums - particularly Talkgold.

It was through the non-members' email contact that I received the SAFe-mail addy to contact FLO with all the details they would need to replace my 'incorrect' passkey. They're the ones I've emailed twice, a week apart, but have not had a reply. Looks as if a different addy may now be in order since SAFe-mail has apparently fallen from grace. Perhaps there's no replacement for it yet anyway!

I'll continue to try and get some response somehow, but it seems as if FLO has higher priorities just now.

Anyway, your I'm grateful for your help.

Regards,
impala

Hi Impala,

I'm sorry that I was not more help to you. If I hear anything that seems as though it might be more helpful in the future. I will come here and post it.

Were you able to get a reply from any of the Mods at the temporary forum set up at Gold-Horizons? When I sent a PM to Lisa yesterday, she replied to me pretty quickly.

Regards,

Bree

I have just read that members can reventure but they need to use https://www. first, otherwise they won`t not able to get into the site.

Only .org works for now.

Geoff

Posted by: bdriverstyle10

Hi Geoff,

Yes the .org site partially works. I was able to access the front page only, and see my receivables. In addition, I could make the venture into the new 6wk program.

Important Note: To take advantage of the 1 wk grace period on the 6wk venture, members must login to the .org site and venture within the next 7 days. Ventures made during this time frame will be 5wks instead of 6 wks. After that, ventures will go for the full 6 wks.

Take Care,

Bree

And it DOES take some degree of tenacity to do it, as there's a log-out loop to "get through." You will invariably get logged out several times in the process and you must delete your cookies and history after you log out -- maybe even try rebooting your machine.

A note of caution: When you get to the venture page to make your re-venture, if you don't get automatically logged out, look at the bottom of the page and record the batch number that you're given. The venture will not "automatically" show up in the balance at the top of the page. If you've got the batch number, though, it "took." If you log out and then log back in again, it should show up.

Just please do NOT make the venture again unless and until you log out and log back in and check the history. Some people are experiencing double ventures. I've "been there and done that" the first part of August.

Terri

Thanks Terri,

I was lucky not to have any problems, and my venture did show up in the balance at the top of the page. Although I read the newsletter, I assumed that the problem had been fixed since my venture went smoothly. I should know better.

Bree

LOL

I didn't mean to sound "preachy," Bree. I just know there are some difficulties.

I'll bet you got a dose of good "karma" in return for all the problems you've been having logging in before, as you were certainly *due* some, IMHO. I'm really, really glad it worked for ya so smoothly!

Terri

Hi Terri,

You didn't sound at all "preachy".

I should know better than to assume anything when it comes to HYIP. I've only been aware of this online arena for about 6 months, and if there is one thing that I should know it is that nothing is as it seems.

I talked to my sister yesterday, and ironically she was having a lot of problems accessing the .org site. She did finally get in, and get that venture placed. Now all we can do is wait.

Take care,

Bree

I did not have any problems logging into .org. Found my voided venture from 8/22 and correct credit balance. I attempted to complete the venture 3xs but I was returned w/out venture being completed. I "refreshed" and then the venture "took".

No problem logging out.

Now as it was said, "we wait".

What a coincidence, Lynn!! The third time worked for me, also -- and in just about every "move" I attempted, whether it was accessing my history or whatever.
