What was your favorite Olympic Moment?
Mine was probably back when Dan Jansen won the gold in Speed Skating. What a great storyline.

I happen to like watching Gymnastics.
And what happened yesterday on the bar, which was the last event in the competition, was absolutely amazing.
It was all about a Russian man, who performed almost faultlessly, and was very exciting to watch, but stepped forward a pace on dismounting. Because of that he was marked down by the judges, and at that stage was placed 3rd.
The crowd, including a lot of `neutrals` booed and jeered the judges, and held proceedings up for probably 10 - 15 minutes, holding up one of the American twins from performing his routine.
Eventually the Russian had to appeal to the crowd to quieten down. He ened up in 5th position, totally unfair in many peoples eyes, including our British commentators. An Italian won Gold. And I hear that the Russians have put in a 2nd appeal against the results.
