Who to use to fund E-Gold & Int-Gold same time?

I would like to fund some money into both of these, is it best to use an exchanger put it all in E-Gold then transfer to Int-Gold thru their web site.

What exchanger would you recommend, I'm in the US and would like to have the money by the end of next week if all possible.

I could do a bank wire or CC which ever is cheaper.

Are there exchangers who will xfer money from Int-Gold to E-Gold if so who.

I'm trying to figure out the most cost effective way of buying E-Gold and Int-Gold at the same time.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
