Please help can't login.

Hi,

This is the first time I have ever had problems getting into my FLO account. I go to the main page and click on "account access". What happens? The exact same page reloads. I can't get to the screen that asks for you password, account number, and user id information. I have tried all the .org, .net, .com, .biz, I know there are more and I have tried them all. The same problem occurs each time. Anyone know what to do to fix this problem. How do you contact FLO support? Who do I email? I don't know since I can't get into anything in FLO. Please help.

Hi Debrainsa,

Also at that gold-horizons forum I've the same trouble to log in.
I've registered there, and recieved an e-mail with username /pass but when I try to log in with that a message is displayed that I've entered wromg user pass.
I've tried this by copying pasting password/username so I can't have made an error when typing the pass/user but it don't work.

Did you also get the message that your account has been activated? Each new member's account at Gold-Horizons is manually activated.

You can request a new password at
http://gold-horizons.com/forum/prof...de=sendpassword

If you copy paste your username or password, please notice that sometimes an extra space is copied with it and that might cause your problem.
