We have gotten some information from a very reliable source that Evocash and Safe-mail could be affiliated. I wanted to warn our members because we have promoted Safe-mail to them. It is interesting to think about all of the information that is available in our correspondence. I personally am ceasing to use safe-mail TODAY and will only use PGP encrypted email. The easiest in my opinion is mailvault https://ssl.mailvault.com/ and it is free. We advocated their services early on, but due to some challenges with receiving incoming mails we advised our members to get a safe-mail. Mailvault is performing very nicely now and I recommend you check them out. I am also deleting all information in my personal safe-mail and changing any passwords I received thru those accounts. I advise you to do the same immediately. The thoughts going thru my mind right now are scarry, has all this information been viewable by parties that I do not trust? Be wise and beware! Dear Picpay Members, We have stated our opinion on what we believe to be the truth in the email you most likely received from us. We have been in business for over 4 years and will support the efforts of any type of business that continues to operate in an ethical and professional manner. We do not plan on debating the FLO issues as we look ahead. If your opinion of FLO differs from ours than we respect that and will be happy to "agree to disagree" with you. However, since you asked why we have a problem with FLO we will be happy to give you one reason of many. Consider this FACT: During the month of August, FLO limited their members to a withdrawal limit of $1000.00 a week because of a supposed security issue/hacker with their database. Certainly you were aware of this and were forced to comply with the $1000.00 a week limit. Well during this period, FLO was requesting hundreds of thousands of dollars to go to Russian anonymous debit cards and to various companies, and owned by the same person. Seems odd that a company that has a security problem and forces their members to comply with a $1000 weekly limit would send so much money to an anonymous debit card doesn't? You may not want X-Changers as friend if you were in a bind, but FLO doesn't look like they will be much better....by the way when has FLO said you can start getting profits out again. I think the latest is 4-6 weeks...that is if their website is up long enough to make any transactions. Regards, X-Changers |

1) First, allow me to say this is entirely false. We never requested ANY funds to be sent to ANYONE except the members. We have an agreement with our buyers and only send funds to them and receive funds from them. 2) We are still here! EVOchangers locked up funds, not us. 3) BTW, they, EVO, allowed our accounts with the FULL knowledge we were anonymous and would remain anonymous and they permitted it until now. They wanted it. We were constantly corralled, encouraged, and persuaded to eliminate e-gold, not use Netpay and stay away from ebullion. Mike has done his utmost to ensure we were in this very position. 4) Mike has been privileged to personal information on a vast number of FLO members. The only funds that have ever gone from FLO thru EVO/X-changers, or any other exchanger, have been directed to do so by members. We have never asked EVO/X-changers or any other exchanger to move funds for us at any time. If Mike is willing to make assumptions about us based on members OE requests .. He is probably right when he stated Quote:You may not want X-Changers as friend As matter of fact you may want to seriously question their privacy policy altogether. 5) Out-exchange options should be restored, at least to the 1000 per week limit, by the first part of next week.
