The EVOCash website could not be reached via a regular internet connection. However, the EVOCash website can be loaded just fine and dandy through a VPN connection via Metropipe tunnels. What does this mean? It means that Evocash has selectively barred access to their site from all public IPs, thus creating an illusion of being DDOS'ed. And X-changers is in bed with them, bunch of propaganda liars. Only Metropipe users (majority of which are also FLO members) can access the Evocash site, this act is presumably for them to snare and mark down even more accts for their opportunistic seizing.
