10 Quick Questions with Simon

WL: How long have you been involved in HYIPs and MLMs for?

Simon: Very long! I was introduced to "High Yield Investing" by an uncle who also brought me to meet with various groups of offshore investors back in the days; perhaps some might remember the Omni group, which then became the Pinnacle Crest? But officially I've been active online since a time when Income-Ventures, Crystal Capstone, Cash-$-Stakes and GemOnline were the hottest payers, while SmartMoney and The Executive ruled the Smartdog forum.... That's a long time ago.

WL: Do you currently make a living entirely from investing in HYIPs and MLMs?

Simon: There was a time when I did but not anymore.

WL: Your personal top 5 HYIPs and top 5 MLMs

Simon:

MWA

PPN

GProject

I wouldn't go as far as saying I have other "favorite" programs, let's just say that I'm keeping my eye on a few that could become favorites eventually. And I don't do MLMs.

WL: How many hours do you spend at the computer per week?

Simon: Too much! My guess would have to be between 54 and 84.

WL: What is your previous work experience and current occupation?

Simon: In my younger days living in the Dominican Republic, I was locally renown DJ "El Rubio" to who's music the locals and tourists of Cabarete on the north shore danced twice a week; I was also a writer for a magazine here in Quebec for some time, and now I divide myself between my various activities; the writing of a semi-autobiographical book, my career as a photographer and I also paint in my spare time. I use to take courses on the stock market and if I have the chance (and time) I might actually try to take a course or two about psychology.

WL: What is your favourite leisure activity, sport and holiday destination?

Simon: During winter I try to ski/snowboard every week or so, this year I hope to be able to ride the Australian waves with my surf board for Christmas and as many already know, I just arrived from Thailand which was a wonderful trip for me.

WL: What is your favourite food, drink, best movie of all time and what type of music do you like to listen to?

Simon: Umm.... Tough one.

Favorite drink: Milk.

Favorite alcoholic drink: Gin & Tonic.

Favorite food: Pizza or Scampies, I can't choose.

Best movie of all times: I can't name just one. Here's a few: The 25th Hour, Scarface, American History X, The Godfather, Love me if you dare, ...

Music I listen to:

Alicia Keys, Norah Jones, Sarah McLachlan, Outkast ...

WL: What are your favourite 5 web sites and why?

Simon:

http://www.pinkspen.com/ - This is the website I'm building for the foundation for kids which I recently founded. It's not fully operational yet but I hope to have it completed shortly and I intended to donate part of the profits from my various online activities (HYIPReview included) to it.

http://www.pixelranger.com/ - I admire this guy's work

http://www.hiptop.com/ - Not so much for the website, the HIPTOP's my latest toy and now that I have one I don't understand how I ever lived without.

https://gmail.google.com/ - Gmail. One gig of space to keep all your incoming e-mails for the next five years. I haven't made it past the front page, but if someone would send me an invitation it would be appreciated forever.

http://www.alienware.com/ - This is my ultimate computer fantasy.

WL: Simon's plans for the future?

Simon: I'm planning on spending the next few years improving the HYIP arena with some upcoming collaborations and real opportunities because there's money to be made by running honest opportunities and I enjoy having the possibility to work from home and travel as I please. After which I plan to travel across the world to promote my foundation, then I'll settle down somewhere and dedicate myself to my real passion: Writing movies.

WL: Any tips for making money on the Web?

Simon: Yeah. Don't give up your day job until your website's got millions of hits daily. Oh! And buy as much domains as you can and hold on to them.

WL: Some interesting thoughts and ideas Simon. Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions and giving Web Life members a better insight into Sstugatz

Great read but what are Scampies

I rekon that Robyn might be able to help you out with the invite to G-Mail

I thought you were supposed to be a seafood connaisseur?

Scampies (in french, langoustines) are...

...that expensive thing on the menu that look like lobster tails which you can't stop eating once you've had one!

Hey Sstugatz, you seem to have led quite an interesting life, nice read.

And don`t worry, us more cultured Brits know what Scampie is.

If I can lead such a colorful life in the future, first thing I should do is to earn enough money,in HYIP and my job.
