For Those In FLO Wanting To Get Out

Well, this came out of the blue. An email from X was posted over at GH where FLO has a folder.

This is part of that communication.

Quote:
In addition to the above comments, I have been given direction that those who wish to discontinue their relationship with FLO can make that request. For those that want out of FLO and do not wish to continue with the future plans, please send an email to FLORefund@mailvault.com Include your FLO Account Number, FLO Username and your FLO Registered Email Address with this correspondence. A plan is being worked out to return those funds. No further information on how, when etc. is available at this time. The information gathered will assist in completing this plan and at that time the full details will be released. If you want out, now is the time to get out by completing the above request.

As always, I have provided the information I am given, as soon as it is available. We must all accept the fact that details will not be disclosed until they are in place, and take this interim time to educate and support each other. We will prevail together!

This can't and won't happen.

Simon,

Curious. Why do you think this?

Agreed, Simon! (Pressure must be doing some things...)

OK, Simon and now Jeff, still curious. Why do you think that this won't happen?

Just looking for credible insights. . .

Short version: Funds need to be available to do refunds. I don't believe they are. Many reasons. Also, many other problems than just having funds available. Many more reasons.

Would it possibly help anyone if I would put down what I feel is the likely past and future of FLO? NOT saying that it's right, or even close, but, if it might help, I think I've got a fairly good handle on it...

Worth going deep enough that it might be 10-15 pages, probably more? My mind wanders into many possibilities, and I'd likely end up throwing in a lot of things about the HYIP arena in general.

Many people don't read anything other than short posts...

Been considering that for a while, wondering it it would be worth it for anyone...

There`s obviously lots of speculation about whether FLO will be able to carry this out, not least about the means to be able to refund members, having in mind the Evocash situation. X indicated in his email that more information would be forthcoming on that of course.

Although I`m not involved with FLO, I`m naturally interested to see whether what`s been promised does come about. I hope it does for everyone`s sake. Time will tell, anything else is just conjecture though at this stage.

My big question is what will be refunded and who will determine it? Since most poeple are in profit refunds usually mean nothing. Remember Pegasus and their refunds? Nothing really happened. Just some very small refunds to a few people. I can't remember anyone receiving more than $100. Same with S&S.

Hey, Jeff.

I think you ought to go ahead and write your theories out, edit them about three times, get them down to six pages, post them on GeoCities and give us the link here.

Yeah, 15 pages is way too much for a forum, but it doesn't mean I think your ideas are unworthy of reading! Just get it succinct and lead us to the information. Funny how -- at least I -- will read much more on an independent web site than on a forum. Maybe it's because I want to read as much as possible on forums in the least amount of time, generally speaking.

Have at it, Jeff!

Regards,
Terri

Considering it, but a lot of work, and I'm not sure which 'side' it would benefit more. And, I'd put it on my site, rather than geocities... Actually, don't have too much time right now, putting together the last pieces of boat financing, and doing OK in forex...
Enjoy your day,
Jeff

Jeff,

Didn't know if you'd want "all kinds" of forumers going to your personal site, but I understand.

Just curious why you asked, then.

And why does it matter which "side" would benefit if you're being objective??

Good luck on the boat!

Posted by Debra at GH, this is the response from X to one of the most FAQ.

Quote:
Our journey to success has been speckled with challenges. It was never said that it would be a smooth journey. Everyone knows that successful trips are always paved with trials and tribulations. Those that are determined will hold on tight, stand true, brush off the negativity and continue.

Here is the answer to the #1 most Frequently Asked Question: In regards to funds, what is happening to the money sitting in credits, dividends, how about the money coming due in receivables etc. The answer I got from Xavier today is: ALL FUNDS ARE COMPOUNDING. This means, ALL funds are compounding, this now answers all of the above questions and there is no need for guessing, hoping or speculation. http://gold-horizons.com/forum/imag...con_biggrin.gif

When more information becomes available to other frequently asked questions, the answers will be posted here.

I appreciate what everyone has posted, even though skirting the question.

Jeff, I know that you have a many-sided perspective about most issues in an attempt to be impartial and fair, Terri is always encouraging ,and Geoff is keeping up on what the current news on topic has to offer.

Simon, you have not offered further support to your post, but it goes along with all the FLO naysayers. IMHO, there is no harm in the naysayers perspective either. Guess I am trying to keep all perspectives in view.

For whatever it's worth, I have received further communication from FLO mods about my refund request.

Should prove interesting.

I think the simplest explanation here would be that FLO is prepared to do a cost cutting exercise.

This would take the form of them reducing the membership to what they call a private level in their minds.

By offering the said refunds it will as most are speculating most probably be on their side of the fence.
In as much that they will refund less profit from the original deposits which will give the latecomers some hope of re-imbursement.
In reality though my gut feeling says that they are not going to see the xman return but we will see time will tell as usual.
