upto 60% monthly with principal returned, minimum is just $1.

its close related to dxgold, so seems could last a while.

I wonder if it is someone who is a DXmerchant and is using their money to make money it wouldnt be hard to cover on the outexchange alone you will get the first days interest from that easy.
The 60% per month every $100 will make you 12% per complete cycle which is around 1-2 days 15*12% 3:1 not a bad little earner as we say )

I am not saying this is how it is being done it is just a possibility.

That's exactly how it works!

Prenell is a DXMerchant and he uses his Private Loan Program to increase his overall budget. I'm sure he makes way more than those 2% daily.

I am waiting for the day he does what he announced a while ago: franchise his business.

Until then I'm just one happy member of DXMerchant Private Loan program.

Posted by: golddust

Agreed! Very happy with the way this program works.

This waiting seems a bit longer, and the way admin treats evo and EG, IG not so professional.

Have to wait and see.

Also as evo passed away, how could the dxg thing achieve such high profits (mainly between IG and EG, I suppose)?

Well then Karin, something I found out only today could very well be one of the first "franchises" of the DXMerchant business : take a look at http://www.dxprivate.com and mark the similarities ...

Hello,

Latest update from dxMerchant:

11/23/2004 - 11:42 pm PST
dxMerchant.com will resume operation under new management shortly.

No update since then?
Wonder when will they resume operation?

I don't trust dxMerchant too much anymore. Too many broken promises. And lack of communication.
dxPrivate seems a *copycat* - but it might work, if whoever runs that is honest.
The best bet might still be just bite the bullet and become a dxmerchant yourself.

Posted by: golddust

Gotta agree with ya Karin. Lack of communication, especially after learning that DX Merchant was sold, left us all hanging out to dry.
Dx Profits is working well and I trust Karin, who is doing a great job with it and the PIPs Pool over at GH.

Hi, I am a qualified DXGold Merchant and I am sorry that you had bad experience with that merchant. If you are interested in Prepaid Profits check out www.dxprepay.com everything is explained there, if you have any questions you can email me at josh.lasater@ttu.edu

Going through my notes I found this information on Pernell Caponak

capon_ak@yahoo.com

Comercial Services

PO Box 214

Cypress CA 90630

Do not know if it is accurate or will be of any help to anyone but thought I would share it since dxmerchant has not paid in almost a month.

I have never understood why if he was using the dxsystem he claimed to have lost so much at EVO.

This one does seem like a `gonner.`

dxmerchant has emailed investors that it is returning under new managment.
No word on whether back interest will be paid. Last credit was Oct 16.

Posted by: forwardone

This is the email that`s been posted around the forums which has apparently been sent out by Prenell.
Quote:
Hi Dave!

This is Prenell. Happy New Years, and I hope you enjoyed the rest of
your holidays.

Just wanted to drop you a note because a message was passed on to me
that you had posted a private message to me on dxmerchant.com's
yahoogroup.

It was also mentioned to me that someone else had inquired about
me/dxmerchant.com and you let them know that I hadn't renewed my dxpowerteam
membership.

Well, Dave, let me 1st say that I had read some really kind words about
me from you posted somewhere awhile back and I don't think I ever got
around to telling you how much I appreciated those words. So much so
that I had saved the message with the plan to email you a thank you.

Anyway, I had been extremely busy trying to restructure dxmerchant.com
and working on a deal with the new owner at the same time. I was so
busy that I hadn't logge in to dxpowerteam for over a month and when I
tried, apparently all faith had been lost in me and my membership was
deleted.
Feeling a little discouraged, I just let the whole thing go.

Yes, dxmerchant.com and the entire networkof.com stable was sold and
basically I am retained as a consultant to the new owners Networkof.com
Inc. out of Panama. I still have faith in the dream of what
dxmerchant.com can be and I was able to pass that dream on to the new owners who
have even bigger dreams (developing dxmerchant.com into an actual
e-currency, paying off the outstanding accounts, and I'm told they'll be
starting a real-world full blown licensed Credit Union in connection to all
of this as well. It's a bit over my head, but I like what they've
discussed with me so far.

Dave, dxmerchant.com was doing extremely well, and quite frankly,
evocash taking off with over $250,000 was a heavy blow. I was devestated
because it was my aim to prove that there 'could' be an honest system
tagged an "hyip". Actually, it didn't matter if it was an hyip or not.
'ANY'
business that loses almost all of it's uninsured operating capital,
especially if the capital was borrowed money, might be ruined if it
weren't compensated for.

Speaking of compensated, a few people complained to dxgold and dxgold
has unfairly placed my console on hold as though I purposely did
something unethical, immoral or fraudulent, and even though most of
dxmerchant.com's member funds were in evocash (and $9000+ taken by moneybookers
and $5000+ stormpay - theives). So much for my loyalty to dxgold, me
thinking they were best thing since sliced bread. I find this to be highly
unfair after working so hard to promote dxgold.

Another reason I lost faith in the whole system is that dxgold offered
to pay off all of dxmerchant.com's outstanding debt if I would turn
over the dxmerchant.com domain to them. I won't say thats extortion, but
it's not right for them to strong arm me by holding my account unless I
give them something that I told them I no longer own.

In any event, what is supposed to be happening now is this:

I'm working on deal where Networkof.com might finance a Background
Check service, and since I've been working on a degree in paralegalism and
private investigating, I might head that up (one of my 1st missions
will be to pursue evocash)

None the less, I guess the holidays have been ok at best, in light of
the fact that I'm so disillusioned about the domino effect that happened
(how I was treated by my programmers, moneybookers, stormpay, and now
dxgold).

I put my self out there, name and all, worked my tail off and got
sh*tted on. After being 100% honest.

One thing though, Dave. I never give up. Sometimes I feel that's my
curse.
And sometimes it's been a blessing.

When I found that my membership to dxpowerteam was deleted, I didn't
even bother to sign back up because #1 - I didn't want to get swamped
with inquiries and threats, and #2 - reading negative things about myself
wouldn't be very encouraging. Instead, I've been spending my time
trying to do productive things, such as preparing myself legally (tax-wise,
lawsuit- wise, etc.) and trying to find ways to be a positive
contributor to the e- currency arena.

You were one of the 1st people I learned a great deal from about all of
this and as always, thanks for everything!

God bless you and happy holidays!

Prenell

This is the latest that seems to be being reported as coming from the new owners.

DXGOLD has gotten into the mess by putting a hold on the funds in dxmerchants console. It seems that they intend to use the funds to pay off holders of DXGOLD accounts who had money in dxmerchant.

Quote:
2) All accounts must be verified
Judging by what I`ve read there are a number of members who are less than happy about this `verification` process. Some with smaller balances have refused to follow through.

It makes you wonder whether that was part of the plan- make it as difficult as possible for members then hope some won`t bother. Reminds me of a certain FF trick.

Dated Feb 4th 2005 on their site:-

" A few more days are needed to complete account verifications"
I wonder if we should get ready to add this as one of those `soon to be disappearing` excuses we`ve started in another thread?

Geoff

Posted by: golddust

. . . I had a small balance . . . I can verify that!

golddust

Posted by: candy

This is a very confusing situation.
One place I read that dxgold has frozen dxmerchants account and will issue refunds to those who have dx uin as part of the dxgold guarantee. Not fair to dxmerchant investors who lack a dxgold account.
Then I read that dxmerchant wants to verify using paypal addreses. Question is if dxgold is holding the funds what is dxmerchant going to refund with after they get the paypal information?

Posted by: candy

The new management at dxmerchant is advising on their Yahoo site that investors (who have not seen their money in months) should avoid internet forums.
To me this begs the question what are you trying to hide?
dxmerchant is claiming the will be working soon and investors will be pleasantly surprised.

Posted by: forwardone

Perhaps forums breed members who ask too many questions.

Yes, just what would they like to hide?

Geoff

Posted by: candy

Reminds me of a line from a movie.
"You can't handle the truth."
Then again that maybe thr FLO forum I am thinking about.

But, candy, is it really possible to find A Few Good Men in the HYIP arena? Sorry, couldn`t resist that!

Geoff

Posted by: candy

Most women will tell you it is difficult to find a few good men anywhere.

That is why we generally settle for just one.

Posted by: golddust

NEVER "settle". (Been there).
If you do, might as well be for more than "one".

golddust

Posted by: candy

How very true. They can be so hard to resist when they are making the effort to be good but slightly naughty.

Posted by: forwardone

The `Countdown` from 10 to 1 has begun. This is number 10.

Quote:
a) Re-checking accounts for verification.

b) Account whose email address does notmatch their verified paypal email address will be given opportunity to do this, or use twoother methods to be announced.

c) Acquisition of funds to support payouts andout exchanges.
Wonder whether it will ever reach number 1?

Dxmerchant is still sending updates about their return. They are now going to have their own eeecurency.
