Prenell is a DXMerchant and he uses his Private Loan Program to increase his overall budget. I'm sure he makes way more than those 2% daily. I am waiting for the day he does what he announced a while ago: franchise his business. Until then I'm just one happy member of DXMerchant Private Loan program. |

Dx Profits is working well and I trust Karin, who is doing a great job with it and the PIPs Pool over at GH. golddust |

Hi Dave! This is Prenell. Happy New Years, and I hope you enjoyed the rest of your holidays. Just wanted to drop you a note because a message was passed on to me that you had posted a private message to me on dxmerchant.com's yahoogroup. It was also mentioned to me that someone else had inquired about me/dxmerchant.com and you let them know that I hadn't renewed my dxpowerteam membership. Well, Dave, let me 1st say that I had read some really kind words about me from you posted somewhere awhile back and I don't think I ever got around to telling you how much I appreciated those words. So much so that I had saved the message with the plan to email you a thank you. Anyway, I had been extremely busy trying to restructure dxmerchant.com and working on a deal with the new owner at the same time. I was so busy that I hadn't logge in to dxpowerteam for over a month and when I tried, apparently all faith had been lost in me and my membership was deleted. Feeling a little discouraged, I just let the whole thing go. Yes, dxmerchant.com and the entire networkof.com stable was sold and basically I am retained as a consultant to the new owners Networkof.com Inc. out of Panama. I still have faith in the dream of what dxmerchant.com can be and I was able to pass that dream on to the new owners who have even bigger dreams (developing dxmerchant.com into an actual e-currency, paying off the outstanding accounts, and I'm told they'll be starting a real-world full blown licensed Credit Union in connection to all of this as well. It's a bit over my head, but I like what they've discussed with me so far. Dave, dxmerchant.com was doing extremely well, and quite frankly, evocash taking off with over $250,000 was a heavy blow. I was devestated because it was my aim to prove that there 'could' be an honest system tagged an "hyip". Actually, it didn't matter if it was an hyip or not. 'ANY' business that loses almost all of it's uninsured operating capital, especially if the capital was borrowed money, might be ruined if it weren't compensated for. Speaking of compensated, a few people complained to dxgold and dxgold has unfairly placed my console on hold as though I purposely did something unethical, immoral or fraudulent, and even though most of dxmerchant.com's member funds were in evocash (and $9000+ taken by moneybookers and $5000+ stormpay - theives). So much for my loyalty to dxgold, me thinking they were best thing since sliced bread. I find this to be highly unfair after working so hard to promote dxgold. Another reason I lost faith in the whole system is that dxgold offered to pay off all of dxmerchant.com's outstanding debt if I would turn over the dxmerchant.com domain to them. I won't say thats extortion, but it's not right for them to strong arm me by holding my account unless I give them something that I told them I no longer own. In any event, what is supposed to be happening now is this: I'm working on deal where Networkof.com might finance a Background Check service, and since I've been working on a degree in paralegalism and private investigating, I might head that up (one of my 1st missions will be to pursue evocash) None the less, I guess the holidays have been ok at best, in light of the fact that I'm so disillusioned about the domino effect that happened (how I was treated by my programmers, moneybookers, stormpay, and now dxgold). I put my self out there, name and all, worked my tail off and got sh*tted on. After being 100% honest. One thing though, Dave. I never give up. Sometimes I feel that's my curse. And sometimes it's been a blessing. When I found that my membership to dxpowerteam was deleted, I didn't even bother to sign back up because #1 - I didn't want to get swamped with inquiries and threats, and #2 - reading negative things about myself wouldn't be very encouraging. Instead, I've been spending my time trying to do productive things, such as preparing myself legally (tax-wise, lawsuit- wise, etc.) and trying to find ways to be a positive contributor to the e- currency arena. You were one of the 1st people I learned a great deal from about all of this and as always, thanks for everything! God bless you and happy holidays! Prenell |
