Although no-one really knows the answer to this question, at least not at this moment in time, tell us what your best guess is.
Will FLO pay out their promised refunds to those members requesting them?
Will Evocash pay out refunds to their members who are owed them?
And if so, who will pay out first?

As FLO put theirs back a few months I suppose it`s technically not all over just yet. As for EVO?

Well the confidence that some may have had that Evocash would start refunds first must be fast disappearing.

Seems as if several souls, still hold some hope, for their funds. Counted mine gone is Sept. FLO taught me, but the lesson didn't stick, I've been a fool several more times since, Sept.

With the coming and passing of March perhaps this poll seems almost academic now.
It`s amazing to think that the Poll was started way back in October 2004, and some people are still debating the question.
Perhaps we should have added another option `Will the promised PP ever happen?`
