Least Positive Update Yet From Debra

I was hoping to hear from Xavier because he had sent me several emails that needed clarification before I could release the info to you. But I have not heard back from him yet. The stress and constant up and down of emotions is just too much for me to handle. I have begged and pleaded for more communication from him and it has gotten me no where except frustrated. Many of you have said that I deserve more respect then what he gave me, I agree with that. I went from having communication everyday, sometimes 5-10 times a day to once a week or more time passing in some cases.

He would usually start his letters off with an apology for his lack of communication and validate it with him being so busy. That could very well be the case, but does it make me feel any better? Does it make my job any easier when the one person who has all the information wont answer my questions and refuses to communicate more frequently? No, it doesn’t! There have been several times when I just wanted to walk away and say “forget it”. But how could I? All of you depended on me to bring you the messages? I had a sense of obligation and couldn’t just walk away. So what am I doing now? I am being honest with you and opening up to you so you understand what it is like to have been in my position. I have done the best that I could! I have fought for what is right! I have demanded the answers you wanted! I have done, all that I can do. What the future holds is up to Xavier. If Xavier is an honest person and has honest intentions then his future actions will prove that.

The information he has shared with me is this:

He is traveling extensively in our endeavor and will contact me when he can.

He wont be making regular updates and will complete the process without challenge from this end. Once they are ready, they will enlighten everyone.

When we reopen sometime after the first of the year the program will still be in an untouchable jurisdiction but with Full Banking contacts and verifiable contractual Investment agreements and fully disclosed Financials.

The program will not be an Internet Based HYIP. You will be able to walk into any of their locations and sit down with their people face to face, if you elect to do so.

Minimums will be much higher, but still affordable and will still blow anything that most will provide.

Their network of Advisors will not only assist members for a fee, but will offer unparallel services in the world of Financial Advisement, Corporate Structure, Offshore Structure and Tax Avoidance Structure.

The Program will be World Class for those that want it, but it wont be an Internet HYIP.

He apologizes for not getting back with me sooner because of all the challenges he is facing.

It appears many members have contacted authorities and it is taking them more time to overcome the hurdles caused by that.

They lost two banking relationships due to the heat applied by members complaints and by the rumors making the rounds. Bankers are skittish about anything that even has rumors of fraud or scam etc.

They can still pull it off but delays in transfer of funds will ultimately cause costs to be higher and profits to be less.

They haven’t given up, but are facing tasks that continue to be insurmountable.

The authorities have been notified and are watching everything.

They do have a plan and are executing it. It is going to take time and probably will not complete until March, perhaps as early as February.

I was told to reduce the moderator staff to bare minimum immediately and to eliminate the chat room, to help reduce expenses.

They need time to accomplish their structure in order to make refunds, from there they will take those that deserve to go with them and move forward with their plan for privacy.


I wrote him back and told him that shutting the chat room was the WORST idea EVER!!! That it would cause panic and cutting off one of the lifelines of Communication would not be good. I also asked for clarification on what he meant by reducing the moderator staff. What did that mean and asked him if he had thought about the ramifications of doing such.

I about fell out of my chair when I read his last letter telling me to reduce the mod staff and eliminate the chat room. It didn’t sit well with me and I told him so. I then got bottom line with him and asked the tough questions. I asked him if this was a scam to just cut through the BS and tell us so, so we could all get on with our lives. If it wasn’t a scam then he needed to talk to me ASAP and he needed to listen to what I had to say because I have been on this side and I know first hand what our members are thinking and going through. Perhaps he was just trying to make “logical” business decisions based on what he knew. But he would be cutting his own throat by making those choices. The chat room and the moderators are the one thing that the members are holding on to as “proof” the program is still alive. The only other tangible PROOF would be to start the Refund Process ASAP!!!

So here I sit, waiting on word back from him as well as waiting for more pay to take care of the expenses on this side. Neither have come, so what am I supposed to do? The only thing I can do, is tell you the truth. Tell you what I have been told. What he chooses to do and how he chooses to respond will be up to him.

I know that there are a lot of members who are angry, frustrated, confused. I understand all of those emotions because I too feel the same way. I can do no more then I have already done. I am not in control, Xavier and FVG are. Many people think FLO is a scam. They might be right? I only go by what I have been told and past performance. I never had any doubts, but what I am feeling right now is that some bad business decisions are being made and I do not support them. But perhaps they are being made on the basis of information that he wont supply to me? I really don’t know!

Some of you know who I am, some of you know where I live, some of you have made personal threats against me. I can honestly say, that I have done nothing wrong. I was paid do to a job and believed what I was told. Perhaps I was foolish for believing in the good of another human being. If that is a punishable offense, then I am guilty. I never had access to any of the money coming into the program. I don’t know who Xavier is, where he lives or have any contact information for him other than an email address. He made sure of that. If I believed FLO was a scam, I wouldn’t have even worked for it. I have no PROOF it is a scam. I have asked others to provide the proof, but no one can. So what does all this mean? Well, you will have to decide for yourself. Bottom line, it is either legit or it is not! Xavier will either follow thru with the plans he told me about, or he wont. I can do no more then tell you the truth and what I have been told. I wish I had more to tell you, I wish I could provide the PROOF that everyone wants, but I can’t. Only Xavier can.

I sent him the following email this morning before writing this release. Once I was done writing the above release, I checked my email and his response is below….after that is a series of emails back and forth between us…I am putting them all here for you to see and understand what is going on.

My letter to him 11-04-04
I have decided to let everyone know what is going on. I am releasing
ALL of the info you have given me about the "future" later today. Go to Talk Gold and you will know why. I can't continue dealing with this
and waiting for you to answer. If it is legit and you are honest then,
the proof will be in your actions. There are a lot of nasty, mean people out there and they will be coming after me. Let thy will be done!

Whatever you want to do Deb. I get here when I can and would have
forwarded funds today actually since they arrived overnight. However,
if you can't hold it together then perhaps it is better that you resign.
You tell me.

approve that being released? Do you think it is easy being in MY
shoes?

Release it! Gets them off your back and state the facts. I do not
have time for a lengthy debate or Q & A, but know this. WE ARE WORKING
ON IT ALL!! and, IT WILL COMPLETE AS WE HAVE DESCRIBED!! Those that
are formally making complaints, although it is causing us extra work,
will soon find it a waste of time and will not discourage our endeavor
to formulate as described.

reply to me here and I will forward funds for mod pay and chat room as I
agree with you assessment that it is a wise decision to keep them all
on.

Deb, we need you, the members need you, but if you actually fear for
your life and that of your childs, perhaps you should consider all
options available to you and make the decision that suits you best.

I had PROOF, so I could shut them up and they would leave me alone. I

you just wrote..they will have the whole picture, the whole truth and what will be will be. I can't leave, I feel and obligation to you and the members, I am not in an easy position, you have to know that.

So there you have it all. This is an emotional time for me and I am doing my best, if anyone else thinks they can do a better job and want to step into my position and take the reigns, just let me know.

P.S…The funds have been replenished to continue things the way they have been, with our full moderator staff, the chat room and Gold Horizons forum. I am glad he listened to me and took my advice. When I know more or am given more, you the members will always be told.

It is very interesting reading but the facts remain that refunds have not been made and no out-exchanges can be done. The tactic of raising the minimum to discourage withdrawals is getting irritating. Either it will become a private program or it will disappear. No amount of naysaying could derail a real private program and cheerleading will not make a scam real.

I found it intriging that Deb posted at TG (which she has been referring to on GH as talk trash since her deleting power was revoked at TG) I recall that Addedtouch tried to get sympathy at TG also alleging threats to her family just before the indictments.

The soap opera allusions are cracking me up!!

But I don't know what AddedTouch's actual role in the workings of FF was and I don't know if threats on her were real or not. Only AddedTouch, I suppose, knows that. That's one hyip where I'm glad that I saw the writing on the wall from the get-go.

But I don't think you can necessarily make a case for or against whether Debra has received "real" threats by suspicion that AddedTouch did not. And I don't agree with the posts that I see that challenge her to post proof of any threats. I think Debra's an honest person, and at this time I wouldn't further nail her to the cross to prove if she got actual, verifiable threats or if it's a generalized fear.

I see plenty of posts on TG that would, I would think, make anybody afraid who is in her position. I'm surprised that others don't as well. I just think that it would take somebody snorting megadoses of cocaine to NOT be at least somewhat fearful in light of what we read around hyip forums.

Of course I'm disappointed with Xavier's recent announcement!! If and when the PP opens up with offices, this gal here is hoping there's one on the Greyhound line but I'm only going to wait with everyone else, as I can't do anything about it. As far as raising the minimums to prevent withdrawals, that's kind of a moot point to me because there's no way to withdraw anyway. It's still "virtual money," and if the PP does open as Xavier states, I can't find any guarantees that the money has been accruing at the old rate of interest.

I`m probably like the proverbial `stuck record` on this, but despite reading a number of FLO posts I still don`t get the answer to this question.

Why change a winning formula?

The old FLO worked well enough, with, it seemed, no more hiccups than any other HYIP. Then FLO decided to go private, became obsessed on the privacy issue (Metropipe in particular) and to my mind has brought much of it`s present day difficulties upon itself.

Other programs have managed without upsetting major players like Evocash, and I`m not saying that EVO has been completely innocent in all of this. But, surely FLO has attempted to be what it clearly was incapable of becoming. It tried to break the restraints placed upon it by doing business on the Internet, and appeared not to accept the limitations that brought.

Geoff, in my view, FLO formula was not changed, at least the way I'm interpreting your meaning for "change." From the very outset, it was described as a finite "opportunity" and when a certain percentage of that opportunity was "consumed," the there would be an announcement made and a final due date for final pledges to the Private Program would be set.

Education about privacy and anonymity which was ongoing was leading up to and in preparation for that date where members would meet with advisors and set up an offshore entity which would be required for entry into the PP. A tunneler would be required definitely at that point. FLO wanted to keep itself out of a "taxable event," as I've seen it stated. The members would enjoy whatever tax reduction benefits could be obtained from an offshore structure but were told that whatever that was, depending on what country we lived, that our tax responsibilities were our own and that if members did not live up to their particular legal responsibilities and it came to the attention of FLO, they would be terminated from the program. (And that brings to mind, though, with all the anonymity and the tunneler, how in the world could that be accomplished?? One of the pitfalls of the anonymity question, IMHO.)

I think there was just too much money flowing through FLO, in an age where movement of large sums of money is questioned by the authorities. And I heartily agree most probably potential e-currency issues and pitfalls were inadequately addressed by FLO from the get-go, and I believe Xavier has acknowledged that mistakes were made, and I think this is one of them.

When Evocash became a problem, members had been encouraged to use the tunneler, but I viewed it really as more of a practicing for privacy because from the get-go, the plan was that it would be a requirement for the PP. The issues arose when the currency traders and FLO itself used the tunneler, and then when the large sums of money were found to be transferred to Russian debit cards, Evocash shouted foul and kept the cash.

PIPS has done a much better job tackling the money flow issues by abandoning e-currencies and going to bank wires, and they were unshackled, if you will, by the additional complications of requiring off-shore entities and also the anonymity factor.

Taken in the "best" light, the investment vehicles that both programs use could be the major reason for the anonymity requirement of one versus the other.

Referring to your other post, yes, it's a tremendous amount of faith to put in one person, but it's been that way from the get-go. We just have to wait to see if Xavier's last announcement bears fruit. If he's "for real," the roar from the crowd isn't helping the situation. If it's not for real, then, well, I guess we know the rest!
