I think e-gold is pretty secure, but I don't think many would agree with you on it being the most secure. I think that title might fall onto e-bullion.

The most secure e-currency would probably be Pecunix
Its login system is different than the others.Takes a bit of figuring out but once you have it sorted its easy
It makes you feel safe.It also sends you withdrawl and deposit e-mail notification.
