URGENT PLEASE READ THIS E-MAIL IMPORTANT 11/24/04 Dear IntGold Account Holders, Internet Gold Inc., its staff, and management would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation to all existing account holders that have installed faith and confidence in our team and system. A major part of any corporations’ routine is to recognize and correct any potential areas, management feels, could have a negative impact on its daily business. Internet Gold Inc. strives to deliver an expedient, cost effective, online payment solution. We were recently made aware of a disturbing situation relating to several "Slanderous" e-mails as well as a web site posting on the Capitalex.com web site, simply because we were protecting the best interest of our account holders from fraudulent activities. We are very clear in our user agreement as it relates to the processing or any involvement in fraudulent transactions as well as our policies that legitimate exchangers adhere to on in and out exchanges of IntGold on a daily basis. Our main focus is and always will be to provide an efficient and cost effective method to send and receive funds on the internet, and to always look out for the best interest of all account holders in our system. Fraud prevention is a major issue we take very seriously in our system, if policies relating to this are not followed it jeopardizes account holders funds as well as the entire system in general. Early in the morning of November 11, 2004, an e-mail was sent to Capitalex.com notifying them not to process a transaction they received, because the funds were hacked from a long time company user of the IntGold system's account. At the time of the sending of this e-mail it was also determined that Capitalex.com was not an approved exchanger for IntGold. We then requested Capitalex.com to furnish IntGold with some basic personal and company information on them so we could process a exchanger application in order for them to become an authorized exchanger for IntGold. They refused stating that they would basically do what they wanted to do with IntGold. We at that point informed them not to process any further IntGold exchanges and to remove all IntGold references or buttons from there web site. Subsequent to this we received an e-mail from them stating that they had already processed the fraudulent out exchange to an e-gold account. After receiving this e-mail and based on the lack of cooperation on there part, we informed them via e-mail, (we still to date have never talked with a real person all this was done via e-mail) that there account was closed for the following reasons. We quote from the actual e-mail. "You are hereby advised that IntGold account number 151024, under the Company name: Capitalex.com Inc. has been closed and you will not be able to use the IntGold system for any type of business or exchange purposes. The reason for its closure is a direct result of you and or your company providing out-exchange services of IntGold when you are not authorized to do so by IntGold as well as processing a fraudulent out-exchange transaction without notifying IntGold to seek approval of said transaction. Our policies are put in place to protect our account holders as well as our exchangers from fraudulent activities as a result of accounts that are hacked we work very closely with all apporoved exchangers to prevent fraud and protect the security of all account holders. We at NO time did we request personal details of account holders or clients belonging to Capitalex.com. At this time I would like to reiterate we did request company documentation for Capitalex.com and fraudulent account holder in question. We respect the privacy of all IntGold account holder's and would never ask these details from any appoved exchanger We will be receiving a signed affidavit from the person who’s funds (the 2000 of the 4500) were hacked from her IntGold account and then the funds we quickly transferred to Capitalex.com (who by the way refused to give IntGold even basic information on them or there company when it was requested) and subsequently without properly checking on this hacker's identity (who probably still has an active account with them) processed nearly instantly this transaction (without being an approved out-exchanger for IntGold) without regard for protecting anyone’s best interest but there own! The issue of the 2500 of the 4500 in question, relates to a transfer to Capitalex.com from a Ingold debit card holder to cash out funds from said debit card to Capitalex.com for the purpose of withdrawing funds out via Western Union. This transaction was "cancelled" by the Debit Card holder shortly after it was done. Further more if the people at Capitalex.com have all this information on this individual, they should have been willing to work with us. The Western Union document or any other information they have posted on their web site was never given to us, even after it was requested. In both circumstances the funds were returned to the account holders where they originated from, IntGold does not have these funds nor will we cooperate in any way with an individual or company that participates in fraudulent activities. Here is a list of approved exchangers that have agreed to adhere to the IntGold's user agreement and exchanger’s policies and procedures. All of the below listed exchangers have submitted to us detailed personal and company information in order for them to be approved by us to process in and out exchanges of IntGold.
