Need Experienced Introduing MORE oppertunities!

WEB LIFE is a coloreful community, but all members are coming here for more reliable, stable and profitable oppertunities.
So we need to focus on this goal!
Need more experienced guys and gals introducing more nice programs.
Any better way to achieve the goal?

Salty, the problem as I see it is that because of the very nature of the HYIP arena it is often shrouded in secrecy. That makes DD very difficult for anyone to do properly. 
Even the most experienced members, to a certain extent, rely on `gut` feeling, rather than making a judgment based on solid evidence. So, the most you could expect is for some members to put forward programs that they either think will do well, or have done well over a period of time.
In the past I myself have been with programs that many considered stable, yet one by one they`ve dropped off. So, nowadays I`m very reluctant to promote any program to anyone else.
What could be very useful is to have a folder where programs are `introduced` as a recommendation, so members can discuss it in open forum. In addition new programs without any history could also be posted, again for members to offer opinions. No guarantee of success of course, but at least members could then benefit from the views of others prior to making a decision whether or not to join.
Although DD is often difficult, there are a number of `red flags` which can indicate how good a program might be.

Geoff, thats the exact situation. We have been burnt too many times.
But we need to so sth, otherwise, what are we here for?
