Our unique investment strategy is diversifications don’t put all your eggs in one basket, at this present time the choices are few and we feel we offer another opportunity that our research shows is what people want. We want to do this is an environment of ethics, honesty and openness and we have not deceived any one with any of the content on the site. Getting straight to the address issue, if we were trying to cover anything up we certainly would not have issued Dr Tans company address for South China Seas International Alliance Inc we could have quite easily rented a virtual office in the KL business district, as all we need is a correspondence address Ok the building is not the most salubrious I have seen but this is not a reflection on the program in fact it’s not important at all Dr Tan is an eminent well-known Malaysian businessman who would have no need to align with a scam he is chairman of the South China Seas International Alliance Inc, and this is listed in his company profile and has been since day one I have worked from the building in Singapore, which is in a serviced business centre, and the intrepid Pipsters did say that they found it but couldn’t find Gins, That’s because we haven’t put any signs up we don’t need to until we start to trade however they did not take any photo’s was this because this is in a business district of Singapore a very thriving, dynamic environment, or did they simply run out of film! I can assure each and every one of you that we will not launch until this process complete, we are here to answer any questions and you can contact me personally to discuss any issues |

Posted: Thu Jan 13, 2005 10:52 am* *Post subject: Update from Peter C.E.O Hello Gins Members As you are aware I have been in Singapore and Malaysia so this is my first opportunity to communicate for about a week, and I am typing this on the plane going home to while away some of the 14 hour flight The launches went very well, we had 65 in Singapore and over 80 in Malaysia and I would like to thank all of you that came along and the kind welcome that you extended to us. At these meetings we gave details of the GINs team structure along with overviews of the business planning and Dr Tan gave very entertaining overviews of the investment models and answered many questions concerning PPPs. I would like to summarise here some of the items from the launch along with amendments to the program so that we are all running at the same pace. We started by emphasising the mission statement and our intention to manage the business to that standard rather than disclaimers, but that disclaimers were a normal part of any private investment program and had to be shown on the site, but we would not like to manage the business to the lowest denominator but the highest, and that each member of the GINs team is committed to, and understands the mission statement. I strongly believe that the responsibility of receiving is to give in return and I would like to create an online community of like-minded people who saw helping others as an important part of creating wealth I introduced the Gins team and will use their recognised name rather than full Chinese names Back Office support function (Singapore) Director:......................................... .......Ernest Thiam Operations Manager:..............................Anna Compliance Manager:.............................Danny Tan (Director) Customer Services Manager:..................Sam Member Accounts/ Services:...................Takumi Member Accounts/ Security:....................Daniel Investment Strategy Director:......................................... ........Dr Tan Poh Choon Director and FSO:...................................Ernest Thiam Business Planning/ Marketing Director & C.E.O:....................................Peter Burton Telephone Support Centre (Kuala Lumpur) Currently setting up and expect to open beginning of February Team Supervisor:...................................Bob Tan We are in the process of recruiting 3 teams of staff to give 24-7 telephone support, this office will also have the facility for members to visit with hospitality facilities including a Muslim prayer room. Ideal Program When we designed GINs we started with a blank sheet of paper and identified the elements we felt were needed to achieve the ideal program, these were: High Returns Choice of Funding Easy Withdrawal Process Clear Communication High levels of Support Good profit margins Create an online community Humanitarian issues High Returns Use PPPs to provide a 2% per trading day Show ROI added each day Use our profit from the PPP to build an asset base to supplement the ROI between PPPs I explained that right now the ROI was a commitment from the Directors funds, and that until we have built a surplus we would close for new funds for short periods between PPPs in order to conserve our personal liability we have set a budget for this that we didn’t want to go beyond, but we are confident that these gaps would be short and rare after the first six months. Choice of funding We know we need to offer varieties so have chosen: E-Currencies, e-gold, Intgold and E- Bullion Stormpay for credit cards, Bank wire transfer, which we have had a problem with the bank account name being set up wrong but this, will be rectified from the end of this week Western Union. We will also look at other methods on an ongoing basis as we have been approached by many companies to offer their ATM/Loyalty cards e.c.t and will also consider a better credit card option. Withdrawals Read this section twice to understand. We know that withdrawal problem as caused by one of two things Lack of support staff to process Lack of cash flow funds to pay We plan to manage both of these in the following way I have decided to change the withdrawal time commitment from 2-5 working days to 7 working days. This doesn’t mean we are going to take 7 days but it allows us a good margin in the support function for illness or staff shortages, we plan to monitor this and recruit staff long before we reach the optimum processing limit. If we fail to recruit sufficient staff and reach this limit we will temporarily stop taking new accounts and run at the level we can comfortably manage until we have trained staff in place. We plan to manage the cash flow by monitoring the account withdrawals so that we know the average withdrawal per week and have sufficient available funds to process these The problems would be very large accounts that switch to withdrawal and we have to find additional funds from our investment account to process these. Lots of small withdrawals are not a problem and we would prefer bank wire transfer, but the choice is yours. We feel the best way to manage large accounts is to take then out of the GINsystem and we will offer the choice to have your own private account management into a PPP, which would offer a higher return but you would be bound by the specific PPP requirements. The level at which we would offer this would be determined by the number and value of accounts plus the availability of the PPP. We see a time when we will close for new business in order to manage an efficient program and estimate this to be at the $200M level, and would run the program on a withdrawal basis only. GINs has investment plans in other areas and we will open these to GINs members to re-invest into using the profit from the GINs system, these would be Chinese/ Asian based companies, in the preventative health market, infrastructure and telecommunications market of which Dr Tan has a specific expertise and a business plan that will lead up to the 2008 Olympic games in China. We will reveal more of this plan as and when the time is right. Communications. I see open and free communication as the way to run a successful business and we plan to use: Free Forum Members Support Ticket I-conferencing Reply to emails 48 hours 24-7 telephone support centre I was asked to stop the negative posts in the forum but I am happy to let the forum offer free speech as a long as forum rules were observed I do not like to see abusive or insulting posts and will not tolerate profanity. We have a support ticket function in the back office with a one working day commitment along with 2 working days for emails. The I-conference will be run on a regular basis and we will set up specific group usage for networks or other groups. The K.L office will be running from February and will offer 24-7 support from fully trained staff. Any one can phone me on +44- (0) 845 226 9163 Support We have plans to set up Support Reps and Centres of Influence. A support rep will be some one who is happy to look after GINs members in a specific geographical location, and I have a long list of willing members who I will appoint from when the full demographics are known. A Centre of influence would be someone with a downline who is committed to giving a service and shares our common values. I will speak with C.O.I and S.Rs on a regular basis, hold I conferences and go to meetings in order to maintain regular contact and offer full support to all members. In addition anyone can contact me on +44- (0) 845 226 9163 2005 Business Objective’s Fully functioning K.L Office 10,000 world wide members Support Reps in Place Funds of $50m Build Reserve Portfolio There are some issues around our commitment to paying referral commissions and I thought I would clear one or two things up. We are committed to paying referral commissions but have made a policy decision for: Spam Unauthorised web sites or splash pages If you wish to advertise or use a web site you need to get approval from the compliance manager Danny by sending the details to him at danny@ginsystem.com Anyone found with an unauthorised site or spamming will have his or her account terminated, (those members that I have spoken to already are OK) We are considering paying referral commission to full members only. Private Placement Programs Dr Tan gave a very entertaining presentation on PPPs and explained most of the information that is available on the site, because these programs are non-soliciting and by invitation only we have to maintain a degree of decorum, but the process is this. Dr Tan and one other director will meet with the fund manager and the program manager at one of the top Hong Kong banks, we show proof of funds through our bank statement and show the source from GINs members, the contract is in GINs name and we given the terms from the program manager who is a banker, we are told what the humanitarian project is and are issued with irrevocable payment order for the interest to our bank in Hong Kong We took many questions on PPPs and answered most but there are certain elements that we cannot reveal such as the amount and our return on this. Dr Tan also revealed that he is happy to talk to members that have $1m and can prove source of funds. He will introduce them direct to the fund manager by arranging a meeting with them in Hong Kong with the respective parties, but basically the funds can stay in their bank as long as its an on-shore approved bank they would be blocked for one year and one day and they could receive the interest direct into their bank account. Gins would receive part of the interest in a payment protection commission At the time of posting this we have closed for new money and Dr Tan and Danny will be in Hong Kong signing our first agreement, we have been invited to participate in more programs and will re commence soon but our priority now is getting the funding issued to cover the existing ROI. The next event will be the new KL office opening and we look forward to seeing as many members there as can make it, we plan to hold our next private members meetings in the UK in March and will announce that a little closer to the time. In the meantime I will be announcing some new forum moderators and support reps very soon but I will need a day or two to get back to normal and will attempt to work through my emails and return calls left on my voice mail The last time I flew back the jet lag lasted for days so please allow me a little time to get beck to normal and start dealing with forum posts Many Thanks Peter C.E.O GINSystem |

Dear GINS Members, We have identified another opportunity for investment! You can now fund your GINS Account again. Our investment strategy involves participating in limited, time-sensitive opportunities. As such, we will periodically discontinue collections once we have acquired the necessary funds. This will be announced here and via email. Thank You For Your Support! ADMIN GINSYSTEM |
